Abstract

Islamic Cultural History Learning plays an significant part in forming pupils' Islamic understanding and character. Conventional learning approaches, however, frequently get in the way of attaining the best possible learning results. In order to increase learning effectiveness and learning outcomes, this project attempts to create interactive learning materials of students in class X of Ushuluddin Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS). This study uses a descriptive method based on facts in the field. Data collection techniques in a study are very important, in order to obtain data that is in accordance with the focus to be studied. Because the research data is qualitative research, the researcher chose a data collection technique using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the use of interactive-based learning media made students more actively involved in the learning process, which ultimately strengthened their conceptual understanding and improved academic achievement in studying Islamic Cultural History. The construction of interactive multimedia-based learning materials to enhance students' learning outcomes in Islamic Cultural History classes is the study's conclusion X MAS Ushuluddin integrating with text, images, audio, video, and other interactive elements, this media not only succeeded in creating a more interesting and motivational learning environment but also facilitated students' deep understanding of the material.

Abstract

Because the world is mortal, Islam is a complete religion that is the solution to all problems. Islam regulates the way of human life based on needs and does not splurge, making enjoyment the goal of life. The Prophet warns his people not to be extravagant, greedy, or oblivious to the world. However, the emergence of a lifestyle trend makes enjoyment. Enjoyment of life and endless satisfaction is a disease. Hedonistic behaviorcauses perpetrators to be excessively consumptive without realizing that if their income sources are limited, the impact of hedonistic actors will be wasteful, irresponsible, and in debt to the worst corruption. This paper addressed the Prophet's hadith as a solution to hedonism. Sahih (valid) hadiths are found by using the takhrj hadith method (validation) and examining its content using the taḥlīli (analytic) method by revealing the ontology, epistemology, and axiology sides. From the way of seeking sustenance and always seeking the lawful in order to benefit human life and avoid hedonistic behavior.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with a Muslim majority population has significant demand for financial and insurance services that are in accordance with Sharia principles. Therefore, it is important for the social security sector to participate in adopting Sharia principles in order to provide services that are more in accordance with Islamic values embraced by the majority of the Indonesian population. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as one of the institutions responsible for providing social protection for workers has the task and function to organize social security for workers through a program. The integration of Sharia principles in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is not just a cosmetic change or adjustment of terminology, but involves fundamental changes in the way this institution operates. The research method used is qualitative research, the implications of this method are descriptive analytical. The approach used by researchers in solving existing problems is normative juridical. The results of this study indicate that there is potential for the development of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with the application of Islamic Sharia principles. the concept of social security that combines the values of humanity, justice, and sharia has great potential to provide effective and sustainable protection for people in need, as well as strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in social and economic development.

Abstract

Enforcement law is component important in guard stability system state administration Indonesia Which compound. Muslims, as majority resident Indonesia, own not quite enough answer big in support enforcement law Which fair and ethical. Through the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy, this study explores how Islamic legal principles such as justice ('adalah), welfare (maslahah), and obedience to the law (ta'zim al-qanun) can strengthen the Indonesian legal system. This journal uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature review approach to understand the role of Muslims in the context of law enforcement in Indonesia. The findings show that Muslims have a significant role in fighting for the values of justice and maintaining the integrity of the legal system based on Islamic spiritual, moral, and ethical foundations.

Abstract

In essence, Islam teaches to treat women in a good way . However, it cannot be denied that there are several factors that cause domestic violence. This type of research uses the sharia juridical approach method. This approach is defined as an approach that leads to the question of whether or not something can be used according to Islamic law . The data used in compiling this research is using references from journals, books and other articles related to the topic discussed. Domestic violence is an act that is not permitted to occur in building a household. Whatever form of domestic violence there is, a husband must not do anything that could hurt his wife.

Abstract

The term "khitbah" refers to the rituals involved in proposing marriage between a man and a woman, or between a man and a woman. The words "khitbah" (proposing) and "zawaj" (marrying/getting married) are defined differently in all hadith volumes. Similarly, conventions distinguish between males who are engaged and those who are married, and the Shari'ah makes a clear distinction between the two. Just as the Qur'an discusses marriage (including proposals), the Prophet's hadith also describes marriage proposals, which is the first step in continuing the practice to the level of marriage, and the author here presents a thematic interpretation study of the hadith pertaining to sermons.

