Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika yang sering terjadi antara pelaku usaha dan juga konsumen. Motif penelitian ini adalah ketidakjelasan hubungan hukum antara pengusaha dan konsumen, oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui kapan terjadinya hubungan hukum antara pengusaha dan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat descriptive. Hubungan hukum antara pedagang dan konsumen terjadi pada saat pedagang memberikan janji dan segala keterangan yang berkaitan dengan barang dan/atau jasa yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen pada saat menawarkan iklan, brosur atau kampanye. Tak jarang pula suatu produk yang diedarkan tidak sesuai dengan standarisasi produk yang seharusnya.

Abstract

Loans and credit are among the most in-demand banking products, making accurate loan prediction systems essential for minimizing bank credit risks and boosting profitability. This study proposed a loan prediction model using the Random Forest algorithm, with mean imputation and 3 outlier detection (Boxplot, Z-score, and Interquartile Range (IQR)) as data pre-processing methods. Using Lending Club loan data from 2014-2021 (466,285 records, split 70/30 for training/testing), model performance was assessed using accuracy, recall, and F1 Score. The proposed approach achieved a 95% prediction accuracy, outperforming previous models at 83%. The best results were obtained using mean imputation with IQR-based outlier detection. However, the determination of the mean imputation mean can be a limitation of this study. This highlights the importance of thorough pre-processing in enhancing prediction accuracy. The study underscores the role of machine learning and financial technology (fintech) in informing credit decisions and support incorporating imputation and outlier handling as standard steps in financial modeling pipeline

Abstract

Nearly 800 million people experience chronic malnutrition, and 159 million children under the age of 5 are stunted. Indonesia is included in 17 countries out of 117 countries that currently have 3 nutritional problems, namely stunting (height below standard), wasting (very thin), and overweight (excess weight). To produce healthy and intelligent Indonesian children, the most important initial step to take is to fulfill children's nutrition from an early age, even while still in the womb, or what is known as the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK). This study aims to determine the effect of video media on Knowledge and Attitudes about the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative research with a "Pre-Experiment" design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with 38 samples. The population in this study was pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy. The data in this study were obtained from filling out questionnaires and observations, and then analyzed using the Mc.Nemar test at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the level of knowledge of pregnant women before being given education, namely 14 (36.8%) had sufficient knowledge and the level of knowledge of pregnant women after being given education was 37 (97.4%). The attitude of pregnant women before education had a positive attitude of 13 (34.2%), and after education had a positive attitude of 33 (86.8%). Based on the results obtained in this study, it is suggested that knowledge and attitudes be improved through video media and that more effective health promotion methods be used. It is crucial for all of us, as healthcare professionals, researchers, and policymakers, to be responsible and committed to this cause, to improve the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women and, ultimately, maternal and child health.

Abstract

One of the vital human resources (HR) in a hospital is related to its health workers, especially nurses. This is because the total need for nurses is the most significant proportion in a hospital compared to other health workers. Half of the number of nurses in Indonesia experience stress due to work. The impact is the behavior of nurses who are often late due to workload stress, and many of them take leave due to health problems. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on nurse performance in the Inpatient Installation of Sinjai Hospital. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, which requires an approach to research proposals, processes, hypotheses, observations, data analysis, and conclusions, which are obtained through various measurement factors and the certainty of numerical data. The sampling technique is the same number of samples as the population. The population of this study was all nurses in the Inpatient Installation of Sinjai Hospital, totaling 108 nurses. Data was obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis method applied was univariate and bivariate analysis through the chi-square test. This study's results indicate an influence of Incentives on nurse performance (p-value = 0.036 > 0.05%). There is no influence of promotion on nurse performance (p-value = 0.179 <0.05%). Supervision influences nurse performance (p-value = 0.000 > 0.05%). The work influences nurse performance (p-value = 0.001 > 0.05%). There is an influence of co-workers on nurse performance (p-value = 0.004 > 0.05%). From the results obtained, it is expected that the hospital will pay attention to and ensure a supportive work environment for nurses, which is crucial for their well-being and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine "Factors that Influence the Occurrence of Hypertension in ​​the Puskesmas Ogoamas in 2024". This research uses a cross-sectional method with sampling techniques, Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 55 people who visited the Puskesma Ogoamas . Analysis using tests Chi-Square where three factors have a relationship, namely family history, the most common being no history of hypertension, amounting to 32 people (58.2%) with a value of Ꝭ value 0.015 (α<0.05), then the most non-smokers were 36 people (65.5%) with a value of Ꝭ value 0.040 (α<0.05), then the most hypertension screening was 39 people (70.9%) with a p value value 0.038 (α<0.05). Factors that Influence the Occurrence of Hypertension in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesma Ogoamas in 2024, namely family history, gender, smoking, hypertension screening and hypertension. The incidence of hypertension in the Ogoamas Community Health Center Working Area, North Sojol District, Donggala Regency in 2024 is related to family history, smoking and hypertension screening. The recommended intervention is for respondents to regularly control their blood pressure and have their health checked at the nearest health service facility and increase information through various media about health that can be useful.

