Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Honda Setya Motor di Surabaya. Dalam konteks organisasi modern, baik bisnis maupun publik, investasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi individu sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa pengembangan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap karyawan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 28 responden karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden setuju bahwa pengembangan Keterampilan, Pengetahuan, dan Sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Honda Setya Motor di Surabaya.

Abstract

Sebagai instrumen hukum formil, Hukum Acara Perdata mengatur prosedur penyelesaian konflik keperdataan dengan tujuan terciptanya proses peradilan yang adil. Dalam praktiknya, ditemukan sejumlah kasus yang tidak menerapkan prosedur hukum acara perdata secara tepat, sebagaimana terlihat pada Putusan Nomor 341/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Tjg. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus (case Approach) dan teknik analisis kualitatif melalui interpretasi gramatikal, sistematis, dan teologis untuk mengkaji penerapan isbat nikah ditinjau dari aspek Hukum Acara Perdata. Permasalahan yang teridentifikasi adalah adanya cacatprosedural dalam bentuk kesalahan subjek hukum (error in persona) dan ketiadaan kapasitas hukum (legal standing) penggugat. Meski demikian, majelis hakim tetap melanjutkan pemeriksaan substansi perkara dan menjatuhkan putusan perceraian. Sebaliknya, Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Banjarmasin membatalkan putusan tersebut berdasarkan pertimbangan tidak adanya dokumen otentik yang mengkonfirmasi keabsahan pernikahan, serta menyimpulkan bahwa penggugat tidak memiliki kualifikasi untuk mengajukan permohonan perceraian. Penelitian ini menekankan urgensi memuat prinsip keadilan, kepastian hukum, dan kemanfaatan dalam setiap penerapan Hukum Acara Perdata.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a condition of high blood pressure that occurs in pregnant women after 20 weeks of gestation, accompanied by the presence of protein in the urine, which can cause the risk of serious complications and even death for the mother and baby. Prevention of preeclampsia is very important because this condition is one of the main causes of maternal mortality in Indonesia. In 2020, there were 4,679 cases of maternal death recorded, with preeclampsia as one of the main causes of death due to hypertension in pregnancy. This study aims to determine how education about the dangers of preeclampsia affects preventive behavior in pregnant women, so that mothers are more aware and take preventive measures. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design on pregnant women who were given education using Health Education, booklets, and board game media. Preventive behavior data were measured before and after education with a questionnaire, then analyzed using statistical tests to see significant changes. The discussion includes the definition of preeclampsia, the importance of education, and how education can change the preventive behavior of pregnant women to reduce the risk of complications and maternal death. With good education, it is hoped that knowledge and preventive measures for preeclampsia in pregnant women can increase so that the safety of mothers and babies can be better protected.

Abstract

Perkembangan kesehatan di Indonesia mengalami dinamika dari masa ke masa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Pada masa kolonial, kesehatan difokuskan pada pejabat kolonial saja. Setelah kemerdekaan, Indonesia mulai membangun sistem kesehatan nasional yang menekankan pada kesehatan masyarakat. Program kesehatan pada masa Orde Baru adalah Keluarga Berencana (KB) dan Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL). Program KB berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya bagi para ibu, serta meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat, sedangkan IDL memiliki peran penting dalam pengurangan jumlah kematian bayi dan balita yang berasal dari penyakit menular dengan seharusnya bisa ditangani dengan imunisasi yang diberikan. Program kesehatan harus dibarengi dengan pelayanan kesehatan dari pemerintah. Pada masa Orde Baru, pelayanan kesehatan dimaksimalkan dengan membangun Puskesmas dan Posyandu untuk memfasilitasi program yang dibentuk. Di lain sisi, pada masa Orde Baru pemerintah dihadapkan pada permasalahan kesehatan yang sangat kritis. Pada masa ini terjadi wabah Pes. Indonesia menghadapi sejumlah persoalan kesehatan, salah satunya adalah munculnya wabah pes di Boyolali pada tahun 1968.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengutamakan pendidikan yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Peserta didik harus lebih aktif dalam mengembangkan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Pengembangan kompetensi dapat meliputi sikap, pengetahuan maupun keterampilan peserta didik, salah satu keterampilan yang dimaksud adalah keterampilan proses peserta didik. Keterampilan proses peserta didik di kelas X MIPA 2 pada pembelajaran biologi di MA Unggulan KH.Abd. Wahab Hasbullah Tambak Beras Jombang belum pernah dinilai. Penilaian dapat dilakukan melalui kinerja dalam kegiatan praktikum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discoveri learning melalui pembelajaran praktikum kingdom plantae terhadap keterampilan proses peserta didik di MA Unggulan KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah Tambak Beras Jombang. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Eksperimen Design dengan bentuk desain One-group pretest-posttest design. Pretest diberikan sebelum adanya perlakuan dan posttest diberikan setelah adanya perlakuan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 2 MA Unggulan KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah Tambak Beras Jombang dengan jumlah 33 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket kinerja keterampilan proses peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan antara lain: panduan wawancara, perangkat pembelajaran, lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan lembar penilaian keterampilan proses peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan rumus uji korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai rhitung = 0,801 dan rtabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% α = 0,05 sebesar 0,345, maka diperoleh rhitung ˃ rtabel dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, data tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada implementasi model discovery learning dengan praktikum kingdom plantae terhadap keterampilan proses pesera didik di MA Unggulan KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah Tambak Beras Jombang. Kata kunci—Discovery Learning, Praktikum, Keterampilan Proses.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi melalui pemanfaatan media daring sebagai sarana promosi dan transaksi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuanuntuk membantu UMKM Alaska Cotton Donuts dalam mengembangkan media promosi berbasis website menggunakan pendekatan Project Based Learning (PBL). Metode kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan tampilan, pembuatan struktur website, serta implementasi fitur interaktif seperti katalog produk dan sistem checkout melalui WhatsApp. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website mampu meningkatkan jangkauan promosi, memperkuat branding, dan mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan secara daring. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada mahasiswa dalam menerapkan teori desain web pada kasus nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to identify teachers' efforts in arousing students' interest in biology learning in public high schools in Dondo District. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with research instruments in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview guidelines. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while the questionnaires were processed descriptively to identify trends in each indicator of teacher efforts. The results showed that teachers had made various efforts to arouse students' interest in learning, with the highest achievement in the indicator of creating a pleasant atmosphere, followed by giving praise and varied learning methods, and efforts to relate the material to everyday life. Meanwhile, the indicator with the lowest achievement was providing feedback that had not been given specifically to each student. This finding was reinforced by the results of interviews that showed that teachers tried to create interesting learning through a variety of methods, concrete examples, and positive interactions during learning. This study concludes that teachers' efforts to arouse students' interest in learning biology have been effective, but the provision of feedback and strengthening of more equitable learning collaboration needs to be improved.

