Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the possible impact of an earthquake on the mainland of Wangi-Wangi Island based on the presence of shear strain on the surface ground (γ). The size of γ is obtained by multiplying the ground susceptibility index and the acceleration of basement ground or PGA using Nakamura’s technique. The data used are microtremor data and earthquake data from 1920 to 2020 sourced from the USGS. Microtremor data are obtained from the results of filtering ground vibration signals using a Band Pass Filter in the frequency range between 0.5 to 25 Hz. Ground vibration signals were recorded at 47 measurement points spread over the surface of Wangi-Wangi Island within 29.25 to 48.16 minutes. Furthermore, the microtremor data were processed using the HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) method. The use of earthquake data must meet the requirements for a surface magnitude (MS) ≥ 5.0 SR and an earthquake epicenter depth (h) ≤ 45 km. The results obtained are the γ sizes of Wangi-Wangi Island in the order of 10-06 to 10-03. Based on the size distribution, it is known that the majority of the Wangi-Wangi Island area has the potential to experience cracks and land subsidence due to settlements if an earthquake occurs, and only a portion of the area is vibrating. In addition, it is also known that the mainland of Wangi-Wangi Island is not prone to landslides and liquefaction because γ<10-2.

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja yang baik akan menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong karyawan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan optimal. Disisi lain organisasi yang dikelola dengan baik akan menghasilkan apa yang menjadi visi dan misi perusahaan tetapkan serta dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dui Esa Unggul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dimana proses pengambilan sampel dari suatu populasi serta digunakannya kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kepada 55 (lima puluh lima) responden dengan pengukuran skala Likert dan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanpada PT. Dui Esa Unggul, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung> t tabel dan  variabel komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dui Esa Unggul, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel.

Abstract

Islamic education in its development process has advantages because of its comprehensive approach, encouraging students to optimize their potential. The goals include religious and worldly aspects, with an emphasis on employability skills in lifelong education. However, achieving this goal requires effectiveness and balanced proportions in the education system. Investment in human resources, including the quality of educators, is important in facing changes in globalization. The concept of human resources developed because humans not only have quantity, but also quality which is influenced by education, experience and values. With the complexity of educational problems and the need to improve the quality of human resources, it is important to continue to develop alternative solutions through Islamic education. Islamic education has a vital function to create individuals who have moral integrity and a high level of professionalism. However, complex challenges such as globalization and technological advances emphasize the need for Islamic education to continue to adapt and improve the quality of human resources to join it. By harmonizing a comprehensive approach that includes developing skills, knowledge, Islamic values, as well as implementing innovative educational technology, Islamic education has the potential to make a significant contribution in improving the quality of human resources. This research also highlights the urgency of investing in training and development of teaching staff, as well as developing curricula that are relevant and responsive to the demands of the times.

Abstract

On the other hand, the system currently running at PT. Mestika Aceh, especially in the goods distribution section, in data processing errors often occur, delays in ordering goods due to stock monitoring which is still done manually with the large number of items available. even if the goods that consumers are looking for are in empty stock, because delays in inputting stock of goods can result in decreased sales, goods that should be able to be sold cannot be sold. The purpose of this research is to design a goods distribution information system at PT. Mustika Aceh. There are two methods that the author uses to collect data, namely Field Studies and Library Studies and for the application development method used is waterfall. From the results of research and observations that have been made at PT. Mestika Aceh, it can be concluded that with the existence of the Goods Distribution Information System Program, the information system at PT. Aceh mustika be precise, and accurate, especially in the distribution of goods. And to obtain information about the distribution of these goods becomes easier and this information system is able to overcome problems that often occur at PT. Mestika Aceh is difficult to control and oversee the distribution of goods and planning the procurement of goods. This information system for procurement of goods can avoid the distribution of excess goods and overcome the scarcity of goods which is certainly highly expected by business actors so that an information system program is created in order to obtain quality information

Abstract

Every place has the potential for danger, even a closed room. Temperature, air circulation, humidity are some of the factors that can cause health and comfort problems if not well regulated. So it is necessary to make a system that can monitor the temperature and humidity of the room to stay in comfort and safety. In this research, a device has been made that can monitor temperature and humidity using a DHT11 sensor. The measured data is sent via the Internet of Things (IoT) to facilitate analysis and decision making without having to come to the physical device. The test results of this tool have a relative error in temperature measurements of 1.14%, 1.51% and 0.76%. Data transmission is successfully done and displayed on the blynk application with an average delay of 2.3 seconds. While sending data shown via google spreadsheets application has an average delay of 3.3 seconds.

