Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the use of Simpenqu, a web-based application developed internally by SMP Islam Qurani Al-Bahjah, on the effectiveness of teacher learning administration. This application includes various features such as daily journals, student attendance recording, preparation of report cards, and management of teaching modules. The results showed that the use of Simpenqu provide a significant positive impact in improving the work efficiency of teachers and encourage the involvement of parents in the educational process. In addition, this application also supports Adiwiyata program by reducing the use of paper. However, there are technical constraints such as system disruptions and infrastructure limitations that still need to be addressed. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi penggunaan Simpenqu, sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dikembangkan secara internal oleh SMP Islam Qurani Al-Bahjah, terhadap efektivitas administrasi pembelajaran guru. Aplikasi ini mencakup berbagai fitur seperti jurnal harian, pencatatan kehadiran siswa, penyusunan rapor, serta pengelolaan modul ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Simpenqu memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja guru serta mendorong keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga mendukung program Adiwiyata dengan mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Namun, terdapat kendala teknis seperti gangguan sistem dan keterbatasan infrastruktur yang masih perlu dibenahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

The educational environment in Islam plays a strategic role in shaping students' character. This study aims to explore the concept of the academic environment from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and analyze its implications for the formation of an Islamic generation. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, the research examines various relevant sources. The findings identify three main dimensions of an ideal educational environment: the family, school, and community. These three dimensions are interdependent and work synergistically to shape a generation rooted in faith, knowledge, and noble character. The family serves as the initial foundation for instilling values of faith and morality. The school extends this foundation through structured, formal education, and the community provides a real-life context for practicing these values. This study highlights the lack of integration between family, school, and community roles in current Islamic educational models. It concludes that strengthening the synergy among these three pillars can contribute significantly to building a holistic Islamic education system that is adaptive to contemporary challenges and capable of fostering character education based on Islamic values.

Abstract

A notary is a public official who, in carrying out their duties, refers to the Notary Position Law, which stipulates that the creation of deeds must be done face to face with clients. However, in the provisions of the Notary Law itself, Article 15 Paragraph (1) letter m provides that cyber notaries can be implemented. This research aims to assess the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the development of cyber notaries in the era of digital transformation and to examine to what extent AI will support or replace the role of notaries as public officials. This study uses normative legal research with a legislative and conceptual approach through literature studies that are analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate the position of AI in the Notary Position is only as a supporting tool, not as a substitute for the notary position, because AI cannot legally replace the role of a notary, regarding the position of AI there are also no clear norms in the laws and regulations. So the position of AI in cyber notary is only as a supporting tool for Notaries which provides many conveniences for notaries in carrying out their duties. The application of AI as part of cyber notary by optimizing AI performance so that notaries can work more effectively and efficiently. With the existence of legal provisions that are in line with the application of AI in cyber notary, it will certainly make it easier for notaries to carry out their duties, in addition to the guarantee of electronic storage of notary protocols, there also needs to be legal provisions with the guarantee of client data security.

Abstract

Cyber ​​notary as part of the development of digital technology has become a new innovation in notary services. However, in the midst of the presence of cyber notary, it raises new challenges, especially in the aspect of the classical principles of notary, especially the principle of Tabellionis Officium Fideliter Exercebo which is oriented towards the notary's devotion to the duties that have been carried out so far. This article is oriented to examine the concept of cyber notary and the principle of Tabellionis Officium Fideliter Exercebo in terms of challenges and implementation. In addition, this article contains a comparative study of other countries using the United States as a reference for comparison as well as a representative of the use of cyber notary. This research is a legal research that uses a statutory approach and a comparative approach to describe ideas for the renewal of notary law in the aspect of cyber notary in Indonesia. The result of this research show The concept of cyber notary has shifted the paradigm of conventional notaries based on physical to digital systems. However, in its implementation, it does face quite big challenges. A comparative study with the United States through the RON system shows that this country has succeeded in adjusting notary integrity with job accountability through legal means and infrastructure, as well as forming national standards that represent technological progress without sacrificing ethical aspects. Therefore, there needs to be a rigid regulation in the Notary Law that represents progressive positive law in responding to the challenges of the development of the era, by reformulating notary law that not only accommodates technological devices, but also reconstructs the meaning of job fidelity in aspects that are in accordance with the values ​​of trust and caution.

