Abstract

Environmental preservation is becoming an increasingly urgent issue amidst global challenges posed by ecosystem degradation, pollution and climate change. In the context of Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim, it is important to explore the role of Islamic law in supporting environmental conservation efforts. Islamic law, as a comprehensive legal system, not only regulates ritual and social aspects, but also provides moral and ethical guidelines related to nature conservation and ecosystem balance.This research aims to examine the principles of Islamic law that are relevant to environmental conservation and explore the potential for their application in the context of legal regulations in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach and literature study methods, this research identifies teachings in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith which emphasize human responsibility as caliphs on earth, including the obligation to protect and preserve nature.The results of the study show that Islamic law has great potential to provide a strong ethical foundation for environmental conservation. Principles such as balance (mizan), prohibition of causing damage (fasad), and responsibility as caliph on earth can be used as a basis for formulating environmental policies and legal regulations. This research concludes that the integration of Islamic values ​​in environmental law can strengthen environmental conservation efforts in Indonesia, creating a legal framework that is not only oriented towards short-term interests but also towards long-term sustainability and balance of the ecosystem. Abstract

This study aims to determine the government system applied in Majananng Village, Parigi District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with normative juridical and normative theological approaches. The results of this study show that the government system currently implemented in Majannang Village still refers to the system regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, both in the process of selecting village heads, authority, finance, and the formation of village regulations, including village government administration tools, such as village heads, village officials, village consultative bodies, and village community institutions. In practice, Majannang Village is still held democratically by involving the community in every decision-making, either directly or through representatives. so that in principle, the Majannang Village government system is no different from the village government system in general.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: A judge becomes very vulnerable to various irregularities, whether done intentionally, for example deciding someone is guilty and then being justified only because he gave money to the judge or done accidentally, for example deciding someone who is innocent because the evidence shows that. Everything will be held accountable before Allah SWT. For this reason, the position of judge receives special attention, among other things in positive law, this can be seen from the existence of basic judicial laws which specifically regulate judicial procedures, including the position of judge. Not only in positive law in Islamic law, the position of judge also receives special attention, with verses from the Koran discussing the position of judge even long before positive law regulates it. A judge is someone who exercises judicial power as regulated by law, someone who decides a case fairly based on evidence and his own beliefs. In exercising judicial power, judges are faced with various things that can influence theirdecisions later. Thus, the position of judge is very important because deciding a case is not an easy thing. He must be very careful in imposing punishment on the guilty because the guilty are sometimes justified. ABSTRAK: Seorang hakim menjadi sangat rentan akan berbagai penyimpangan akan berbagai penyimpangan baik yang dilakukan secara sengaja misalnya memutus seseorang yang bersalah kemudian dibenarkan hanya karena memberikan uang kepada hakim tersebut ataupun yang dilakukannya secara tidak sengaja misalnya memutus seseorang yang tidak bersalah karena bukti-bukti yang menunjukan demikian. Segala sesuatunya akan dipertanggung jawabkan dihadapan Allah SWT. Oleh sebab itu jabatan hakim mendapat perhatian khusus, antara lain dalam hukum positif terlihat dengan adanya undang- undang pokok kehakiman yang secara khusus mengatur tata cara peradilan termasuk jabatan hakim. Tak hanya dalam hukum positif dalam hukum Islam pun jabatan hakim mendapat perhatian khusus dengan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang membahas tentang jabatan hakim ini bahkan jauh sebelum hukum positif mengaturnya. Hakim adalah seseorang yang melakukan kekuasaan kehakiman yang diatur menurut undangundang, seseorang yang memutus suatu perkara secara adil berdasar atas bukti-bukti dan keyakinan yang ada pada dirinya sendiri. Dalam melakukan kekuasaan kehakiman hakim dihadapkan dengan berbagai hal yang dapat mempengaruhi putusannya nanti. Dengan demikian jabatan hakim ini menjadi sangat penting karena memutus suatu perkara bukanlah hal mudah. Ia harus sangat berhati-hati menjatuhkan hukuman kepada yang bersalah sebab yang bersalah kadang-kadang dibenarkan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of the chain of narrators (isnad) in Sahih Muslim by conducting an isnad critique on the hadith about the ten natural dispositions (fitrah) of human beings. The research method used in this paper is library research, which involves utilizing books as sources for data collection, as well as applying the method of takhrij al-hadith to trace the hadith. The findings and discussion in this study reveal that one narrator in Muslim’s transmission chain was identified as having memory issues. However, the narrator's weak memory does not affect their integrity in transmitting the hadith. Based on the research conducted, the author concludes that the isnad of the hadith narrated by Muslim regarding the ten natural dispositions of human beings is classified as ḥasan li gairihi (good due to corroborating evidence). This study recommends that academics further develop isnad critique research on narrations in Sahih Muslim.