Abstract

The fish consumption promotion counseling activity was conducted among sixth-grade students of SDN 02 Dalam Kaum, Sambas District, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This activity aimed to improve students’ knowledge of fish, fish nutritional content, and processed fishery products, to build awareness of the importance of regular fish consumption as part of a healthy diet, and to encourage positive behavioral change by fostering interest and habits in choosing and consuming fish in daily life. The activity involved 47 students and was implemented through interactive lectures, discussions, and the use of visual and audio-visual media. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments analyzed with the Normalized Gain (N-Gain) Score method. The results showed an increase in the average score from 78.9 in the pre-test to 91.3 in the post-test, with a mean improvement of 12.4 points. The average N-Gain value obtained was 0.68 or 68 percent, which falls into the moderately effective category. These findings indicate that the counseling activity successfully enhanced students’ understanding and awareness of the benefits of fish consumption and fostered positive attitudes toward fish as a nutritious food source. This activity is considered effective as a school-based nutrition education effort to support the development of fish consumption habits from an early age.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of improving students’ conceptual understanding and scientific argumentation skills in chemistry practicum, particularly on the topic of acids and bases. It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model combined with the Evidence-Based Research (EBR) approach in supporting both aspects. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design The research subjects were 26 Chemistry Education students who participated in two cycles of practicum. Data were collected through a conceptual understanding test and report analysis using the Toulmin Argumentation Pattern (TAP) rubric, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed an increase in the average conceptual understanding score from 11.81 to 13.15, and the TAP score from 10.46 to 14.15. Most students demonstrated positive development in both aspects. These findings indicate that the PjBL–EBR model is effective in fostering scientific thinking, constructing data-based arguments, and engaging actively during the practicum. The implementation of this model is relevant for exploration-based practicums and is recommended for other chemistry topics. These findings indicate that the PjBL–EBR model is effective in encouraging students to think scientifically, construct evidence-based arguments, and actively engage during practicum activities. This model is considered relevant for exploratory-based practicums and has the potential to be applied to other chemistry topics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Project-Based Learning with a Research-Based Approach (PjBL-RBA) model in chemistry practicum on improving students’ conceptual understanding and scientific process skills. The research employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 26 undergraduate students from the Chemistry Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University, Indonesia, selected purposively to represent learners actively engaged in laboratory-based courses. Data collection instruments included a conceptual understanding test, an observation sheet for scientific process skills, and documentation of practicum activities. The data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test to determine statistical significance and N-Gain scores to measure the level of improvement. The results showed a significant enhancement in both variables with a p-value < 0.05. The average N-Gain scores of 0.53 for conceptual understanding and 0.38 for scientific process skills indicate a moderate level of improvement. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of Project-Based Learning with a Research-Based Approach in chemistry laboratory practice, which has rarely been explored simultaneously in previous literature. Therefore, the implementation of the PjBL-RBA model is proven effective and recommended as an innovative instructional strategy to strengthen students’ conceptual and scientific learning outcomes in higher education chemistry practicum.
