Abstract

Artikel ini membahas secara mendasar mengenai pendekatan dan metode yang dilakukan oleh mufassir dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an, kelebihan dan kekurangan metode yang dipakai oleh para mufassir serta sejarah dan perkembangannya. Seiring berjalan dan berkembangnya waktu dari masa Rasulullah ﷺ hingga masa sekarang, tercatat banyak pendekatan dan metode yang dipakai oleh para mufasir diantaranya pendekatan linguistik, pendekatan berbasis logika, pendekatan berbasis tasawuf, dan pendekatan riwayat, pendekatan isyarat, sehingga dalam pembahasan metode penafsiran al-Qur’an, kita mengenal ada beberapa metode tafsir yang digunakan oleh para ulama yang menghiasi berbagai macam kitab tafsir yang terkenal dalam dunia Islam. Diantaranya metode tafsir tahlily, metode ijmaly, metode muqaran, metode kontekstual, metode tafsir bir riwayah dan metode tafsir bir ro’yi. This article discusses fundamentally the approaches and methods used by mufassir in interpreting the Qur'an, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods used by mufassir and its history and development. As time goes on and the development of time from the time of the Prophet ﷺ to the present, there are many approaches and methods used by mufasir including linguistic approaches, logic-based approaches, Sufism-based approaches, and historical approaches, sign approaches, so that in discussing methods of interpretation of the Qur'an 'an, we know that there are several methods of interpretation used by scholars who adorn various kinds of famous commentary books in the Islamic world. Among them are the tahlily interpretation method, the ijmaly method, the muqaran method, the contextual method, the bir riwayah interpretation method and the bir ro'yi interpretation method.

Abstract

Produk halal kini telah menjadi tren dunia karena memiliki pasar yang potensial bahkan dengan adanya peningkatan industri halal, sektor pertumbuhan ekonomi mengalami kemajuan, kesadaran tentang konsep halal mulai meningkat, dan banyaknya perusahaan di bidang produk dan layanan mulai merespon kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel sertifikat halal terhadap variabel pendapatan usaha dan halal awareness UMKM. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Jumlah data yang diperoleh sebanyak 27 responden yang tersebar di daerah Kecamatan Cihideung, Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil pengolahan data yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 23 dengan regresi linier berganda yang menunjukan bahwa variabel sertifikat halal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan penjualan usaha, hal ini dapat dilihat dari signifikasi sertifikat halal sebesar 0,064 yang berarti lebih besar dari tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 atau 5%. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data peneliti menunjukkan bahwa variabel sertifikat halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap halal awareness UMKM, hal ini dapat dilihat dari signifikasi halal awareness sebesar 0,093 yang berarti lebih besar dari tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 atau 5%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat melihat sejauh mana metode SIUUL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa pada anak yang speech delay. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua orang anak di SPS Yaman Nurjati, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi visual dan dokumen berupa gambar. Langkah pembelajaran melalui kegiatan berbicara dengan metode kartu huruf bergambar di SPS Yaman Nurjati menggunakan model SIUUL (Simak-Ucap-ULang), dengan menunjukan hasil peningkatan kemampuan bercerita guna mendorong anak-anak agar lebih maju ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa model pembelajaran SIUUL pada anak yang memiliki keterlambatan bicara atau speach delay efektif dilakukan.

Abstract

Digitalisasi UMKM di Indonesia tumbuh pesat bahkan melebihi negara tetangga di ASEAN. Namun perkembangan pesat ini tidak diiringi pangsa pasar yang luas. Walaupun digitalisasi membawa manfaat bagi UMKM, tetapi pelaku usaha di Indonesia masih mengalami kendala dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Kendala yang paling tinggi adalah kesulitan UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Perlu penelitian mendalam tentang daya saing yang dikaitkan dengan perluasan pangsa pasar pada usaha kriya di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan empirical gap yang terjadi maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis daya saing berdasarkan strategi digital marketing. Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan tentang transaksi, program, desain situs, dan interaktif dari pemasaran digital dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap daya saing pelaku UMKM kriya di Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan metode deskriptif dan exploratory survey yakni teknik pengumpulan informasi melibatkan sebagian populasi dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Subjek penelitian para pelaku UMKM kriya. Objek peneltian adalah pemasaran digital dan daya saing. Sumber data menggunakan data primer pada pelaku UMKM kriya. Teknik sampling menggunakan rondom sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner yang diolah dengan menggunakan alat PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemasaran digital berpengaruh pada daya saing untuk dimensi transaksi, desain situs, dan interaktif. Sedangkan program insentif tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap daya saing.

Abstract

So far, there have been limited studies examining the strategies to develop the halal industry and improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in East Priangan, a high-potential area in West Java, Indonesia. Thus, this research focuses on the development of the halal industry to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in the area. The study utilized the analytic network process (ANP) approach and a structured questionnaire to identify suitable strategies. Seven key respondents, including academics and practitioners, were selected based on their expertise. The analysis yielded three key criteria for strategies: (1) education for MSMEs, (2) integrated financing, and (3) an MSME database. The top priority strategies include strengthening human resource capacity, halal literacy, and financing support. The research provides recommendations for MSMEs and regulatory agencies to improve competitiveness, serving as a reference for future relevant studies.

