Abstract

This study analyzes the concept of leadership and decision making of the headmaster of MTs. Darul Ihya Ciomas by using qualitative methods and interview approaches as techniques in data collection. The results obtained from this study indicate that the headmaster of MTs. Darul Ihya Ciomas has a unique and servant leadership type that focuses on protection and tends to prioritize the needs and interests of school community. In the decision-making process, the headmaster always consistently uses the family principle and mutual cooperation in order to create an inclusive and collaborative environment. These principles not only increase the sense of belonging and full responsibility among educators and education personnel but involve a more comprehensive collaboration for the achievement of effective and efficient educational goals.

Abstract

Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem evaluasi manajemen mutu pendidikan melalui SWOT Balanced Scorecard (BSC) di institusi pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Ponpes Alminhaj Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2023, untuk menemukan implementasi evaluasi manajemen mutunya berdasarkan metode analisis SWOT BSC dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ponpes Alminhaj Bogor walaupun telah memiliki sistem manajemen mutu melalui lembaga penjaminan mutu yang bernama Dewan Pengembang dan Penjamin Mutu Sekolah (DPPMS); namun berdasarkan analisis SWOT BSC direkomendasikan secara internal dan eksternal serta berdasarkan faktor-faktor lainnya masih harus memperbaiki lembaga mutunya dan untuk terus mengembangkan rencana strategis dan usaha kreatifnya agar mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman dan persaingan global yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang konsep pembelajaran daring, latar belakangnya, pembelajaran daring sebagai sebuah model pembelajaran masa kini, pentingnya memahami teknologi pembelajaran dalam melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya secara daring, pentingnya menumbuhkan kreativitas peserta didik untuk kesuksesan kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring, hal-hal positif yang didapatkan dengan penerapan pola pembelajaran daring, masalah-masalah dalam pembelajaran daring dan pola penanganan masalah-masalah tersebut. Penelitian dalam artikel ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, menggali sumber-sumber data dari berbagai literatur baik dari jurnal, buku dan artikel-artikel dari berbagai situs yang mengangkat tema yang relevan dengan artikel ini. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa agama Islam adalah agama yang senantiasa mendorong manusia untuk melakukan inovasi-inovasi positif bagi kehidupan dengan memanfaatkan alam raya yang telah Allah jadikan untuk menunjang dan memudahkan aktivitas hidup mereka termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Perkembangan zaman dengan berbagai fenomena hidup dan permasalahannya yang sangat dinamis telah memicu terjadinya perubahan yang besar dalam segala lini kehidupan termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Sebagai agama yang mendorong adanya dinamisasi yang positif, Islam memerintahkan pemeluknya untuk mempelajari dan mempeluas wawasan literasi mereka tentang teknologi pembelajaran. Diharapkan dengan terbangunnya wawasan literasi yang baik tentang teknologi pembelajaran dapat menjadi sarana yang baik dalam pelaksanaan model pembelajaran era baru saat ini, yaitu dengan sistim pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to construct Islamic worldview concepts as an effort to Islamization of economics at Madrasah Aliyah by content analysis which refers to sources of Islamic knowledge, in order to inculcate Islamic values and teachings in students at Madrasah Aliyah. The research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The Design of this study is to employ the content analysis on the common use economics textbook for Madrasah Aliyah and supported by previous research related to the theme. Discussion section on the concepts of Islamization of Economics. The framework of The Islamic worldview in economics as teaching material is formed by the Tawhid concepts, the Islamization of economics, and the relevance of The Islamic worldview with the Islamization of knowledge, particularly economics. The last section focuses on the implementation Of The Islamic worldview in subject material economics at Madrasah Aliyah. The research has found many contradistinguish issues in Islamic perspectives of economics material teaching in the economics textbook for the tenth grades, which is commonly used by the tenth grades student at Madrasah Aliyah. The contradistinguish issues are about the definitions and goals of economics, its principles, its foundations of economics, and the sources of economics including the pillars of economics. The values of this study provide an Islamic worldview as a supplement teaching material which accomplishes the body of material teaching of economics should be in Madrasah Aliyah. The proceed of this work has qualified prospects to be promoted as an Islamic Economics teaching material for tenth grades Social Science Madrasah Aliyah students.

