Abstract

Management of education costs for underprivileged communities is a hot issue to be discussed, because it cannot be denied that there are many problems in the field related to education financing, such as the high cost of education causing many Indonesians to drop out of school, not to mention the various bad behavior of school officials, such as school principal who deliberately corrupts education funds. The aim of this research is to explain local government policies in managing education costs for underprivileged communities, especially at the elementary school level. The writing method uses content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include reading literature sourced from books or articles that are relevant to the research. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques involve inventory, categorization and analysis of research data. The research results show that the government's policy in allocating educational funding resources to help all underprivileged students, especially at the elementary school level, has been pursued through several funding sources and programs that have been launched, such as the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program, the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) program. , and the Family Hope Program (PKH)

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Institutional Based Trust Terhadap Pengembangan Taman Baca Masyarakat (Studi Kasus di TBM Rumah Baca Aneuk Nanggroe Aceh)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui TBM Ruman Aceh membangun Institutional Based Trust pengembangan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat dan mengetahui respon donatur terhadap pengelolaan dana TBM Ruman Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ruman (Rumah Baca Aneuk Nanggroe) Aceh. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, melakukan wawancara terstruktur terhadap penanggung jawab, pengelola, donatur aktif, donatur tidak aktif, dan pemustaka Ruman Aceh, serta melakukan dokumentasi penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian/display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa (1) TBM Ruman Aceh membangun Institutional Based Trust pengembangan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat dengan memiliki kepercayaan donatur yang berkelanjutan dalam memberikan donasi untuk pengembangan yang Ruman Aceh lakukan. Walaupun Ruman Aceh tidak memiliki standar khusus dalam pencarian donatur, tetapi Ruman Aceh memiliki keterbukaan penggunaan donasi yang telah diberikan dan konsisten terhadap program yang telah mereka jalankan memegang teguh keamanan data privasi para donatur yang memberikan donasi, dan (2) Respon donatur terhadap pengelolaan dana TBM Ruman Aceh adalah untuk pengembangan program dan meningkatkan eksistensi Ruman Aceh, mengedepankan keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam pengelolaan donasi yang masuk, dan mengelola dana yang masuk untuk kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tawassul is a practice carried out by Rasulullah SAW, his friends, past Ahlussunnah scholars until now. The Risale Nuraniyyah Book is a book written by His Excellency Sheikh Muhammad Zaini Al-Banjari. Risalah Nuraniyyah is an explanation of one of the tawassul written by Sheikh Samman. Apart from containing explanations of tawassul sammaniyyah, this book also includes several written prayers interspersing the discussion. Based on the data to be collected, this type of research is library research. The subject of this research is the Risalah Nuraniyyah book. Meanwhile, the object itself is the Tawassul Concept and Collection of Prayers. The results of this research state that the ability of tawassul has been explained by the Al-Qur'an, Al-Hadith, and the atsar of the Ulama. There are 16 prayers listed in the Risalah NuraniyyahI book, which are quoted based on their relevance to the material being discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of multimedia integration in improving student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement in Islamic Education learning at MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat. This study used a quasi-experimental design, with two groups of students: an experimental group that used multimedia in the learning process and a control group that used traditional teaching methods. This study collected data through pre- and post-assessments, classroom observations, and student motivation surveys. The results showed that the experimental group that used multimedia experienced a significant increase in understanding and application of Islamic teachings, especially in real-life situations, compared to the control group. The use of multimedia, such as educational videos, interactive presentations, and digital quizzes, made learning more dynamic and interesting, which increased student engagement in the lesson. Students who were exposed to multimedia materials reported increased motivation and greater interest in Islamic Education Learning materials. The results of classroom observations also showed that students in the experimental group were more active participants and showed higher enthusiasm in class discussions. The use of interesting multimedia tools facilitated students' active involvement in discussions and applications of Islamic principles, which resulted in a deeper understanding of the material. The motivation survey also showed an increase in student motivation in the experimental group, who felt more interested and connected to the learning materials thanks to the use of multimedia. Overall, this study concluded that the integration of multimedia in Islamic Education learning has proven effective in increasing student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement. This study recommends that MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat continue the use of multimedia in the Islamic Education curriculum to enhance a more interactive and engaging learning experience for students.

