Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between tolerance, peace, and sharia economic growth through a literature review approach. The focus is on understanding how tolerance and peace play roles as an enhancing factor in Sharia economic growth. High tolerance and maintained peace are considered crucial in creating a conducive environment for the development of a Sharia-based economy. Through a literature review, it was found that tolerance opens up opportunities for financial inclusion and investment in the Sharia economy, while peace provides the stability necessary for sustainable economic growth. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into the importance of tolerance and peace in strengthening the Sharia economy, as well as provide a foundation for further research in this field.

Abstract

Rice is the leading food commodity in Banyuwangi Regency. The development of rice food crops cannot be separated from the availability of quality rice seeds. UD. Sritanjung is a business entity that operates in the field of rice seed breeding to provide quality rice seeds, especially in Banyuwangi Regency. Development of rice seed business at UD. Sritanjung needs to be implemented to support the development of rice food commodities in Banyuwangi Regency. This research aims to design a strategy based on UD's internal and external environmental conditions. Sritanjung Banyuwangi. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research using the SWOT and QSPM methods. SWOT analysis is aimed at obtaining the best strategic alternatives, while QSPM analysis is carried out to rank these alternative strategies based on strategic priorities. The results of the research show that there are five alternative strategies produced, namely: 1) increasing the quantity of seed product production, especially seeds with high sales, 2) improving the quality of rice seeds produced through certification of new products and products that have not been certified, 3) opening shops in various existing marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, JD.id, and other marketplaces, 4) increasing promotion of certified rice seeds inside and outside the city directly, and 5) collaborating with the Banyuwangi Regency Government. The priority strategy in this research is to directly increase the promotion of certified rice seeds inside and outside the city.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas IV SD Al-Khairaat 2 Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas IV. Instrumen penelitian berupa observasi dan wawancara, serta analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan dalam enam indikator utama: pemahaman kurikulum, perancang pembelajaran, pendamping, fasilitator, pengembang kreativitas, serta evaluator. Dari 25 sub-elemen, 24 berhasil dijalankan, sementara satu sub-elemen sebagai fasilitator belum optimal karena keterbatasan sarana. Peran guru sangat penting dalam keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka, terutama dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Abstract

This article aims to explain the inconsistency of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (abbreviated as BMT) in implementing Sharia principles. This is a case study research with an empirical legal approach which was conducted in LKMS BMT Almabruk Inc. (BMT Almabruk) of Tanah Datar Regency and BMT Al Fattah of Solok City. Data were obtained through interviews with BMT management and related documents from BMT. The result of study showed that firstly, Sharia compliance in fund distribution contract in the form of murabahah was divided into two: murabahah through cooperation with partners and murabahah with a wakalah contract. In the first model, Sharia implementation in Murabahah was consistent, meanwhile it was inconsistent in the second one. Similarly, it still contained the elements of usury in determining its administrative costs. Second, Sharia compliance in the fund collection contract appears to be inconsistent in mudharabah savings. Third, Sharia Supervisory Board at BMT Almabruk had been consistent in monitoring Sharia principles. On the other hand, the performance of BMT Al Fattah had been inconsistent in monitoring the Sharia principles themselves. Based on the results of the study, a new scheme needs to be found for BMT to be consistent with the principles of Sharia economic law, for instance, administrative costs are used as unit costs which are included in the acquisition cost; the implementation of Sadd adz-Dzariah concept in the merger of two contracts; the implementation of Murabahah contract is carried out only after the Wakalah contract is fully completed or the goods have become the property of  BMT; and the Mudharabah contract which applies to savings that can be withdrawn at any time is replaced by Hajj savings or Umrah savings that have a fixed term.