Abstract

Nowadays, there has been a significant shift in the behavior of elementary school-age children, which tends to get worse due to many factors, including the negative influence of social media, lack of guidance from parents, and an educational and societal environment that is not conducive. This research aims to analyze behavioral education for elementary school children. The research method used is library research, which involves using several references, including books, journals, articles, and newspapers related to the research topic. The results of the research state that behavioral education for elementary school children must use appropriate methods to influence and form good behavior in children. Several methods can be used in behavioral education: First, the exemplary method, which is a very effective method for educators (parents and teachers) in educating behavior, in accordance with the development tasks of elementary school-age children, namely the development of morals, values and conscience. Educators use the exemplary foundation of the Prophet Muhammad as the best example. Second, the coaching method which is a method that educators can use to form children's Aqidah, faith and worship and develop morals based on belief in the truth of revelation. Third, the reward and punishment method is the method most often used in behavioral education, because it provides an understanding of responsibility to children, so that in the future they are expected to become disciplined children in all things.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan anak adalah amanah yang Allah bebankan kepada para orang tua. Mereka adalah madrasah ula bagi anak-anak sebelum mereka mengenal sekolah formal. Pendidikan orang tua terhadap anak adalah amanah surat al-Tahrim ayat 6. Islam sangat memperhatikan pendidikan anak karena mereka akan menjadi Sumber Daya Manusia yang akan mempengaruhi perkembangan peradaban. Perhatian Islam terhadap pendidikan anak yang menjadi amanah bagi orang tuanya, dimulai jauh sebelum anak tersebut lahir ke dunia, yang dikenal dengan istilah pendidikan prenatal atau pra lahir. Sebelum terjadinya pembuahan (prakonsepsi), anak harus sudah mendapatkan hak yang disebut fase persiapan mendidik, di antaranya haknya adalah dipilihkan untuknya calon ayah atau ibu yang baik. Pendidikan kemudian berlanjut pascakonsepsi sampai anak dilahirkan. Pada fase ini peran orang tua sangat besar sekali. Orang tua pada masa pendidikan preanatal bisa memulainya dengan memberikan stimulus-stimulus yang dapat merangsang otak dan perkembangan syaraf sebelum lahir. Sayangnya pendidikan prenatal yang merupakan masa kritis bagi perkembangan fisik, emosi dan mental bayi masih jarang dilakukan oleh orang tua, padahal ini adalah bagian dari amanah orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya. Penyebabnya bisa karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman, serta adanya anggapan keliru bahwa pendidikan anak baru dimulai ketika anak telah lahir yaitu pada masa preschool. Kata kunci: Amanah, Pendidikan, Prenatal AbstractChildren's education is a mandate that Allah burdens parents with. They are ula madrasas for children before they know formal schooling. Parental education for children is the mandate of Surat al-Tahrim verse 6. Islam pays great attention to children's education because they will become human resources who will influence the development of civilization. Islam's concern for children's education, which is a mandate for their parents, begins long before the child is born into the world, which is known as prenatal or prenatal education. Prior to conception (preconception), the child must have obtained the right which is called the educational preparation phase, one of which is the right to choose a good father or mother for him. Education then continues postconception until the child is born. In this phase the role of parents is very big. Parents during the prenatal education period can start by providing stimuli that can stimulate the brain and nerve development before birth. Unfortunately prenatal education which is a critical period for the physical, emotional and mental development of babies is still rarely carried out by parents, even though this is part of the mandate of parents towards their children. The reason could be due to a lack of knowledge and experience, as well as the mistaken assumption that a child's education begins only when the child is born, namely during the preschool period.Keywords: Mandate, Education, Prenatal

