Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of ḥikmah in Fakhruddin al-Razi’s exegesis of QS. Luqman: 12–19 and to formulate its implications for Islamic elementary education. Using a qualitative method through thematic interpretation and library research, this research analyzes the educational principles of Luqman’s advice based on al-Razi’s Mafātīḥ al-Ghayb. The findings reveal that ḥikmah integrates knowledge, faith, and action, contributing to the formation of monotheistic awareness, morality, self-control, and social etiquette. The study proposes a hikmah-based education model with principles of spirituality, exemplary character, integrity, and social engagement. The implications include the transformation of teachers into murabbis and the development of curricula and school culture rooted in Qur’anic values. This research contributes to bridging classical tafsir traditions with the practical needs of contemporary Islamic education through a philosophically grounded framework.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali konsep hikmah dalam tafsir Fakhruddin Ar-Razi terhadap QS. Luqman: 12–19 serta merumuskan implikasinya terhadap pendidikan Islam dasar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tafsir tematik dan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis pilar-pilar pendidikan dalam wasiat Luqman berdasarkan penafsiran Ar-Razi dalam Mafātīḥ al-Ghayb. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa hikmah mencakup integrasi antara ilmu, iman, dan amal, serta berperan dalam pembentukan karakter tauhid, akhlak, kontrol diri, dan kesantunan sosial. Penelitian ini merumuskan model pendidikan berbasis hikmah dengan prinsip spiritualitas, keteladanan, integritas, dan keterlibatan sosial. Implikasi dari temuan ini mencakup transformasi peran guru menjadi murabbi serta pengembangan kurikulum dan budaya sekolah yang menanamkan nilai-nilai Qur’ani secara integral. Studi ini berkontribusi dalam menyambungkan khazanah tafsir klasik dengan kebutuhan praksis pendidikan Islam masa kini secara aplikatif dan filosofis.

Abstract

Arabic is the language used in the Qur'an and hadith which is a guide to life for a Muslim, therefore a Muslim is obliged to learn Arabic, and Arabic cannot be understood well except with the knowledge of Nahwu so it is also necessary to study knowledge. The aim of this research is to analyze the nahwu learning model at the Darul Muttaqien Parung madrasah. The research method uses qualitative methods with field research type, the research object is at the Darul Muttaqien Parung madrasah, data collection techniques use triangulation consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the nahwu learning model at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Muttaqien Parung uses a tathbiqiyah (applicative) learning model with inductive theory, this model is based on a learning process approach which involves interactive activities inside and outside the classroom to increase students' creativity and independence, in its application there are supporting factors consisting of teachers' efforts to motivate students, Arabic language improvement programs, and tiered supervision divisions, there are also inhibiting factors consisting of lack of student motivation and commitment, lack of an Arabic language environment, and the effectiveness of efforts is still low. In conclusion, although there have been efforts and programs carried out to help the nahwu learning process, there are still several obstacles that hinder the nahwu learning process. Abstrak Bahasa Arab merupakan bahasa yang digunakan dalam Alquran dan hadits yang merupakan pedoman hidup bagi seorang muslim, karena itu seorang muslim wajib mempelajari bahasa Arab, dan bahasa Arab tidaklah dapat dipahami dengan baik kecuali dengan ilmu nahwu maka diharuskan pula mempelajari ilmu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran nahwu di madrasah aliyah Darul Muttaqien Parung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian lapangan, objek penelitian di madrasah aliyah Darul Muttaqien Parung, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwasanya model pembelajaran nahwu di madrasah aliyah Darul Muttaqien Parung menggunakan model pembelajaran tathbiqiyah (aplikatif) dengan teori induktif, model tersebut berlandaskan pendekatan learning process yang melibatkan kegiatan interaktif di dalam dan luar kelas guna meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa, dalam penerapannya terdapat faktor pendukung yang terdiri dari upaya guru dalam memotivasi siswa, program peningkatan bahasa Arab, dan divisi pengawasan berjenjang, terdapat pula faktor penghambat terdiri dari kurangnya motivasi dan komitmen siswa, kurangnya lingkungan berbahasa Arab, dan efektivitas upaya yang masih rendah. Kesimpulannya, meskipun telah ada upaya dan program yang dilakukan untuk membantu proses pembelajaran nahwu, akan tetapi masih ada beberapa hambatan yang menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran nahwu.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Flip Book-based E-Module as an interactive learning medium for the subject of Chassis and Power Transmission Brake Systems for Grade XI students majoring in Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Sagaranten, Sukabumi Regency. The development addresses the challenges of vocational education, which is still dominated by conventional methods and lacks instructional media capable of presenting technical content visually and engagingly. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method by combining the ADDIE and Dick & Carey instructional design models. The development stages included needs analysis, design, prototype development, expert validation, and limited trials with students. The validation results from subject matter experts, media experts, and instructional design experts showed that the developed E-Module is highly feasible for use, with respective validation scores of 92%, 93%, and 94%. Small- and medium-group trials also demonstrated positive student responses, with feasibility scores of 89% and 91%, respectively. Furthermore, the effectiveness test using pre-test and post-test methods indicated a significant increase of 55% in students' learning outcomes after using the Flip Book-based E-Module. These findings confirm that the Flip Book-based E-Module is not only feasible but also effective in enhancing the quality of vocational learning. The product is expected to serve as an alternative digital learning medium that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Additionally, this digital module has the potential to strengthen students’ digital literacy and independent learning in the era of Education 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas media video pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPA materi masa pubertas di kelas VI SD Negeri Pakuhaji Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Hannafin and Peck, yang meliputi tiga tahap: analisis kebutuhan, desain, serta pengembangan dan implementasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Pakuhaji. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli media, ahli desain instruksional, dan ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran sangat layak digunakan dengan persentase masing-masing 91,11%, 94%, dan 96%. Selain itu, uji efektivitas menggunakan N-Gain Score menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,75 (kategori tinggi) dan efektivitas sebesar 75,32% (kategori efektif). Ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan video pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi masa pubertas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul berbasis Contextual Learning pada materi My Class Schedule untuk mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Lengkong. Masalah yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah kurangnya media pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan interaktif untuk mendukung ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model Borg and Gall yang dipadukan dengan model ADDIE melalui tujuh tahapan, yaitu: (1) Analysis, (2) Design and Planning, (3) Development, (4) Preliminary Testing and Revision, (5) Implementation, (6) Evaluation and Final Revision, dan (7) Dissemination and Implementation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket validasi ahli, angket respon pengguna (guru dan peserta didik), serta tes pretest dan posttest. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media (85%), ahli desain (95%), dan ahli materi (93%) menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul tergolong sangat layak. Respon guru (93%) dan peserta didik (92%) juga menunjukkan penerimaan yang sangat baik. Uji efektivitas dengan rumus N-Gain menunjukkan hasil 0,90 atau 90%, yang dikategorikan tinggi. Dengan demikian, E-Modul berbasis Contextual Learning terbukti layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi My Class Schedule. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pengembangan E-Modul serupa diterapkan pada materi dan jenjang lainnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

