Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang terus menjadi isu global, termasuk dalam konteks masyarakat Muslim. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fenomena kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan melalui perspektif hadis sebagai salah satu sumber utama ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap hadis-hadis yang relevan. Hadis-hadis yang ditinjau dipilih berdasarkan tema perlindungan terhadap perempuan, larangan kekerasan, dan prinsip keadilan gender dalam Islam. Studi ini menemukan bahwa Islam secara eksplisit melarang segala bentuk kekerasan, termasuk kekerasan seksual, dan menekankan perlindungan terhadap kehormatan perempuan sebagai bagian dari nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang dijunjung tinggi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis tidak hanya berperan sebagai panduan spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen sosial yang menegaskan pentingnya penghormatan terhadap perempuan. Dalam hadis, terdapat ajaran yang secara tegas menganjurkan perlakuan baik terhadap perempuan serta larangan keras atas segala bentuk pelanggaran yang merendahkan martabat mereka. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa interpretasi hadis yang holistik dan kontekstual dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya pencegahan kekerasan seksual melalui pendidikan, advokasi, dan reformasi kebijakan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan demikian, kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi penguatan perlindungan terhadap perempuan dalam masyarakat Muslim.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the relevance between the characteristics of the ideal educator according to the hadith and the demands of 21st-century education. Both modern educators and educators in Islam emphasize the importance of developing students' potential, building noble character, and creating a conducive learning environment. Modern educators are required to be lifelong learners, creative, innovative, and able to utilize technology. Meanwhile, educators in Islam must have sincere intentions, compassion, and noble character. Both also emphasize the importance of collaboration, flexibility, and a learner-centered approach.

Abstract

In the face of increasing global interconnectedness, education systems are under growing pressure to cultivate learners equipped with critical and creative thinking skills. This study investigates the relevance and application of prophetic Hadiths in developing educational models that address the challenges of globalization. Utilizing a qualitative-descriptive method, the research analyzes selected Hadiths that emphasize the importance of lifelong learning, rational inquiry, openness to diverse knowledge, and personal transformation. Through thematic content analysis, three key themes emerge: the promotion of lifelong intellectual engagement, the imperative for critical self-transformation, and the embrace of global knowledge horizons. These principles, embedded within the Hadith tradition, resonate with 21st-century educational goals, including adaptability, ethical reasoning, and interdisciplinary literacy. The findings reveal that the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) offer not only spiritual guidance but also foundational educational insights that align with modern pedagogical frameworks. Theoretically, the study contributes to the integration of Islamic epistemology with global education theory, enriching the discourse on critical pedagogy through a faith-based lens. Managerially, it offers actionable implications for curriculum development, teacher training, and educational leadership particularly within Muslim-majority contexts by advocating for a balanced approach that unites tradition and innovation. Ultimately, this research affirms that Hadith-based education can serve as a strategic response to global challenges, fostering learners who are not only intellectually competent but also morally grounded and globally conscious.

Abstract

A leader is a person who is trusted by the community to be able to hold responsibility for sustainability in government. In Islam, leaders must be trustworthy as per many narrated hadiths. This research aimed to analyze the basic concept of trustworthy leaders, analyze hadiths that examine trustworthy leaders, and find the ideal concept for trustworthy leaders for Indonesia. The method used is a syar'i approach. The research results show that trustworthy leaders have honest, fair, wise and patient characteristics. Regarding the hadith of trustworthy leaders, it was narrated by Imam al-Hakim, Imam Muslim, Imam Bukhori, Imam Ahmad that every leader will be held accountable, the leader must be competent, fair, honest, not authoritarian, loving and loved by his people. Furthermore, the ideal concept of an Amanah leader for Indonesia is a leader who can accommodate the differences and diversity of Indonesian society with the concept of justice, can exercise authority with the concept of honesty, and can be responsible by applying the concept of accountability.