Abstract

In the implementation of the taklim majelis in addition to the ideal criteria in the institution and organization of the taklim, a set of supporters is also needed as mandated in the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Guidance No. 802 of 2014 concerning “Standards for the Development of Mosque Management, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. Mosque Management Guidance includes three aspects, namely idara (management and management of mosques), imarah (mosque prosperity management) and riayah (maintenance and development of mosque facilities). Fundamentally, the three aspects of iarah, imarah and riayah apply to all mosque typologies both for state mosques, national mosques, grand mosques, grand mosques, large mosques, jami' mosques, historic mosques, public mosques in certain areas (public mosques) and also prayer rooms. Synthesis or combining the standard majelis taklim approach from the ministry of religion and also the basics of da'wah according to Islamic education is very important. The matrix format mentioned above is an initial form that needs to be further developed to evaluate the Ideal Mosque-Based Majelis Taklim. Some of the successes of the taklim majelis in terms of faith, piety, worship and morals are sometimes difficult to include in the matrix. While the progress of the majelis taklim can be measured by increasing the number of worshipers attending the majelis taklim, the number of worshipers praying five times fardlu, Eid al-Adha activities with the number of sacrificial animals, mosque activities such as TPA, PAUD, and Iqra Tahsin for children 7-12 years old. The more religious activities in the mosque, it can be concluded that the mosque-based majelis taklim is developing and progressing. Abstrak Dalam pelaksanaan majelis taklim selain kriteria ideal dalam kelembagaan dan penyelenggaraan taklim, juga diperlukan seperangkat pendukung seperti diamanahkan dalam Keputusan Dirjen Bimas Islam No. 802 tahun 2014 mengenai “Standar Pembinaan Manajemen Masjid, Kemenag Republik Indonesia. Pembinaan Manajemen Masjid meliputi tiga aspek yaitu idarah (pengelolaan dan kepengurusan masjid), imarah (pengelolaan kemakmuran masjid) dan riayah (pemeliharaan dan pengembangan fasilitas masjid). Secara mendasar ketiga aspek idarah, imarah dan riayah berlaku bagi semua typology masjid baik untuk masjid negara, masjid nasional, masjid raya, masjid agung, masjid besar, masjid jami’, masjid bersejarah, masjid umum di wilayah tertentu (masjid publik) dan juga mushala. Synthesa atau menggabungkan pendekatan standar majelis taklim dari kementerian agama dan juga dasar-dasar dakwah menurut pendidikan Islam sangatlah penting. Format matirk yang telah disebutkan di atas adalah bentuk awal yang perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk mengevaluasi Majelis Taklim Berbasis Masjid Yang Ideal. Beberapa keberhasilan majelis taklim dalam hal keimanan, ketakwaan, ibadah dan akhlak kadang-kadang sulit dimasukkan dalam matrik. Sementara kemajuan majelis taklim dapat diukur dengan peningkatan jumlah jamaah hadir dalam majelis taklim, jumlah jamaah shalat lima waktu fardhu, kegiatan Idul Adha dengan jumlah hewan kurban, kegiatan masjid seperti TPA, PAUD, dan Iqra Tahsin untuk anak 7-12 tahun. Semakin banyak kegiatan keagamaan dalam masjid maka dapat disimpulkan majelis taklim berbasis masjid tersebut berkembang dan mengalami kemajuan.

