Abstract

Penggunaan gadget melebihi batas waktu yang disarankan pada anak dapat menyebabkan sebuah ketergantungan, ketika dalam menggunakan gadget terlalu lama mengakibatkan anak kurang berinteraksi dan kurang beradaptasi yang nantinya akan menghambat perkembangan sosial. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan sosial pada anak usia dini (4-6 tahun). Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriftif analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan istrumen penelitian melalui pengisian kuisioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang melalui teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan metode uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar  sekitar 18 anak (51,4%) intensitas penggunaan gadget tinggi dengan perkembangan sosial yang kurang sebanyak 16 anak (45,7%). Hasil analisis didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan sosial pada anak usia dini (4-6 tahun) dengan nilai p value 0,000 yang lebih kecil daripada nilai α : 0,05 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian ini erat hubungannya antara intensitas penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan sosial, diharapkan orangtua mampu mengontrol penggunaan gadget pada anak dengan memberikan batasan waktu dan mengalihkan kebiasaan anak dengan membiarkan anak beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan dalam menjalankan usahanya haruslah punya kemampuanuntuk mendatangkan keuntungan (profitabilitas) secara optimal. Terlebih bagisuatu bank, yang sangat memerlukan kepercayaan masyarakat. Apabila bankmemperoleh keuntungan yang tinggi, maka tentunya akan banyak hal yang bisadilakukan misalnya peningkatan mutu lebih baik, kesejahtreraan pengelola baikpemilik atau karyawan, dan melakukan investasi-investasi baru lainnya. Adabeberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas suatu bank diantaranyaadalah kecukupan modal serta efisiensi operasional. Tujuan dalam penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecukupan modal danefisiensi operasional terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah.Variabel mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi tingkat profitabilitas.Sedangkan teori yang digunakan untuk mendukung pembahasan dalam penelitianini adalah teori dan konsep tentang kecukupan modal dan efisiensi operasionalserta konsep tingkat profitabilitas Bank. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukandengan menganalisi laporan keuangan terkait dengan profitabilitas, kecukupanmodal serta efisiensi operasional periode 2005 sampai 2014. Model analisis datayang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liner berganda. Pengujian hipotesis secarasimultan maupun parsial dilakukan dengan menggunakan software. Rumusanmasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh kecukupan modal danefisiensi operasional terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah,hipotesis yang diajukan adalah kecukupan modal dan efisiensi operasional didugaberpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah.Kata Kunci: Kecukupan Modal, Efisiensi Operasional, Profitabilitas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the understanding of halal certification in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques from related sources. Respondents were 15 MSMEs by distributing questionnaires directly. Of the total number of respondents, 33.3% or 5 people understood halal certification and 66.7% or 10 people still did not understand. The results of this research show that understanding of halal certification in Ceungceum Village is still relatively low due to the lack of outreach activities. The government's role is needed to increase understanding of MSMEs by organizing outreach activities and assistance to make it easier to obtain halal certification in the village.

Abstract

Purpose – This research is motivated by the discrepancy between theory and reality, where in theory it is said that when cash turnover and total asset turnover increase, net profit margin will increase and vice versa. This study aims to determine how cash turnover, total asset turnover and net profit margin at PT BJB Syariah for the period 2013-2022 and to find out how cash turnover and total asset turnover affect net profit margin at PT BJB Syariah for the period 2013-2022 partially and simultaneously.Methodology - This research uses quantitative methods using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 analysis tools with purposive sampling technique, based on appropriate considerations by taking into account the criteria with several limitations taken in this research. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of PT BJB Syariah for the period 2013-2022. The independent variables used are cash turnover and total asset turnover, and the dependent variable used is net profit margin. The tests carried out are by analyzing descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Findings - The results of this study indicate that partially cash turnover has a significant positive effect on net profit margin. Then total asset turnover has a significant negative effect on the net profit margin. While simultaneously cash turnover and total asset turnover have a significant positive effect on net profit margin. This research shows that BJBS needs to make strategy adjustments to increase profitability by considering asset management decisions and operational strategies.Keywords: Cash Turnover; Total Asset Turnover; Net Profit Margin

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk civic skills siswa, terdapat dua kompetensi yaitu intellectual skill dan participation skill pada saat proses pembelajarn di kelas. civic skill siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Serang terbilang masih sangat rendah dalam proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan bahan ajar yang masih konvensional, Pada penelitian ini peneliti mengembangkan bahan ajar PPKn digital interaktif berbasis aplikasi flip builder digunakan agar bahan ajar PPKn semakin menarik dan siswa merasa tidak jenuh       apabila belajar di kelas, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research And Development, metode pengembangan dalam research dan development yaitu adanya potensi dan masalah, mengumpulkan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan pembuatan produk. (Sugiyono, 2017), metode ini merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektivan produk tersebut, dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan meliputi 1) Model pengembangan, 2) Prosedur Pengembangan, 3) Uji Coba Produk, Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa merancang Bahan Ajar Digital Interaktif Berbasis aplikasi flip builder ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi civic skill siswa, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pelajaran PPKn berbasis aplikasi digital interaktif dapat memberikan pembelajaran pada siswa agar menjadi warga negara yang terampil dan berguna bagi bangsa negara serta lingkungannya dikehidupan sehari-hari.This study aims to shape students' citizenship skills, there are two competencies, namely intellectual skills and participation skills during the learning process in class. civic skills of class X students of Office Administration SMK Pasundan 1 Serang City are still very low in the learning process still using conventional teaching materials, to be able to form civic skills students there is an effort to develop Civics learning media in the form of interactive digital Civics teaching materials based on the flip builder application. In this study the researchers developed interactive digital PPKn teaching materials based on the flip builder application used so that PPKn teaching materials were more interesting and students did not feel bored when studying in class, the research method used was the Research And Development research method, this method is the method used to produce products and testing the effectiveness of these products, using three stages including 1) Model development, 2) Development Procedures, 3) Product Trials. The results of the study illustrate that designing Interactive Digital Teaching Materials Based on this flip builder application can improve the competence of civic skills of Pasundan Vocational High School students. 1 City of Serang, PPKn lessons provide learning for students to become citizens who are skilled and useful for their environment or it can be said as an indicator of citizenship competence (civic skills), namely intellectual skills and participation skills.