Abstract

Konsep jual beli dalam hadis melalui pendekatan etimologis dan terminologis guna memperkaya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Studi ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kata-kata kunci terkait jual beli yang terdapat dalam hadis, serta mengupas makna asli dan konteks penggunaannya dalam bahasa Arab klasik. Pendekatan etimologis berfungsi untuk menelusuri asal-usul kata dan maknanya, sementara pendekatan terminologis mengeksplorasi pemaknaan teknis jual beli dalam konteks ajaran Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep jual beli dalam hadis tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek transaksi material, tetapi juga mencakup dimensi etika dan spiritual, yang mendasari praktik ekonomi yang adil dan menghindari unsur riba, gharar (ketidakpastian), dan maisir (spekulasi). Kajian ini juga mengungkap bahwa prinsip-prinsip tersebut memiliki relevansi penting dalam penerapan hukum ekonomi Islam kontemporer dan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan etika bisnis yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai keadilan, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menguatkan pemahaman hukum dan etika ekonomi Islam yang bersumber dari hadis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membahas struktur hadis dalam hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dengan menerapkan analisis isi. Pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi struktur hadis sperti sanad matn. Artikel ini ingin membahas tujuan dari pelarangan riba dalam perspektif hadis. Tidak diragukan lagi, istilah riba sebenarnya dilarang dalam semua agama samawi, baik Yahudi, Kristen maupun Islam. Di dalam Al-Qur'an sendiri, pelarangan riba memiliki empat ayat yang ditemukan pada empat surat berbeda, di mana riba jelas-jelas dikutuk dan dilarang, bahkan riba dinyatakan pula sebagai dosa yang sangat serius. Dengan menggunakan studi literatur, artikel ini ingin menggali dan mendalami beberapa hadis tentang larangan riba dan dampaknya di masyarakat. Dikatakan bahwa riba adalah dosa dalam Islam, karena mengarah pada kehancuran, sedangkan sedekah mengarah kepada pertumbuhan. Oleh karena itu, penghapusan riba sebenarnya bertujuan untuk memajukan sistem ekonomi yang merahmati, lebih berkeadilan, hubungan sosial yang lebih berimbang serta nilai-nilai etika yang sejalan dengan ajaran Islam. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sanad yang di riwayatkan dari abu huroiroh bersambung hal ini di buktikan dengan Abu Kuraib Wawasil bin Abdul ‘Abul A’la, ia berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami Ibn Fudail, dari bapaknya, dari Ibn Abi Nu’man, dari Abu Hurairah, Rasulullah saw.

Abstract

This research aims to add to the scientific treasure by emulating the waqf of the Prophet's companions and its implications for Muslim society in Indonesia. This method uses a qualitative approach with literature study as the main source of research. This research is specific in studying hadiths related to the waqf of Umar bin Khattab, Ustman bin Affan and Abu Talhah Al-Anshari. The results of the study explain some educational values that can be taken in developing the concept of waqf-based education, including competing in goodness, ta'awun in helping others, wealth as a means of charity jariyah, waqf with the best assets and the role of waqf that is growing and sustainable.

Abstract

Buying and selling gold on credit has become an increasingly popular trend in the Islamic finance industry in various countries, including Indonesia. This practice has caused debate among scholars and practitioners of Islamic finance due to its complexity involving multi-contracts and potential conflict with traditional Sharia principles regarding gold transactions. On the one hand, buying and selling gold on credit is seen as an innovation that allows wider access for the public to invest in gold. On the other hand, there are concerns that this practice could lead to riba or gharar (uncertainty) which is prohibited in Islam. This study aims to: (1) detect contracts in the sale and purchase of gold on credit, including aspects of the ability to practice hybrid contracts, and (2) examine opinions on buying and selling gold on credit, including tracing the hadiths that are used as the basis for buying and selling gold in installments or on credit. The method used in this study is a literature study with data obtained from books, journal articles, DSN-MUI fatwas, and the web sunnah.com. The results of the study show that: (1) The practice of hybrid contract in buying and selling gold on credit is allowed as long as it is in accordance with Sharia principles, by using murabahah, qard, and ijarah contracts. (2) Buying and selling gold in installments or credit may be carried out if gold is not an official medium of exchange and has shifted its function to jewelry and investment instruments.

Abstract

In terms of meaning, a man is prohibited from being alone with a woman who is not his mahram and a woman is prohibited from traveling except with her mahram, because if she does not go with her mahram there is fear that slander or bad things will happen to the woman. However, if there is a need to leave the house, it is permissible to leave the house on condition that you maintain personal purity and maintain a sense of shame. Contextualization of the hadith prohibiting seclusion in taking pre-wedding photos, namely the hadith prohibiting seclusion is one of the hadiths that is relevant to the cultural phenomenon of pre-wedding photos. Ikhtilat, kasyful aurat, touching with the opposite sex, tabarruj and khalwat are behaviors that violate Islamic law which usually occur during pre-wedding photos. Abstract

This study aims to determine the government system applied in Majananng Village, Parigi District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with normative juridical and normative theological approaches. The results of this study show that the government system currently implemented in Majannang Village still refers to the system regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, both in the process of selecting village heads, authority, finance, and the formation of village regulations, including village government administration tools, such as village heads, village officials, village consultative bodies, and village community institutions. In practice, Majannang Village is still held democratically by involving the community in every decision-making, either directly or through representatives. so that in principle, the Majannang Village government system is no different from the village government system in general.
