Abstract

Quality of health services is a health service provided in accordance with standards to patients by health agencies with the wishes of patients can be fulfilled. Patient satisfaction is an assessment of health services that a person feels after health workers perform health services in accordance with expectations or not in accordance with expectations. This study aims to examine the effect of health service quality consisting of aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy & tangible assessment on patient satisfaction at the Pratama Bangkirai clinic. This research was conducted on 19 May - 01 June, 2025. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive and verification methods. The variable to be studied is the quality of health services consisting of the five aspects as independent variables and the level of patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population in this study was 1400 patients and a sample of 93 respondents using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques by conducting direct surveys and distributing google form questionnaires. Instrument tests use validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The statistical analysis design in this study is descriptive analysis, verification analysis (multiple linear regression). Hypothesis testing using a partial significance test (T-test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test), correlation analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that all variables consisting of health service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy & tangible) had a simultaneous effect on patient satisfaction with an Fcount value (52.618) which was greater than the Ftable for d (f) for n of

Abstract

Customer demands for product quality are increasingly complex, requiring better inspection accuracy. It is not enough if done manually because it requires high costs and varying operator accuracy. Automatic vision inspection was developed to check the product quality of terminal-type electronic components To solve this problem. Design intelligent inspection uses a conveyor driven by a stepper motor, a photosensor to calculate product distance, guides position to direct the product, a vision camera to detect product quality, cylinder ejection for product selection, and PLC as a control system. The process of detecting normal and abnormal product quality is carried out using computer logic control, then separating the abnormal product into the reject box through the ejection cylinder. The machine speed is 60 pieces/minute. The system evaluation results are carried out on three parts of the system: the success rate on the vision camera is 100%, automatic product sorting through the cylinder ejection rate success is 100%, and the success rate for product positioning is 97.5%. This research provides a useful reference for developing intelligent automatic inspection technology in electronic components.

Abstract

Starting from the emerging phenomenon showing signs of declining levels of occupational safety, occupational health and motivation and company performance since 2019 where there was an outbreak of disease that caused only 50 people to work and the rest had to be quarantined. So interested in conducting this research. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of safety, health and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kapur Putih Negeri Katon-Pesawaran, Lampung Province. The method used is descriptive verification analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to all employees with the technique of the entire population being the subject of the study. The number of respondents was 80 people who worked at PT. Kapur Negeri Katon Pesawaran, Lampung Province. The results of the analysis show that safety, health, motivation and performance are generally classified as good. The results of the verification analysis both partially show that safety has a positive effect on performance, health shows a positive effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect, so the researcher suggests that it needs to be improved again.

Abstract

Cantigi extract exhibit numerous activities, including antioxidants. Various dosage forms have been developed, except a capsule formulation. Capsule formulation offers numerous advantages. Objectives: To prepare and characterize the cantigi extract, extract-loaded nanoparticles, capsules containing extract, and capsules containing nanoparticles as antioxidants. Methods: The Cantigi extract was prepared using the maceration method and characterized for both specific and non-specific parameters. The preparation of extract-loaded nanoparticles utilized the nanoprecipitation method with gelatin, poloxamer, and glutaraldehyde as the polymer, stabilizer, and crosslinker, respectively. Characterization of the nanoparticle included particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, and entrapment efficiency. Capsule formulation (F): F1 contained the extract, while F2 contained the nanoparticles. Capsule characterization involved assessment of content uniformity, weight variation, disintegration, and release profile. Antioxidant activity was measured using the DPPH method for extract, nanoparticles and capsules. Results: The cantigi extract met specific and non-specific parameters. Nanoparticle size was found to be 235.8+12.62 nm with a polydispersity index of 0.226+0.050, a zeta potential of -8.53+0.27 mV, and an entrapment efficiency of 52.69+1.06%. Characteristics of F1 and F2 included content uniformity of 97.24+4.23 and 89.86+1.48%, weight variation of 185.5+1.31 and 127.22+1.86%, disintegration time of 3.67-4.08 and 5.35-5.97 minutes, extract content of 97.24+4.23 and 89.86±1.48%, and release rate of 86.78+3.98 and 61.79+3.48%, respectively. Antioxidant activities of the extract, extract-loaded nanoparticles, and capsules (F1 dan F2) were determined to be 17.40+0.94, 33.60+1.85, 66.81+1.46, and 106.61+3.32 ppm, respectively. Conclusion: Cantigi extract and nanoparticles exhibited potent antioxidant activities while meeting quality parameters. The capsule formulation displayed varying antioxidant activities and release profiles, with capsules containing nanoparticles demonstrating a sustained release profile.
