Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah unntuk mengetahui keuntungan maksimal dari outlet .Motede penelitian ini adalah maksimalisasi keuntungan pada UKM Salad Buah Uty kitchen, menggunakan linear programming melalui metode simplek dibantu oleh APK QM untuk Windows . Hasil penilitian diperoleh bahwa penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yaitu Outlet Uty Kitchen cukup memproduksi 2.29 salad ukuran 300ml untuk bisa mencapai Zmaks atau keuntungan maksimal sebesar Rp. 205.710 dalam tiap kali produksinya. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah membantu dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi owner Uty Kitchen yaitu dengan mengetahui keuntungan maksimum yang didapat owner serta jumlah produksi yang dihabiskan penjual.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan operasi penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian dengan menggunakan metode Jarimatika. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan yang dilakukan secara rutin untuk siswa atau peserta kursus di Taman Baca Karlos Palae, Sinjai Selatan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menumbuhkan motivasi anak-anak untuk belajar matematika di masa Pandemi Covid-19, karena mereka bisa belajar sambil bermain sehingga matematika dapat terlihat lebih menyenangkan. Pengabdian masayarakat ini menghasilkan buku pedoman belajar menyenangkan dengan jarimatika yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

A community service activity involving the socialization and implementation of a simple hydroponic system was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. The aim of this activity was to enhance understanding of hydroponic technology and food security among the madrasah community, and to implement a simple hydroponic system within the madrasah environment. The methods employed included initial coordination, general socialization, specialized workshops, demonstrations, hands-on practice in building hydroponic systems, and evaluation.. Final evaluation indicated that 95% of participants were satisfied with the activity's implementation, and 85% planned to apply hydroponics at home. This activity successfully laid a strong foundation for developing a hydroponic program in the madrasah, which has the potential to improve food security and educational quality. In conclusion, the socialization and implementation of this simple hydroponic system achieved its objectives successfully, delivering positive impacts for Madrasah Aliyah Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka and potentially serving as a model for replication in other educational institutions.

Abstract

The ability to read is one of the absolute abilities that must be owned by everyone. Reading ability that can be obtained from literacy is very important for elementary school children because literacy skills will affect their learning outcomes and their future. One of the important literacy for students is literacy literacy. Several students at SDN 09 Balang-Balang Sinjai Barata were not fluent in reading. One of the appropriate methods used is coaching using alphabet letter card media. The method used in this service is the coaching method using alphabetic card media. This coaching activity was carried out in Balakia Village, West Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency, especially at Balang-Balang 69 Elementary School for a month. The stages of coaching carried out are observation, implementation and evaluation. The results of coaching carried out using alphabet letter card media show that 100% of students who were previously not fluent in reading became fluent in reading, students know letters, spell words, read words, and read sentences and understand reading well

Abstract

This research aimed at findings (1) Students’ perceptions on the use of WhatsApp as a mobile learning platform in learning English; (2) The challenges faced by students of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta DDI CITTA in using WhatsApp as a mobile learning platform in learning English. The methodology of this research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative method.The population is 118 students at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta DDI CITTA.The sample consist of 30 students that took randomly at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta DDI CITTA. The instruments used in this research were questionnaire and interview. The findings shows that from 20 items on questionnaire, disagree and strongly disagree has the highest percentage on positive statement. Disagree had a percentage of 30-63% and strongly disagree had a percentage of 26,67-60%.Then, agree and strongly agree had the highest percentage on negative statements. Agree had a of 20-73% and strongly agree had a percentage of of 20-70%. Meanwhile interview results show that there were three challenges faced by students in using WhatsApp as a mobile learning platform namely, students did not understand the material, bad network and internet data. Based on the data obtained, the researcher concludes that students gave negative perceptions on the use of WhatsApp as a mobile learning platform in learning English.

Abstract

Breast milk is a type of milk produced by mothers after giving birth which contains very complete nutrition and is needed by babies to grow and develop. develop. Approach Which effective in increase giving breast milk exclusive is by providing health education to mothers, either before or after birth. An effective way make it easier delivery message to Mother used health education with Bugis language to improve understanding and acceptance of health messages. Research This aiming For Analyzing the influence health education using Bugis language on knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the UPTD Ponrang Health Center. This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design using One Group Pre test – Post test design. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling by accident sampling. Tool The research used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used one of the non-parametric statistical tests, namely the Wilcoxon Match Pair Test. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a p value of 0.000 smaller than the α value of 0.05 so it was concluded that there was an influence of health education using the Bugis language on knowledge about Exclusive Breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the Ponrang Health Center UPTD. Important for Mother post partum For actively seeking information health related to their pregnancy. They should actively participate in health education programs provided by local health centers or health institutions.

Abstract

Early childhood education has a very important role in optimizing children's development potential. As a PAUD teacher, you have the responsibility to teach positive values ​​and morality to children. Apart from teaching religious and moral values, PAUD teachers must also be role models for children. This research aims to describe the role of teachers and the factors that influence the development of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood group B at Maraqitta'limat Tembeng Putik Kindergarten. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach and involved two teachers. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the development of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood at the Maraqitta'limat Tembeng Putik Kindergarten is starting to show progress. This can be seen from the children's behavior, such as when praying they are able to follow the teacher, showing respect between students and the teacher, as well as the rules of conduct when lining up before entering class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan manajemen risiko dalam meminimalisir risiko kredit macet di PT PLN ULP Kolaka. Manajemen risiko merupakan proses strategis yang melibatkan identifikasi, analisis, mitigasi, dan pemantauan risiko yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitas keuangan dan keberlanjutan layanan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek utama Manajer PT PLN ULP Kolaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko dilakukan melalui sistem pemantauan berbasis teknologi, klasifikasi pelanggan berdasarkan tingkat risiko, penerapan sistem pembayaran digital, dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pelanggan dalam membayar tagihan listrik tepat waktu. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, perusahaan perlu memperkuat infrastruktur teknologi, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, dan memperluas kerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah. Implementasi yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen risiko dan menjaga stabilitas operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the role of physical education in shaping students' character at Paringin City Elementary School in the contemporary era. The examined character encompasses elements of religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, and responsibility. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey technique, in which questionnaires are distributed to fifth-grade students across 10 elementary schools in Paringin City. The gathered data is analyzed using the percentage technique and presented through tables and bar charts to depict each category in the character development process.. The study results indicate that physical education significantly contributes to shaping students' character. The majority of the analyzed character aspects fall within the categories of "excellent" to "good", The responsibility aspect achieved the highest percentage at 84%, followed by honesty at 77%. These findings reaffirm that physical education contributes not only to physical development, but also serves as an effective tool for character development. Hence, to further instill character values in students, it is essential to enhance and optimize physical education teaching methods.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that play a role in influencing tourists' interest in culinary destinations in Kolaka Regency. Research This apply system or approach quantitative. Technique collection data use interview (interview), documentation, observation and questionnaire i(questionnaire). There Were a total of 93 visitors who were sampled in this research, who were part of the tourists visiting culinary destinations in Kolaka Regency who were involved in this research. After that, the information collected was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this research, it is concluded that individually, product and service variables have a significant influence on tourists' interest in culinary destinations in Kolaka Regency. Additionally, simultaneous testingF shows that together these variables significantly influence tourists' interest in culinary tourism in Kolaka