Abstract

PT Digital Artisan Solusindo faces challenges in efficiently producing relevant, SEO-friendly digital content due to time and resource constraints. This community service project aimed to design and build a prototype application for auto-generating content to address this issue. The application integrates two key technologies: Google Trends, used to identify real-time popular topics, and the Gemini AI Large Language Model (LLM), which automatically generates articles based on these trends. The development process followed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, encompassing requirements analysis through interviews, system design using flowcharts and use case diagrams, implementation with PHP and the Laravel framework featuring the Laravel Horizon queue manager, and functional testing. The result is a functional prototype deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. It can automatically fetch trends, process them into prompts, generate content via Gemini AI, and store it in a database. This prototype provides a successful solution for automating content creation at PT Digital Artisan Solusindo, saving time and resources, and holds the potential to be developed into a new, innovative service product

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by the Bangku Pelosok organization in improving access to and quality of education for communities in Ballassuka Village, Tombolo Pao Subdistrict, Gowa Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach grounded in Islamic community development, this research investigates the dynamics of strategic implementation through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Key informants include organizational leaders, village officials, and local residents. Data analysis followed the steps of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Bangku Pelosok employs three primary strategies: a familial-based social approach, awareness campaigns and motivational initiatives, and the provision and improvement of educational facilities. These strategies have significantly impacted social change, such as increased community involvement and awareness, shifts in mindset regarding the importance of education, and greater student participation in formal education. The study recommends sustainable policy support and cross-sector collaboration to expand the strategic impact of similar organizations in other underserved areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis Android pada materi mengenal jenis peralatan dan fungsi di SMK Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Reserch and Development (R & D ) dengan model pengembangan ASSURE yang terdiri dari 6 tahap, yaitu Analyze Learners; State Objectives; Select Methodes, Media, and Materials; Untilize Media and Material; Require Learner Participation; dan Evaluate and Revise. Tahap awal yaitu analisis kebutuhan, kemudian merancang media pembelajaran , selanjutnya pemilihan metode, media dan bahan menghasilkan rangkaian flowchart, dan storyboard. Selanjutnya membuat media pembelajaran dan divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa. Selanjutnnya melakukan evaluasi dan revisi ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa untuk memproleh informasi kelayakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2021. Subjek peneiti yang terlibat 2 dosen di Universitas Mulawarman selaku ahli media, 1 guru ahli materi dan 10 siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara.Hail dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Pengembangan media pembelajaran pada pokok bahasan mengenal jenis peralatan dan fungsi dibuat menggunakan Construct 2. 2) Uji kelayakan dapat dilihat pada perolehann hasil angket pengujian oleh 2 ahli media diperoleh jumlah skor 116 dengan kategori “sangat layak”, pengujian ahli materi diperoleh jumlah skor 56 dengan kategori “cukup layak”, pengujian terhadap siswa diperoleh jumlah skor 35,5 dengan kategori “sangat layak”.Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan dari keseluruhan aspek para ahli media, ahli materi dan siswa diperoleh skor 644 dengan presentasi kelayakan 87,62% termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational system that ensures equity and equality for all students, including those with special needs, within regular educational institutions. Although the implementation of inclusive education in schools is supported by legal frameworks and national policies, there remain gaps between the policy standards and actual practices in schools, including at SMA Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara. This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of inclusive education policy at SMA Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara; (2) identify the barriers to its implementation; and (3) explore solutions to overcome these barriers. This research adopts a qualitative approach using an evaluation method. The findings reveal that: (1) the implementation of inclusive education policy at SMA Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara has not fully met the standards set by regulations; (2) the key barriers include the availability of special education teachers, initial assessments, infrastructure, and funding; and (3) proposed solutions involve strengthening resources, improving programs, and requesting additional funding. Inclusive education is expected to be implemented more effectively through systematic and comprehensive improvements at the school level, thereby providing fair and equal services to all students, including those with special needs.

Abstract

The mandate of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is to be more independent and improve its performance in managing its potential, as well as increasing public participation in the implementation of regional government policies, both at the provincial and district/city levels in Indonesia. The concept of "Reinventing Government" is a bureaucratic concept that can foster an entrepreneurial spirit within government officials and further improve their performance, as an effort to achieve the goals of governance in Indonesia. The concept of "Reinventing Government" can be a solution to the problems of government bureaucracy in Indonesia if its implementation is appropriate to the economic, social, political, and cultural conditions and receives support from the government, business, and the community.