Abstract

The implementation of corporate social responsibility is not only for industrial companies that produce negative impacts on the environment and society, but also other sectors such as: services, insurance, communications, bank and non-bank financial institutions. Banks and other financial service providers play an important role as they are not only recipients but also providers of socially responsible investments. Banks can benefit by applying various basic ideas related to CSR to their policies related to human resources and community involvement. This study aims to determine the development map and trends of Social Banking published by reputable journals in the field of Economics and finance. The data analyzed were more than 1744 publications of Scopus indexed research publications. The export data was then processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program to determine the bibliometric map of the development of the role of Social Banking. The results showed that the number of publications on the development of the role of economic and financial research continues to increase.

Abstract

Employee performance greatly influences the achievement of organizational goals. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected employee work patterns. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Work From Home policy is one way to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, especially in office environments. With this Work From Home policy, employees can work more flexibly from home. It is certainly hoped that this work flexibility can improve employee performance so that organizational goals can still be achieved even though the pandemic causes restrictions on community activities. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic was lifted from endemic status in June 2023, the Work From Home policy was still implemented in various offices because it was considered to have a positive effect on employee performance. This research aims to determine the impact of the Work From Home policy on employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the Directorate of Customs Facilities, Directorate General of Customs and Excise. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection methods through observation and surveys of employees within the Directorate of Customs Facilities, Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The research results show that the Work From Home policy has a good/positive impact on employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic at the Directorate of Customs Facilities, Directorate General of Customs and Excise. WFH improves employee performance which is assessed based on improvements in performance indicators: work quality; quantity; punctuality; effectiveness; and independence.

Abstract

The use of digitalization that has not been optimal will create challenges in time speed, procedural errors, it is feared that it will reduce business processes due to decreased customer satisfaction. Business processes require technological assistance for traditional food MSME players in Tasikmalaya to improve operational efficiency. More in-depth research is needed on the factors that make business processes effective in MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the implementation of accounting information systems on business processes based on previously implemented systems in traditional Tasikmalaya food MSMEs in supporting business sustainability in the digital era. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method approach using interviews with research subjects, namely the management of traditional Tasikmalaya food as informants. Data sources use primary data, and data collection techniques by interview. The results showed that the implementation of accounting information systems greatly helped the business processes of traditional food MSMEs. accounting information systems contribute to business processes including customer satisfaction levels, operational efficiency, process cycle time, error rates. Suggestions for business management to adopt technology with accounting information systems to improve business processes. Future research can explore other technologies that make it easier for MSME management to develop their business. Keywords: Computerized System; Business process; MSMEs

Abstract

Automation is essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in a competitive business era to understand and implement customer retention strategies to survive and grow. This study aims to describe ATM Service Quality and customer retention among MSMEs using ATMs and analyze the influence of reliability, comfort, safety, convenience, and fulfillment variables on customer retention. The research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and exploratory survey methods. The research subjects were SMEs using ATMs in East Priangan, with the research object being ATM service quality and customer retention. Data was collected through questionnaires and observations using random sampling techniques. The statistical analysis results using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) show high reliability in variable measurement and adequate discriminant validity. The findings indicate that the structural model indicates that reliability and convenience do not significantly affect customer retention, while security and convenience play an essential role. The implication is that it is essential to focus on the security and convenience aspects of ATM services to enhance customer retention strategies amidst intense business competition. These results provide in-depth and relevant insights, supporting the development of effective strategies for MSMEs, increasing the adoption of digital financial services and keeping customers away from the competition. .

Abstract

This community service aims to discover how village deliberative bodies improve local democracy and what obstacles village deliberative bodies have in improving local democracy in Kramatlaban village, sub-district. Padarincang district. attack prov. offer. This community service uses a survey method to the direct location. The subjects of this community service are the chairman of the Kramatlaban village BPD, the Kramatlaban village BPD secretary, the Kramatlaban village head, the Kramatlaban village secretary and the Kramatlaban village community.  The results of community service show that the BPD in Kramatlaban Village has carried out its main duties and functions, namely establishing Village Regulations together with the Village Head, accommodating and channeling community aspirations, and supervising the Village Head's performance well. There are 2 (two) obstacles to BPD in carrying out its role, namely internal and external factors. The following are internal factors: (1) Facilities, (2) Financial obstacles, (3) Limited time. Meanwhile, for external factors: (1) Participation from the community is less than optimal. The efforts made by the BPD to improve local democracy are: (1) Providing knowledge to the community about the importance of democracy, (2) Providing any information on village community management reports to the village government, and (3) Carrying out outreach with the community regarding the functions and duties of the BPD.
