Abstract

Studying the intersection of Islamic identity politics and governance in Aceh is crucial due to its implications for regional autonomy and national cohesion. Aceh's special autonomy, allowing the enforcement of Sharia law, highlights a unique governance model within Indonesia. This issue is underexplored in current research, which often overlooks the nuanced impacts of Islamic identity politics on both local governance and national policy integration. Previous studies have primarily focused on general autonomy or Islamic law without delving into how these elements specifically interact within Aceh's political context. This study aims to bridge this gap by investigating how Islamic identity politics influences Aceh's legal and governance systems and its conflict with national policie. Using the theory of political identity and autonomy, the research employs a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies in Aceh, the research employs a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies in Aceh. The main data collection techniques used in this study include online news document analysis and direct observation. The study's findings reveal the complex dynamics between Aceh’s local Islamic values and national legislative pressures, providing new insights into regional autonomy challenges.

Abstract

Ransomware attacks on Islamic banking institutions can lead to a decline in public interest in saving. To stimulate the growth of savings, it is crucial to investigate the determinants influencing customer decision to save their money in Islamic banking institutions following a ransomware attack. This study implemented a unique approach in examining the impact of perceptions of cybersecurity and Sharia label on the decision to save in Sharia banks in Indonesia subsequent to a ransomware attack. It aims to explore the intervening role of trust and Word of Mouth (WOM) in information dissemination and analyze how the Sharia label can mitigate the risk of customer attrition, thereby maintaining the level of customer trust. This study employed a quantitative causal method, specifically a path analysis model. Data were collected through questionnaires sent to customers of Sharia banks in Indonesia selected using a probability sampling technique. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was utilized for analysis. The findings emphasize the significance of cybersecurity, Sharia label, and WoM in understanding customer decision to save in Sharia banks. This study thus offers valuable insights for Sharia banks, identifying areas in need of improvements in security and marketing policies and enabling more proactive strategies to ensure customer trust and enhance performance in facing growing challenges.

Abstract

Abstract

This Community Service aims to optimize administrative services through Webdesaku towards smart villages in Sirnamanah Village, Darangdan District, Purwakarta Regency. There are still several features that have not been filled in on the Webdesaku application, the uncertainty of village officials providing information on the Webdesaku application, the large number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have not utilized Webdesaku to sell their products shows that Webdesaku is not yet optimal in supporting administrative services in village, so it is necessary to fill in empty features using assistance methods. The various letters issued by villages that have not been served via Webdesaku require a web-based village administration service system to be built in order to create a smart village. By assisting the implementation of a web-based village administration service system for the community and Sirnanah Village officials, we will be able to speed up the administrative service process in the village. The results of community service show that the Webdesaku features provided for Sirnamanah Village and the existence of a web-based letter request service are available. It is hoped that there will be follow-up on community service regarding the sustainability of the letter request service application and improvement of the application by adding an appropriate letter format.