Abstract

This article discusses the philosophy of leadership and its implications for organizational climate in the educational context. Leadership philosophy refers to the principles, values and beliefs that form the basis for making decisions and acting as a leader. In the educational sphere, an effective leadership philosophy can form a positive organizational climate, which in turn has an impact on performance. and motivation of organizational members. This research explores various leadership theories and models, and examines how the application of certain leadership philosophies can influence aspects of organizational climate such as communication, collaboration, and psychological well-being. The study results show that leadership based on inclusive, collaborative values and oriented towards shared goals tends to create an environment that supports professional and personal growth. This article concludes that a deep understanding of leadership philosophy and its consistent application is very important to create a conducive and productive educational organizational climate.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the culture shock experienced by lecturers as educators in the realm of higher education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative approach with analytic descriptive in which data collection used interview techniques. Lecturers as an essential part of lectures are required to remain productive and of high quality, especially in carrying out the obligations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The covid-19 pandemic has forced the world of education in almost all over the world to implement a new system of learning, namely distance learning (virtually). Unfortunately, however, this new system and culture was not fully accepted by university lecturers. Because some feel comfortable and accustomed to adapting to online learning, but others feel culture shock, namely shock, pressure, and cultural shock, because they have never been used to a culture that is considered new. According to this case study research, it was found that junior lecturers experienced mild culture shock, semi-senior lecturers experienced moderate culture shock, while senior lecturers experienced severe culture shock. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work culture on the performance of lecturers at Poltekes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population sample is lecturers in four Departments of Health Polytechnic III Jakarta. This study indicates that work culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of lecturers at Poltekkes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This is concluded because, from the hypothesis, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 50,135 + 0,753 X 1, which means the constant value is 50,135. From these equations, lecturer assignments can be predicted if the work culture values. The value of b = 0.753 means that the lecturer's task performance variable will increase by 75.3% if the work culture value increases by 1%. From the results of statistical tests, there is a significant relationship between workplace culture and the lecturer's task performance (p = 0.000). Moreover, the results of hypothesis testing show that the results of t arithmetic 4.651 are greater than t table 1.99 with a path coefficient of 0.365, stating that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The leadership model is one of the most important elements and really determines the success of Islamic education management, especially Islamic boarding schools. The right model will encourage leadership effectiveness. There are two models, namely individual leadership and collegial collective. Facts and data show that the individual model often has the potential to give rise to internal conflict and lead to the decline or even extinction of the Islamic boarding school after the founding kiai leaves, especially if the status of the institution has not been endowed and its cadres lack loyalty. The collegial collective leadership model at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG) Ponorogo has proven to be effective in enhancing educational quality based on the values, structure, and culture of the pesantren. This study aims to examine the innovative strategies implemented by Gontor in improving educational quality through a systematic and sustainable collaborative leadership approach. The findings reveal that collective leadership—characterized by the principles of devolution of power, empowerment, shared decision-making, and shared leadership—has fostered a strong organizational culture, high cadre loyalty, and continuity in quality management. Data collection used interview, observation and documentation techniques with descriptive qualitative methods based on literature review and primary documentation.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes to the education system, requiring institutions to fully integrate technological innovations into teaching processes and school management. This article aims to examine innovative strategies in the development of human resources (HR) in education during the digital transformation era through a scoping review method. Literature from various national and international journals (2021–2025) was analyzed to map practices, challenges, and strategies for developing adaptive and competitive educational HR. The findings indicate that innovative strategies include strengthening educators’ digital and pedagogical competencies, utilizing smart technologies such as e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), webinars, as well as AI applications and VR/AR simulations, and fostering a collaborative and adaptive work culture through continuous training. This digital transformation enhances administrative efficiency, internal coordination, learning quality, and 21st-century competencies such as creativity, adaptability, critical thinking, and collaboration. However, implementing these strategies faces multidimensional challenges, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, resistance to change, disparities in technology-based pedagogical competencies, and data security risks. This study emphasizes that the development of educational HR in the era of disruption and Society 5.0 requires a systemic approach that combines individual competency enhancement, organizational culture strengthening, adaptive managerial policies, and optimal utilization of smart technologies. The findings provide insights for educational institutions to design innovative, sustainable HR strategies capable of addressing the complexities of 21st-century education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran perencanaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) pada lembaga pendidikan Islam, khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Bina Insan Mulia Cirebon. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pengelolaan SDM yang strategis dan sistematis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pesantren di era globalisasi dan revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan musyrifah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan di Pondok Pesantren Bina Insan Mulia Cirebon, khususnya di asrama putri. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan manajemen personalia yang terarah dan sistematis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga kependidikan dengan rasio yang memadai (1 pendidik untuk setiap 100 santri dari total 3000 santri). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang optimal dapat mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan pesantren di masa mendatang. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya standardisasi manajemen SDM di pesantren sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan global.