Abstract

Pesantren education has distinct characteristics and features in its matriculation system compared to the matriculation system in public schools. There are fundamental differences that can be observed in several aspects, such as the dominance of religious education in the matriculation curriculum, the 24-hour implementation of matriculation, the pesantren curriculum, and educational elements that involve the mosque, dormitories, and kiai (religious teachers) as integral parts of the pesantren matriculation system. All of these aspects indicate that the matriculation system in pesantren is not the same as the commonly applied matriculation system in schools. To facilitate the matriculation process for students to achieve optimal results, matriculation is divided into several categories, including matriculation in congregational prayer, Quran recitation, evening study supervision, extracurricular lessons, sports activities, lectures (muhadharah), language discipline, discipline in leaving the campus, and discipline in campus life. In Arabic Language matriculation, there are four integrative approaches applied, namely: 1) Humanistic Approach, 2) Aural and Oral Approach, 3) Analysis and Non-Analysis Approach, and 4) Communicative Approach. By integrating these four approaches, it is expected to create an active, communicative, cognitively intelligent, and speaking-centered learning experience. Abstrak          Pendidikan pesantren memiliki karakteristik dan ciri khas matrikulasi yang berbeda dengan sistem matrikulasi di sekolah umum. Terdapat perbedaan mendasar yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa hal, seperti dominasi materi matrikulasi yang berfokus pada pendidikan keagamaan, pelaksanaan matrikulasi selama 24 jam, kurikulum pesantren, serta elemen-elemen pendidikan yang melibatkan masjid, asrama, dan kiai sebagai bagian integral dari sistem matrikulasi pesantren. Semua aspek ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem matrikulasi di pesantren tidaklah sama dengan sistem matrikulasi yang umum diterapkan di sekolah. Demi memfasilitasi proses matrikulasi santri agar mencapai hasil yang optimal, matrikulasi dibagi ke dalam beberapa kategori, termasuk matrikulasi dalam shalat berjamaah, membaca Al-Qur'an, pengontrolan belajar malam, pelajaran ekstrakurikuler, kegiatan olahraga, muhadharah (ceramah), disiplin bahasa, disiplin keluar kampus, dan disiplin kehidupan di dalam kampus. Dalam matrikulasi Bahasa Arab, terdapat empat pendekatan yang diterapkan secara integratif, yaitu: 1) Pendekatan Humanistik. 2) Pendekatan Aural dan Oral 3) Pendekatan Analisis dan Non Analisis 4) Pendekatan Komunikatif. Dengan mengintegrasikan keempat pendekatan tersebut, diharapkan dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, komunikatif, cerdas secara kognitif, dan berpusat pada kemampuan berbicara.

Abstract

Gender equality in the history of human civilization, especially in the pre-Islamic context, has been a discourse that continues to be criticized until now, especially by feminists. This gender problem is often associated with the story of the creation of Adam and Eve, which although it has been criticized, is still used as a basis for understanding gender equality. This research aims to critically examine the history of gender equality problems in the perspective of Islamic education. This research uses qualitative, descriptive, and library research methods. The results show that the philosophy of Islamic education, which is based on the Quran and hadith, has brought significant improvements to the condition of women since pre-Islamic times until now. This conclusion contradicts the Western concept of gender equality that often distances humans from their nature. This research emphasizes the importance of the Islamic educational perspective in promoting equality of dignity and opportunities for activities and achievements of women properly and correctly, which places the glory of women as it should be, and according to the dignity and dignity of women in the sight of Allah Ta'ala. Abstrak Kesetaraan gender dalam sejarah peradaban manusia, terutama dalam konteks pra-Islam, telah menjadi diskursus yang terus dikritisi hingga kini, khususnya oleh kaum feminis. Problematika gender ini sering dikaitkan dengan kisah penciptaan Adam dan Hawa, yang meskipun telah dikritisi, masih dijadikan dasar dalam memahami kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis histori problematika kesetaraan gender dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, deskriptif, dan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filosofi pendidikan Islam, yang berlandaskan pada Quran dan hadits, telah membawa perbaikan signifikan bagi kondisi perempuan sejak masa pra-Islam hingga kini. Kesimpulan ini bertentangan dengan konsep kesetaraan gender dari Barat yang sering menjauhkan manusia dari fitrahnya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perspektif pendidikan Islam dalam mengusung kesetaraan harkat dan kesempatan beraktivitas dan berprestasi para kaum perempuan secara baik dan benar, yang menempatkan kemuliaan perempuan sebagaimana mestinya, dan sesuai harkat dan martabat kewanitaannya di hadapan Allah Ta’ala.
