Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education, family experience, and students' entrepreneurial intentions, exploring the mediating role of the unemployment rate. Three theories were integrated into this study: Entrepreneurship Theory, Social Learning Theory, and Hidden Unemployment Theory. The study utilized a quantitative approach, employing structural equation modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) for analysis, as well as correlation analysis to examine relationships between variables. Non-probability sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling to determine the research sample. The study participants consisted of 100 college students in Bandung City, Indonesia, selected to complete an online questionnaire. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education and family experience significantly and positively impact students' entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, the unemployment rate serves as a positive mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education empowers individuals to create self-employment opportunities, reduces the unemployment rate, motivates students to pursue entrepreneurial paths, and shapes the entrepreneurship education curriculum to meet evolving market demands.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a model that integrates social cognitive theory and experiential learning theory in the context of using ChatGPT and entrepreneurship education to enhance students' entrepreneurial intention, considering the mediating role of innovative behaviour. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using SEM-PLS data analysis to explore the relationship between the relevant variable. Purposive sampling technique is used to select samples that meet specific criteria. The research sample consisted of 139 students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, with data collected via an online questionnaire. The study results indicate that the use of ChatGPT, entrepreneurship education, and innovative behaviour positively and significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intentions, in line with social cognitive and experiential learning theory. Innovative behaviour also plays a significant role as a mediating variable. This research suggests that educational institutions can further optimize the use of technology, such as ChatGPT, in entrepreneurship curricula and provide more practical experiences to strengthen students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Financial management is a crucial aspect in ensuring the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to analyze the financial management strategies that can be implemented to ensure the operational continuity of both formal and non-formal Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a literature review method by examining 10 relevant journals on financial management in Islamic educational institutions. The results of this review show that various strategies employed by Islamic educational institutions in managing financing, such as philanthropic fund management, the implementation of a structured budgeting system, and the utilization of digital technology in financial management, play a significant role in enhancing institutional sustainability. Additionally, collaboration between educational institutions and the community is also an important supporting factor. Effective and efficient financing can be achieved through well-planned strategies and continuous monitoring. This study also highlights the importance of innovation in managing financial resources and adapting to the changing needs and challenges of the times.