A two-way communication model is a process of information exchange that involves reciprocal interaction between the sender and receiver of a message, in which both parties actively provide feedback to ensure clarity, understanding, and effectiveness of communication. This study aims to develop a relevant and applicable two-way communication model to enhance the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools, particularly in the context of accepting new students and strengthening public trust. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), combined with James E. Grunig's theory of two-way symmetrical communication. The study was conducted at two Islamic boarding schools in Sukabumi, West Java: Darussyifa YASPIDA, representing the Salafiyah typology, and Pondok Pesantren Assalam, representing the Khalafiyah typology. The model development process involved stages of needs identification, concept design, prototype testing, and dissemination of results. The model was validated by communication experts and boarding school practitioners, who indicated a very high level of feasibility based on criteria of effectiveness, relevance, and sustainability.  The final model emphasizes the principles of equality, participatory dialogue, and the strengthening of Islamic values as its main foundation. The implications of developing this model show significant potential in improving transparency, participation, and building public trust, which in turn can strengthen the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools in accepting new students. Further research is recommended to test the application of this model in various Islamic educational institutions with more diverse regional, cultural, and typological characteristics to assess its consistency and effectiveness in a broader context.  Abstrak Model komunikasi dua arah merupakan suatu proses pertukaran informasi yang melibatkan interaksi timbal balik antara pengirim dan penerima pesan, di mana kedua belah pihak secara aktif memberikan umpan balik untuk memastikan kejelasan, pemahaman, dan efektivitas komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model komunikasi dua arah yang relevan dan aplikatif guna meningkatkan daya saing pondok pesantren, khususnya dalam konteks penerimaan peserta didik baru serta penguatan kepercayaan publik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), yang dikombinasikan dengan teori komunikasi dua arah simetris (Two-Way Symmetrical Communication) dari James E. Grunig. Studi dilaksanakan pada dua pondok pesantren di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, yaitu Darussyifa YASPIDA yang merepresentasikan tipologi salafiyah dan Pondok Pesantren Assalam yang merepresentasikan tipologi khalafiyah. Proses pengembangan model melibatkan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan konsep, pengujian prototipe, serta diseminasi hasil. Validasi model dilakukan oleh pakar komunikasi dan praktisi pesantren, yang menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi berdasarkan kriteria efektivitas, relevansi, dan keberlanjutan. Model akhir yang dihasilkan menekankan prinsip kesetaraan, dialog partisipatif, dan penguatan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai fondasi utama. Implikasi dari pengembangan model ini menunjukkan potensi signifikan dalam meningkatkan transparansi, partisipasi, serta membangun kepercayaan publik, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperkuat daya saing pondok pesantren dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menguji penerapan model ini pada berbagai lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan karakteristik wilayah, budaya, dan tipologi yang lebih beragam guna menilai konsistensi efektivitasnya dalam konteks yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal Hamka's thoughts and their integration into learning the creed at Muhammadiyah University in Indonesia. This research is qualitative, namely in the form of library research. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University, Prof. Dr. Hamka (Uhamka), Jakarta. The primary data sources are the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) document for the Uhamka Aqidah Course, Tafsir al-Azhar, Akhlaqul Karimah books, Budi Institute books, Living Institute books, Modern Sufism books, and other Hamka works. While the secondary data sources are other books that are relevant to the object of discussion in this study, Data analysis techniques were both empirical and theoretical. The results of this study show that the presentation of the faith material written by Hamka is not entirely the same as the presentation of the SRP for the faith courses at Uhamka. However, this study found that substantively, Hamka's messages related to faith education in Uhamka's lesson plans are scattered throughout his various works and can be integrated into aqidah lectures at Uhamka. Among Hamka's thoughts about Aqidah, which are substantively taught at Uhamka, is that Aqidah-monotheism is not just a belief but must be implemented in the lives of individuals, professions, families, communities, and even nations and humanity. Aqidah learning, which is oriented towards strengthening the implementation of character in life at Uhamka, is relevant to Hamka's view that a strong Aqidah-Tawhid will have an impact on the life of a Muslim in his vertical dimension with Allah SWT as well as its horizontal social dimension with fellow human beings and their environment.