Abstract

Besarnya jumlah angka putus sekolah di Kalimantan Selatan menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya kemampuan para siswa dalam mengatur diri mereka dalam belajar serta kurangnya kesadaran siswa untuk bersekolah terutama siswa SD. Kesiapan dan kemampuan guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) diperlukan untuk membantu menumbuhkan kesadaran diri (self awareness) siswa dalam bersekolah. Artikel ini ditulis untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pentingnya peranan guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar (SD) dan langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling ketika berupaya menumbuhkan kesadaran bersekolah siswa SD di Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan yang latar belakang budaya masyarakatnya berlandaskan ajaran agama islam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in the formation of student character in grade III SDN 16 Bengkulu City, and what kind of characters teachers often encounter in SDN 16 Bengkulu City, The subjects of this study were teachers and third grade students of SDN 16 Bengkulu City, totaling 35 students, this study used descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection methods in this study used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that teachers play a very important role in the formation of student character, such as implementing exemplary attitudes, honesty, responsibility, and independence. After implementing these attitudes, students become better, disciplined, independent, and responsible.

Abstract

This research aims to see the forms of bullying behavior in SMA Nelgelri 3 Kolta Bengkulu and also how the Guidance and Counseling (BK) teacher's strategy in overcoming bullying behavior in SMA Nelgelri 3 Kolta Bengkulu. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, the data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques, and the data analysis techniques used are reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research on bullying behavior among students at SMA Nelgelri 3 Kolta Bengkulu are, the forms of bullying behavior found are pulling the hijab, pulling the head and body, pinching, kicking, lifting the victim and then dropping it, bullying, calling friends by nicknames, calling friends by their shortcomings, giving nicknames to older people, ostracizing, gossiping about friends who do not participate in bullying and posting photos of their friends' shame on social media. Then, the strategies implemented by Counseling and Guidance (BK) teachers in overcoming bullying behavior include providing advice, carrying out supervision, giving warnings, giving punishments, calling parents, and implementing police regulations. They also serve as a forum for students to share their feelings and provide motivational support to victims of bullying.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of how teachers' efforts are made in providing student counseling services. To answer the problem in this study, a qualitative descriptive research approach is used, namely explaining and presenting the results of research data regarding teachers' efforts in providing counseling services to fourth-grade elementary school students at Bengkulu Mahira Nature School. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation to find out what efforts are made by teachers. The results of the study show that (1) The efforts of class teachers and assistant teachers in providing guidance and counseling services in responding to student problems are through good communication between teachers and students by providing direction if it has not been resolved, the teacher communicates with parents and if it has not been resolved, it will be brought to a higher level, namely the principal. (2) Obstacles experienced by teachers in providing guidance and counseling services when communicating with students who have different character differences. Teachers' efforts in providing guidance and counseling services can be carried out during learning, communicating with parents virtually or directly.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the BK service is for Children with Special Needs at Mahira Sekolah Alam Benkulu, where this study uses interview methods and direct observation on the spot, namely at Mahira. Guidance and counseling services are very important services for students, especially for Children with Special Needs (ABK). The results of the study show that BK services at Mahira do not yet exist, because at the elementary school level there are no special guidance and counseling services, but at Mahira BK services are provided to students, especially for Children with Special Needs through homeroom teachers and accompanying teachers, in one class there are 3-5 teachers, namely homeroom teachers and accompanying teachers. Through accompanying teachers, students can be directed and can solve their problems.

Abstract

Elementary School/Islamic Elementary School (SD/MI) is one of the formal education levels organized in order to prepare students as future members of society who will fill and continue the ideals of the nation's struggle and prepare them to continue their education to a higher level (secondary school). Guidance teachers as the main implementers of Guidance and Counseling activities in SD/MI in this case handled by class teachers must understand clear expectations and performance and understand the characteristics of the students they face, because the existence of Guidance and Counseling is an integral part of all educational activities in an effort to achieve national education goals. Management of guidance and counseling services is part of the follow-up of the implementation of guidance and counseling both at the elementary education level (SD/MI) and secondary education level (SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK/MA). Therefore, the management of service implementation is a barometer to measure the achievement of implementation objectives as well as evaluate the extent to which the guidance and counseling program has been implemented by the guidance teacher and can provide follow-up on the next activity steps. Therefore, the management of guidance and counseling services cannot be separated from the support and cooperation through organizations, personnel, implementers, facilities and infrastructure, and supervision.