Abstract

Abstrak Pokok masalah dalam  penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana Implementasi UU nomor 33 tahun 2014 tentang jaminan produk halal terhadap kewajiban sertifikasi halal pedagang kaki lima di Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun submasalahnya yakni: 1) Bagaimana penerapan UU nomor 33 tahun 2014 tentang kewajiban sertifikasi halal dikalangan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kabupaten Gowa. 2) Bagaimana hambatan dan tantangan  penerapan UU nomor 33 tahun 2014 terhadap Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan sosial,hukum normatif dan ekonomi dengan lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Gowa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diolah melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kabupaten Gowa Khususnya dijalan Pallantikang dan Syekh Yusuf; 1) belum diterapkan dengan baik karena masih terdapat beberapa pedagang kaki lima yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal terhadap dagangannya . Ada beberapa hambatan penerapan UU nomor 33 tahun 2014 terhadap pedagang kaki lima di Kabupaten Gowa yaitu; 1) keterbatasan pengetahuan PKL terhadap sertfikasi halal, 2) Kompleksitas proses, 3) Aksebilitas, 4) Keyakinan terhadap kehalalan produknya, 4) Adanya biaya sertifikasi. Dan juga adanya tantangan yang dihadapi PKL diantaranya; 1) Kepatuhan terhadap standard sertifikasi halal, 2) Modal yang Minim, 3) keterbatasan waktu. Kata Kunci: Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal , Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kabupaten Gowa, Implementasi   Abstract The main problem in this study is how the implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantees towards the obligation of halal certification for street vendors in Gowa Regency. The sub-problems are: 1) How is the implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning the obligation of halal certification among street vendors in Gowa Regency. 2) What are the obstacles and challenges of implementing Law Number 33 of 2014 towards street vendors in Gowa Regency. This type of research is qualitative which is field research with a social, normative legal and economic approach with the research location in Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation which are then processed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that street vendors in Gowa Regency, especially on Pallantikang and Syekh Yusuf streets; 1) have not been implemented properly because there are still some street vendors who do not have halal certification for their merchandise. There are several obstacles to the implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 towards street vendors in Gowa Regency, namely; 1) limited knowledge of street vendors regarding halal certification, 2) complexity of the process, 3) accessibility, 4) confidence in the halalness of their products, 4) certification costs. And also the challenges faced by street vendors include; 1) compliance with halal certification standards, 2) minimal capital, 3) time constraints. Abstract

Digital media, initially designed to strengthen social relationships, often becomes a source of division due to disinformation, polarisation, and cyberbullying. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and content analysis, this research examines hadiths related to ta’awun and how this concept can be adapted to address modern social challenges. The study finds that cooperation and mutual assistance within the concept of ta’awun possess unique characteristics defined by five essential criteria: being goodness-based, inclusive, certain, beneficial, and involving God. As a principle of helping one another for good, the concept of ta’awun holds significant potential for maintaining social resilience in digital media. Ta’awun not only strengthens solidarity but also promotes digital literacy and inclusivity within the digital space. Thus, ta’awun plays a crucial role in fostering social cohesion and countering the negative impacts of digital media.

Abstract

Local traditions within Muslim communities reflect the internalization of Islamic values in social life. This study examines the Mbolo Weki tradition in Bolo District, Bima Regency, as well as the understanding of prophetic traditions (ḥadīth) related to the values embodied in this practice. Using a qualitative approach with ḥadīth, socio-cultural, and historical perspectives, data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and studying classical Islamic texts. Informants included religious leaders, traditional elders, village officials, and community members. The findings indicate that Mbolo Weki, a tradition of cooperation during wedding celebrations, aligns with Islamic values such as consultation (shūrā) and mutual assistance. Although its practice has become more simplified and collective participation has declined, core values like solidarity and kinship remain preserved. This tradition represents a form of local wisdom that reflects the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and strengthens social cohesion within the Muslim community of Bima.

Abstract

Etika dan akhlak merupakan inti ajaran Islam yang berfungsi sebagai panduan moral dan pembentuk karakter umat manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji nilai-nilai etika dan akhlak yang terdapat dalam hadis secara tematik, khususnya dalam konteks tantangan yang dihadapi generasi milenial. Generasi milenial dihadapkan pada berbagai persoalan, seperti krisis identitas, pengaruh budaya global, dan dampak negatif dari perkembangan teknologi modern. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pedoman yang mampu memberikan arah moral yang kokoh untuk menjalani kehidupan sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW menjadi sumber penting dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai etika dan akhlak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tematik (maudhu’i), dengan cara mengumpulkan hadis-hadis yang relevan dengan tema etika dan akhlak, kemudian dianalisis dan dikontekstualisasikan dengan kehidupan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sejumlah nilai inti dalam hadis, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kesederhanaan, empati, dan kasih sayang, yang menjadi elemen kunci dalam pembentukan karakter generasi muda. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan terjadinya dialog antara tradisi Islam dengan kebutuhan kontemporer, sehingga hadis dapat dijadikan rujukan praktis dalam membangun kepribadian yang kuat dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai luhur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai etika dan akhlak dalam hadis sangat relevan untuk menjawab tantangan generasi milenial, baik dalam aspek sosial, spiritual, maupun profesional. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya revitalisasi ajaran etika dan akhlak untuk menghadirkan solusi terhadap krisis moral yang melanda masyarakat modern. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ini dalam pendidikan dan kehidupan sehari-hari, generasi milenial dapat menjadi individu yang tidak hanya sukses secara duniawi tetapi juga memiliki kesadaran spiritual yang mendalam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pendekatan tematik terhadap hadis sebagai upaya untuk menjembatani ajaran Islam dengan tantangan era globalisasi.