Abstract

Kurikulum menduduki posisi sentral dalam semua kegiatan pendidikan, dan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum perlu meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan tahap perkembangan peserta didik di SMP NEGERI 15 Palu, kususnya pada siswa kelas VIII serta mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengembangan nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberi gambaran kurikulum merdeka sebagai wujud merdeka belajar yang ada di sekolah SMPN 15 PALU. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan sebagai metode untuk mengumpulkan data. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Pancasila diintegrasikan melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi, dan simulasi kasus. Aktivitas ini meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dan modul ajar yang tidak sepenuhnya aplikatif. Kepala sekolah mendukung melalui kebijakan berbasis nilai Pancasila, namun keterlibatan orang tua perlu ditingkatkan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka membuka peluang untuk pendidikan Pancasila yang lebih aplikatif, namun tantangan seperti kompetensi guru dan keterbatasan sumber daya perlu diatasi. Disarankan adanya pelatihan intensif, pengembangan modul kontekstual, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan Pancasila yang relevan dan berkelanjutan dengan perencanaan dan dukungan yang tepat, agar menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membentuk generasi yang lebih kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology and the widespread use of social media have provided a platform for individuals to express their views on various social issues, including those related to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) topics. This study aims to assess public sentiment towards LGBT issues on Twitter by employing the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. Relevant tweets were collected through web scraping based on specific LGBT-related keywords within a defined time frame. The collected data underwent several preprocessing stages, including data cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. The processed data were then categorized into three sentiment classes: positive, negative, and neutral. Naïve Bayes was chosen for its effectiveness and efficiency in handling large-scale textual data. The analysis revealed that negative sentiment toward LGBT issues was predominant, although a considerable portion of tweets expressed neutral and positive sentiments. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, social activists, and academics in understanding public perception and formulating more effective communication strategies related to LGBT discourse in Indonesia. The classification model achieved an accuracy of 57%, precision of 52%, recall of 100%, and an F1-score of 68%. While the Naïve Bayes approach proved capable in sentiment classification, the model's accuracy could be further enhanced through improved data preparation or the application of more advanced algorithms.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of risk perception and Sharia compliance on the intention to use cryptocurrency among Muslim students in Parepare City. With the rapid development of digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, concerns regarding their compliance with Islamic principles and the high volatility associated with them have emerged, particularly among religious communities. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 88 respondents of youth muslim in parepare city. The research employs multiple regression analysis to assess the influence of both independent variables on students' willingness to adopt cryptocurrency. The results indicate that both risk perception and Sharia compliance significantly influence the intention to use cryptocurrency, with Sharia compliance having a slightly stronger effect. Furthermore, the study reveals that uncertainty regarding the religious legitimacy of cryptocurrency increases perceived risk, thus reducing interest in its adoption. These findings highlight the importance of addressing religious and ethical considerations in the acceptance of new financial technologies within Muslim communities. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on Islamic finance and provides insights for policymakers and financial institutions aiming to develop Sharia-compliant digital financial products. It also underscores the necessity for clearer religious guidelines on cryptocurrency to support informed financial decision-making among Muslim youth.

Abstract

Early childhood is one of the most vulnerable groups during disasters, yet disaster education at this level is often overlooked. This lack of early preparedness can increase risks when emergencies such as earthquakes occur. To address this problem, this study developed a disaster learning model for early childhood that integrates disaster risk reduction into a contextual and enjoyable learning process. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the research was conducted at TK Putra Kaili Permata Bangsa in Palu, involving 27 children aged 5–6 years. The model was designed through a play-based approach using child-friendly media such as videos, songs, storytelling, and a modified snakes-and-ladders game, structured in three stages: pre-play, during play, and post-play. Expert validation of instructional design, content, media, and language indicated high feasibility, with most aspects scoring above 80%. Effectiveness testing revealed significant improvements in children’s disaster preparedness across six key aspects, with N-Gain scores ranging from 0.59 to 0.74. These findings highlight the importance of introducing disaster education in early childhood, as the model not only strengthens safety and resilience but also offers a participatory and enjoyable strategy for disaster mitigation learning.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop a sensitive spirit among the younger generation by strengthening the productive, educational, cooperative, and action-oriented aspects of Karang Taruna members in Wani II Village, Tanantovea District, Donggala Regency. The challenges faced include low youth participation in positive activities, underutilization of their potential, and the influence of negative lifestyles that can harm their future. The program's implementation methods included outreach, workshops, skills training, mentoring, and social action activities involving all Karang Taruna members. Results demonstrated increased motivation and social awareness among members, improved organizational management and entrepreneurship skills, and the creation of stronger collaboration among youth. Through this program, Karang Taruna in Wani II Village has transformed into a platform for developing youth character and creativity, while simultaneously serving as a driving force for social development at the village level