Abstract

The increase in HIV cases in West Java is ranked 2nd out of the 5 largest provinces with HIV in Indonesia with 1,224 people and 223 cases in Bekasi Regency in 2021. In the case of HIV sufferers, it is certain that HIV treatment will require a lot of money, so other alternative treatments are needed to overcome this. Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) are widely used and trusted as a medicine for infections, anti-bacterial, urinary tract infections, external wounds, anti-hypersensitivity, anti-anemic, diabetes, colitis, diarrhea, dysentery and rheumatism. This research used a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental approach with one group with pre & post test, where the researcher carried out treatment on respondents, namely in the form of measuring knowledge before and after giving a module about the benefits of Moringa leaves in improving the immune system in HIV/AIDS sufferers in the district area. Bekasi. The average pre test score is 7.40, the minimum score is 5 and the maximum score is 9. The average post test score is 8.23, the minimum score is 5 and the maximum score is 10. Of the 30 respondents the average pre test score is 7.40 and The average post test score is 8.2. The results of the statistical test showed a p value of: 0.005 (p< ?: 0.05), meaning that there was an effect of using the module in increasing the knowledge of HIV/AIDS sufferers about the benefits of Moringa leaves in improving the immune system

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the type of e-commerce, consumer satisfaction levels, and e-services performance used in the online marketing of banana foster banana cake. The research was done using a survey method on three banana foster lampung outlets in lampung town. There were 76 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection took place in April - May 2021. Analysis methods used descriptive analysis, Customer satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis, and importance performance analysis (IPA). Research result shows that the media e-commerce, which banana foster often used for marketing and accessing information, is instagram because of good photo quality has its charm to display, the more obvious and uptodate information,, while for sending deliveries using gosend and grabexpress services. CSI score obtained was 86.87 % which means the consumer is very satisfied with online marketing through e-commerce. According to IPA analysis, banana foster has to improve the attribute for giving a faster response to consumer questions and helping customers who have difficulty doing online transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine several linguistic phenomena in students at the Mafaza Indonesian Islamic Boarding School, including language errors at the semantic level, this is intended to find out the causes or problems behind the occurrence of these errors, then overcome them by analyzing and mentioning the correct form of each error. In addition, this study also aims to find some efforts that can be made to minimize the occurrence of errors such as increasing the language level of the students. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study stated that: (1) There were errors at the semantic level among students at the Mafaza Indonesian Islamic Boarding School when they spoke Arabic. At least 70 language errors have been found at the semantic level, as it has also been found that the (main) cause of these errors is literal translation; (2) In an effort to correct language errors as well as minimize the occurrence of such errors, there are several things that need to be done by the teacher: First, conduct a small research on language errors in the place where he teaches. Second, get used to speaking Arabic properly and correctly, so that students can imitate and correct their own mistakes. If it is necessary to correct the students' mistakes, as much as possible the teacher does not say the word "WRONG" so as not to cause fear in the students to speak Arabic in the future. Third, as a preventive measure to avoid such mistakes, it is important for a teacher not to teach Arabic vocabulary without teaching how to use it, because that is the main reason that leads students to use and rely on literal translation.Keywords: Semantic Error Analysis, Literal Translation, Mafaza Indonesia Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

This study aims to describe the halal lifestyle behavior and purchasing intention in halal products among students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at Universitas Siliwangi. The research employs a descriptive statistical approach with primary data collection techniques complemented by a literature review. The findings of this research indicate that a halal lifestyle can enhance purchasing intention in halal products, as it has become a necessity for Muslims. Based on this study, it is evident that 95% of the sampled students from the Sharia Economics Study Program at Universitas Siliwangi have adopted a halal lifestyle. Consequently, this will increase the students' intention in purchasing halal products.

Abstract

Additionally, resilience to crises makes Islamic banking one of the leading solutions to overcoming the economic crisis. This research aims to analyse the level of performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia and determine factors, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic during the 2011-2022 period, using 11 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The analysis method used is DEA Two Stage, with secondary data from the financial reports of each Islamic commercial bank. The input variables are fixed assets, labour costs, and third-party funds. The output variables are the amount of financing provided and operational income. The research results explain that no Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia achieved optimal efficiency during the research period.
