Abstract

Bahaya merupakan situasi atau keadaan yang dapat menimbulkan cedera, sakit, atau kerugian. Setiap pekerjaan tidak terlepas dari adanya potensi bahaya dan berisiko menimbulkan kecelakaan maupun penyakit akibat kerja. Perusahaan X adalah salah satu perusahaan di Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara yang bergerak di bidang asuransi sosial dengan tujuan memberikan bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat yang tergabung di dalamnya. Perusahaan X mempunyai 33 pekerja dan belum memiliki kebijakan serta standar K3 perkantoran sejak didirikan pada tahun 2016 lalu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian terkait potensi bahaya dan risiko yang ada dan dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan serta penyakit akibat kerja di Perusahaan X. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya kerja dan risiko yang ada pada karyawan Perusahaan X disertai dengan memberikan rekomendasi untuk tindakan pencegahan setiap tahap pekerjaan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif  dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada 7 karyawan di bidang pelayanan, pengendalian operasional, kepesertaan, kebersihan, dan satpam. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 6 tahapan kegiatan didapatkan potensi bahaya seperti gangguang mata akibat pencahayaan kurang dan radiasi komputer, badan dan leher pegal, tergores benda tajam seperti hekter, pisau, box, tersetrum, terpeleset, tersandung, tertimpa box, terpapar debu, kelelahan, tekanan kerja, dan lainnya. Upaya pengendalian yang bisa dilakukan yaitu dengan eliminasi, subsitusi, rekayasa alat, administrasi, dan APD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti kualitas layanan haji dan umrah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada peran digitalisasi, kebijakan pemerintah, dan manajemen layanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan jamaah. Pelayanan berkualitas, seperti akomodasi yang nyaman, transportasi yang efisien, dan bimbingan profesional, terbukti signifikan dalam menciptakan pengalaman ibadah yang optimal. Digitalisasi, melalui sistem seperti SISKOHAT dan SISKOPATUH, mempermudah pengelolaan data dan akses informasi secara real-time, memberikan kemudahan bagi jamaah dalam persiapan dan pelaksanaan ibadah. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung keselamatan dan kenyamanan jamaah melalui penyediaan fasilitas kesehatan, pelatihan petugas, dan inovasi digital. Dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi literatur yang melibatkan studi-studi sebelumnya, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara kombinasi pelayanan berkualitas, adaptasi teknologi, dan kebijakan yang tepat dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan jamaah. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kualitas layanan yang berkesinambungan diperlukan untuk memastikan jamaah dapat melaksanakan ibadah dengan khusyuk, aman, dan nyaman.

Abstract

The increase in demand for concrete raises demands for high production needs so that complaints of fatigue arise in workers. In an effort to minimize fatigue felt by workers, the company implements a shift system at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in fatigue levels based on work shifts in concrete production workers of PT. Maxima Daya Indonesia. This study used quantitative methods with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all workers with a sampling technique, namely a total sampling technique of 104 respondents. The ariables studied in this study were shift work and work fatigue. The data will be tested for normality and homogeneity and then analyzed using a t-independent test to determine the difference between the two variables that are statistically meaningful. The results of this study showed a significant difference between the average fatigue in the morning shift with the night shift (sig<0.005) with the mean in the morning shift of 32.33 while the mean in the night shift was 38.56. Fatigue in the night shift caused by night shift work activities tends to be the same as the morning shift and disrupted workers' rest patterns.