Abstract

This study is entitled the role of management information systems for principals in decision making at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Islamic boarding school Amanah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Rempak, Siak Regency. The objectives of this study: 1. To determine the characteristics of the education management system at MTs PP-Amti Rempak. 2. To determine the role of management information systems in supporting the principal's decision making at MTs PP-AMTI Rempak. 3. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the management information system in supporting the principal's decision making. The method used in (Syamsudin n.d.) this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The main informant of this study is the principal, while the supporting informants are the administrative staff, the vice principal of curriculum, the vice principal of facilities and infrastructure and the coordinator of teaching and education personnel. With data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. After the researcher analyzed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that 1) the characteristics of the management information system have been applied. Starting from its human resources where this component is tasked with processing data in the position determined by the principal. Furthermore, for the hardware, it is supported by tools used to store and archive documents. Then for the software, it uses the EMIS application to process data. Then for the information system data resources, it can be arranged, stored, and accessed. And finally, for the communication network, it is equipped with a modem to access the internet. 2) In decision-making activities, the role of the educational management information system has helped the head of the madrasah, to obtain data and information related to facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and teaching and education personnel that can be used to help solve existing problems. 3) The supporting factors for the management information system in the principal's decision-making are human resources (HR) teachers and administrative staff who have met the teacher standards, namely bachelor's degrees. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of administrative staff in managing the management information system.

Abstract

Seseorang dikatakan hipertensi jika tekanan darah sistolik mencapai 140 mmHg atau tekanan darah diastolik mencapai 90 mmHg dengan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan minimal 2 kali dalam kurun waktu 10 menit. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Kabupaten Bone masuk kategori kedua hipertensi dengan prevalsensi terbanyak yaitu 158.516 kasus. Menurut data Puskesmas USA diperoleh 681 kasus hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas USA Kab. Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini melibatkan 115 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Kualitas hidup (p value 0,03), Aktivitas fisik (p value 0,00), Stres (p value 0,00) dengan hipertensi. Sedangkan jenis kelamin diperoleh p value 0,44 > 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Jenis kelamin dengan hipertensi. Kesimpulannya Kualitas tidur yang buruk, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, dan tingkat stres yang tinggi secara keseluruhan meningkatkan risiko seseorang mengalami hipertensi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya faktor pengelolaan gaya hidup dan pencegahan hipertensi, terutama di wilayah kerja puskesmas USA Kab. Bone, di mana pencegahan primer dan intervensi dini seperti monitoring tekanan darah secara rutin bagi kelompok rentan diharapkan dapat memiliki dampak yang besar pada kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Research Aims: The development of sustainable cultural tourism is influenced by several factors, namely the promotion strategy and the distinctiveness of a tourist destination. This research aims to identify and test aspects of promotion strategy and distinctiveness in the analysis of sustainable cultural tourism development in Mamasa Regency through aspects of promotion strategy and distinctiveness. Design/methodology/approach: This research tends to have a qualitative approach and uses an in-depth interview method with an interview guide. This research utilizes Nvivo 14 as the software employed for data analysis, validity testing, and drawing research conclusions. Additionally, to measure validity in this study, triangulation techniques were used. Research Findings: The results of this research show that the development of sustainable cultural tourism in Mamasa Regency requires a careful approach to promoting and utilizing cultural uniqueness. With an effective and sustainable promotional strategy, and using cultural uniqueness as the main attraction, Mamasa Regency can position itself as a superior and attractive cultural tourism destination. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research seeks to identify what is needed for planning in organizing and managing the tourism sector to provide maximum contribution to the Mamasa region. Therefore, two aspects are examined: promotion strategies and distinctiveness in the development of cultural tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pusat perbelanjaan amazon rangas majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan jenis penelitian ini bersifat survei dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada pusat perbelanjaan amazon rangas majene yang berjumlah 30 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode skala likert di bantu dengan penggunaan program SPSS Versi 25.Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa (1) rekrutmen (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pusat perbelanjaan amazon rangas majene; (2) kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pusat perbelanjaan amazon rangas majene; dan (3) rekrutmen (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pusat perbelanjaan amazon rangas majene.

Abstract

This community service activity (PkM) aims to increase the capacity of the Semamung Village apparatus through training in the use of the Open Source-based Village Information System, namely OpenSID. Semamung Village faces challenges in data management and public services due to dependence on manual systems. The main problems found were the lack of knowledge of the apparatus related to information technology, inadequate infrastructure, and resistance to system changes. To address these issues, a phased and comprehensive training method was applied, including introduction, hands-on practice, and ongoing mentoring. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in the apparatus' understanding and ability to use OpenSID, which resulted in administrative efficiency and transparency in village data management. In conclusion, the implementation of OpenSID in Semamung Village not only strengthens the capacity of the apparatus, but also paves the way for better public service improvement. The results of this service are expected to serve as a model for other villages in adopting information technology to improve governance that is more transparent and accountable.