Abstract

Hadith initially relied solely on the power of memorization of companions and scholars. However, as more and more hadith memorizers became martyred and the fear of the loss of the Prophet's words increased, the codification of hadith books was soon undertaken. After the process of codification of hadith, the next problem is the difficulty of finding the original source of a hadith. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using literature study as a method of collecting data. The purpose of this research is to find out the definition, history, process and methods used in conducting hadith research or tracking. The results showed that the method used to find out the location of a hadith in the original book that lists the hadith complete with its sanad and matan is called the hadith takhrij method. This method was initially not really needed by the mutaqaddimin scholars because they had an established knowledge of hadith. The development of increasingly complex Islamic disciplines made it difficult for the later scholars to find the original source of a hadith, so they tried to formulate various methods in order to find hadith quickly and easily. Along with the development of time, hadith takhrij methods can not only be searched through books (manually) but can also be done through applications or digital platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how teachers at SMPN 19 Singkawang City apply religious moderation principles in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. A key component of fostering tolerance, appreciating diversity, and averting radicalism in the classroom is religious moderation. The socio-religious educational approach is the scientific technique used in this study, which takes a qualitative approach using the phenomenology method as its methodological approach. The study's findings show that teachers employ a scientific approach, group projects, discussions, and other techniques to promote religious moderation norm character development programs and role models. In addition, the role of teachers as role models is a key factor in building an understanding of religious moderation for students. The obstacles faced include limited student understanding of the concept of moderation and external influences that can affect their attitudes. Thus, effective strategies in implementing religious moderation values ​​can help create a harmonious and inclusive educational environment. This study is expected to contribute to curriculum development and improve teacher competence in instilling religious moderation values ​​in students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the management of the development of the Islamic Religious Education system at SDIT Bina Anak Muslim Singkawang in fostering students' spiritual values. Most existing studies focus more on the effectiveness of Islamic learning methods without linking them in depth with the educational management strategies applied. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, interviews, and other supporting documents related to how the management of Islamic Education system development at SDIT Bina Anak Muslim Singkawang in fostering students' spiritual values. In this study, the primary data sources are the Principal, Islamic Religious Education Teacher, Parents of students. Written data sources can be divided into sources from books and scientific magazines, data sources and archives, documents. The results showed that development management in Islamic learning qualifications at SD. SDIT BIAM Singkawang to foster students' spiritual values is done with various learning strategies. There are several strategies applied by teachers to improve students' spiritual values at SDIT BIAM Singkawang, including getting students used to saying greetings to others and practicing by shaking hands, applying a disciplined attitude towards students, fostering a love of knowledge towards students, getting students to obey the rules that apply at school, getting students used to being friendly to others, getting students to always live healthy, applying good manners to students, fostering a caring attitude towards the environment, building a sense of responsibility towards students and fostering self-confidence in students.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dan bercerita siswa SDN 82 Pattene melalui aktivitas mendongeng. Dengan demikian, mendongeng terbukti efektif sebagai metode pembelajaran kreatif yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara dan membangun budaya literasilingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan mendongeng interaktif yang melibatkan penjelasan teknik mendongeng, demonstrasi oleh pendongeng profesional, dan praktik langsung oleh siswa secara berkelompok. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 September 2025 dengan narasumber utama Kak Chairunnisa Latief, S.Pd (Kak Nisa), pendiri Kampung Dongeng Mardhati Makassar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keberanian, ekspresi, dan kemampuan berbicara siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif, komunikatif, serta memiliki minat yang lebih tinggi terhadap kegiatan literasi. Program ini juga mendorong lahirnya gerakan “Satu Hari Satu Cerita” sebagai bentuk keberlanjutan di sekolah. Dengan demikian, mendongeng terbukti efektif sebagai metode pembelajaran kreatif yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara dan membangun budaya literasi di sekolah dasar.Kata kunci: Mendongeng; Kemampuan Berbicara;  Bercerita; Literasi Anak

Abstract

This article aims to examine the concept of emotional intelligence from the perspective of the Prophet Muhammad’s saw. hadith and its implementation in education, particularly in character education at schools. Emotional intelligence includes the ability to recognize, regulate, and redirect emotions in a healthy and proportional manner. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, drawing on authentic hadiths and relevant academic literature. The findings show that the Prophet saw. provided practical examples of recognizing and managing emotions through prayer, physical actions (such as remaining silent, sitting, lying down, and performing ablution), and offering new meaning to emotional situations. In educational practice, emotional intelligence can be instilled through teacher guidance, self-reflection routines, and spiritual approaches based on Islamic values. Therefore, the concept of emotional intelligence in hadith is highly relevant to strengthening holistic character education.

Abstract

This quantitative study explores the novel effect of teaching al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah on character development among MAPK students in Makassar. By employing linear regression analysis on a sample of 92 students, we show that student motivation is the primary predictor of character development, explaining 23% of the variance. The data were collected through a questionnaire. While teaching methods and teacher qualifications were not significant predictors, the findings offer new insights into motivation-driven character formation in Islamic education. This study contributes to the growing body of literature by providing empirical evidence for the role of intrinsic motivation in enhancing moral and social behaviors among secondary school students, particularly in the context of hadith-based learning. Although the regression model used explained 23% of the variation in student character, student motivation was proven to be the main factor in better character formation