Abstract

Every year 2 million workers die due to work accidents caused by fatigue. This research aims to determine the factors related to work fatigue in oil palm farmer workers in Tanjung Medan Labuhanbatu Village. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The population of workers is 104 people and the sample is 85 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between age and work fatigue (p-value = 0.000) r = 0.607, there was a relationship between length of service and work fatigue (p-value 0.000) r = 0.526, there was a relationship between length of work and work fatigue (p-value 0.010) r = 0.078, there is a relationship between workload and work fatigue (p-value 0.012) r = 0.647, there is no relationship between nutritional status and work fatigue (p-value 0.353) r = 0.049. This research concludes that there is a relationship between age, length of service, length of work, and workload on work fatigue, there is no relationship between nutritional status and work fatigue in oil palm farmers. Advice for workers is that they should pay attention to their health while working to avoid work fatigue which could pose a risk of work accidents.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Gastritis digambarkan sebagai suatu peradangan atau inflamasi terjadi pada mukosa lambung disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti adanya iritasi, infeksi dan juga tidak beraturnya pola makan yang dimiliki seseorang, seperti lewatnya waktu makan, makan dalam jumlah yang berlebih, makan dengan terburu-buru serta makan-makanan dengan menggunakan banyaknya bumbu serta berasa pedas. Penyebab terjadinya gastritis yaitu konsumsi makanan yang dapat memicu meningkatnya kadar asam lambung. Adapun penelitian ini dibuat dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah responden pada penelitian ini yaitu 45 orang responden dengan kriteria masyarakat dengan gangguan penyakit gastritis dan bertempat tinggal di Desa Rantau Panjang Kelurahan Pantai Labu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, penyebab penyakit gastritis yang diderita responden menimbulkan rasa sakit perut, mual serta sakit kepala oleh karenanya responden bisa makan dalam jumlah lebih dari 3 kali dalam satu hari. Yang mana dalam sehari jumlah makan responden hanya 2 kali pada satu hari serta tidak mengkonsumsi makanan selingan atau cemilan yang akhirnya kondisi lambung menjadi kosong selama 5-6 jam yang seharusnya kosong selama 3-4 jam saja. Sebab, awal dari penyebab terjadinya gangguan gastritis yaitu diakibatkan tidak beraturnya pola makan ataupun disebabkan kondisi lambung yang kosongpada durasi yang cukup lama. Kata Kunci: Gastritis, lambung, Pola Makan

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to find and explain the role models of working women. This type of qualitative research uses descriptive design. Secondary data sources obtained from the 2017 IDHS data, data on married women who work, and tertiary data sources that reference several previously research sources. Univariate data analysis to calculate the distribution of the prevalence of working women. Tertiary data were analyzed using the Invivo 12 application to build concepts or role models. The results showed that the prevalence of working women was 80.3% (246 people), not working 2.8% (9 people) and not working in the last 12 months by 16.7% (52 people). The role models of women working in the family, which are: family mediators, support for their husbands, sources of income, family care, and children's education. The women who work have responsibilities to the family, the same as women who do not work (housewives). We conclude that the prevalence of married women who work increases, influenced by family needs and social strata of society. The working women have a dual role. There are an advised to continue to carry out their duties and responsibilities towards the family.