Abstract

The problem that was used as the object of the research is that in the operational journey carried out by Kopsyah, BMI for the past 5 years in providing services to members was very maximal and this could not be proven with supporting data, from the financial statements that members could quit , the need for this research was made to find out from the form of satisfaction and loyalty of members in Kopsyah Benteng Mikro Indonesia. This study aims to 1) Know the Effect of Service Quality on Member Satisfaction in Kopsyah Benteng Mikro Indonesia 2) Know the Effect of Service Quality on Loyalty of Koperasi Benteng Mikro Indonesia’s Members 3) Know the Effect of Member Satisfaction on Loyalty of Koperasi Benteng Mikro Indonesia’s Members. The data collection technique is use a questionnaire given to respondents (members) of 457 people. The population in this study is a member of the BMI Sharia Cooperative who has a membership period of at least 2 years in Kopsyah BMI. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling from all members who have been members for at least 2 years. The analytical tool used is SPSS 20. The results of the study showed that the service quality of Kopsyah Benteng Mikro Indonesia had an effect on member satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study discusses the internalization of character education from an Islamic perspective and its implementation in daily life. Character education according to Islam aims to form individuals who have noble personalities (moral character) by instilling values ​​such as honesty, trustworthiness, compassion, responsibility, and mutual respect. The process of internalizing character education is carried out through various methods, including direct teaching, role models, practicing the teachings of the Quran and Hadith, and habituation in the family, school, and community environments. The implementation of Islamic character values ​​in daily life not only leads to the formation of superior individuals but also to the formation of a harmonious and prosperous society. With a systematic approach, Islamic perspective character education can be the main foundation in building a generation with noble morals and high social awareness. The results of this study indicate that the integration of Islamic values ​​into daily activities has a significant impact on forming good individual characters, which are in line with the goals of Islamic education, namely achieving happiness in the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

Hajj and Umrah are two significant religious rituals in Islam, holding profound spiritual and religious value for Muslims. Hajj is a mandatory pilgrimage to be performed once in a lifetime by those who are financially and physically capable, whereas Umrah can be undertaken at any time as an opportunity to draw closer to Allah SWT. This study aims to explore the meaning and importance of Hajj and Umrah in the lives of Muslims. The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving the collection and analysis of various relevant sources such as the Quran, Hadith, and other Islamic literature. The findings reveal that Hajj and Umrah provide several primary benefits, including purification from sins, enhancement of faith and piety, and strengthening of global Muslim unity. Moreover, these rituals have significant social, economic, and cultural impacts on Muslim communities worldwide. In the context of globalization and modern technology, the practice of Hajj and Umrah has undergone significant development, enabling millions of Muslims from diverse countries to perform these rituals more conveniently and efficiently.