Abstract

ABSTRACT because nurses interact with patients around the clock, they make up the majority of healthcare professionals. Thus, motivation is what drives people to achieve. To determine the relationship between nurse work motivation and work stress in Setio Husodo hospital. By utilizing cross-sectional assessment design and quantitative assessment methods, this study examines work motivation and work stress using a modified questionnaire setia (2017) and work stress using a questionnaire derived from the thesis Nur Kholifatul Hidayati (2018). Likert scale method is used as a measure of work motivation and work stress. Setyo Husodo Kisaran hospital became the research location for this study. Total sampling is used in the sample. Up to 45 personnel from the inpatient department became a sample of the study. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank Correlation in bivariate analysis and univariate analysis to determine the distribution of characteristics of respondents. Considering the correlation between work motivation and work stress in nurses at Setio Husodo hospital, the range is equal to -0.334 with a significance level of 0.025, it can be said that there is a relationship between the two. A comparison between a sample of 45 individuals with table values resulted in a table value of -0.334. Nurses at Setio Husodo Kisaran hospital had a substantial inverse relationship between work motivation and work stress. This implies that work-related stress decreases when work motivation increases and vice versa. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Motivation, Inpatient Nurse, Likert Scale, Hospital  ABSTRAK Karena perawat berinteraksi dengan pasien sepanjang waktu, mereka merupakan mayoritas profesional kesehatan. Dengan demikian, motivasi adalah apa yang mendorong orang untuk berprestasi. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja perawat dan stres kerja pada rangkaian rumah sakit Setio Husodo. Dengan memanfaatkan desain penilaian cross-sectional dan metode penilaian kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji motivasi kerja dan stres kerja menggunakan kuisioner yang dimodifikasi Setia (2017) dan stres kerja menggunakan kuisioner yang berasal dari skripsi Nur Kholifatul Hidayati (2018). Metode skala likert digunakan sebagai alat ukur motivasi kerja dan stres kerja. Rumah Sakit Setio Husodo Kisaran menjadi lokasi penelitian untuk penelitian ini. Total sampling digunakan dalam sampel. Hingga 45 personel dari bagian rawat inap menjadi sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Korelasi Spearman Rank pada analisis bivariat dan analisis univariat untuk mengetahui persebaran karakteristik responden. Mengingat korelasi antara motivasi kerja dan stres kerja pada perawat di RS Setio Husodo kisaran sama dengan -0,334 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,025, maka dapat dikatakan terdapat keterkaitan antara keduanya. Perbandingan antara sampel sebanyak 45 individu dengan nilai tabel menghasilkan nilai rtabel sebesar -0,334. Perawat di RS Setio Husodo Kisaran memiliki hubungan terbalik yang substansial antara motivasi kerja dan stres kerja. Ini menyiratkan bahwa stres terkait pekerjaan berkurang ketika motivasi kerja meningkat dan sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Perawat Rawat Inap, Skala Likert, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

Nurses are one of the medical staff who play an active role in improving health development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors of nurse ergonomics for complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in the inpatient room of Rumah Sakit Umum Langsa. This research is analytic observational research with a case-control design. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Langsa Hospital. The sample involved in this study was 144 nurses, consisting of 72 people as case samples and 72 people as control samples. The sampling was done by purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the age, tenure, and work position of nurses were related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), where older nurses (36-50 years) and long working years tended to experience MSDs complaints, as well as nurses who worked in positionswork that is not ergonomic is more likely to experience MSDs. Meanwhile, the gender of the nurse is not related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) because both women and men have the same risk of experiencing MSDs complaints. This study concludes that the most at risk for musculoskeletal disorders is the work position variable. It is recommended that the K3RS team develop and implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding the risk of patient handling for nurses at work, and conduct training related to patient handling or ergonomics activities for nurses.

Abstract

Diarrhea is one of the most prevalent health problems in Indonesia, especially in areas with limited access to clean water and adequate sanitation facilities. In addition, diarrhea is one of the leading causes of death in the world, especially in children under 5 years of age, with approximately 2.2 million deaths each year. The purpose of this study was to increase community knowledge about diarrhea in Bagan Dalam Village, Tanjung Tiram Sub-District, Batu Bara Regency to prevent diarrhea. The research method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental approach designed in the form of one-group pre-test and post-test. Sampling using the accidental sampling formula obtained 30 samples in this study. This research instrument uses a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using paired simple t-test. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test tests, there was no significant difference in knowledge between before and after counseling, with an average value of 0.833. This is because the education was only conducted once, so the impact on changes in the level of knowledge of the community who became the research sample was not large.

Abstract

Workers who use computers in daily activities often experience eye fatigue. Visual disorders caused by computer use can include various complaints, such as: blurred vision, unclear images, double vision, difficulty distinguishing colors, red eyes, eyes that are often sore, frequently itchy, often feeling tense, eyes that easily become sleepy, reduced accommodation ability, and headache symptoms. This research uses qualitative research as a complex description, by studying words, obtaining detailed reports from respondents' perspectives, and investigating experienced situations. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between long exposure and monitor distance with employee eye fatigue at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sumbagut Regional Office. Employees working with an 8-hour system per day for 5 working days rarely apply the 20-20-20 method recommended by the Ministry of Health to prevent eye fatigue.
