Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the allocation of Village Funds is utilized to support farming communities in addressing the impacts of climate change—a significant factor affecting farmers' income. The Village Fund is an annual budget allocated through the State Budget (APBN) and distributed to each village as one of its primary sources of revenue (Ministry of Finance, 2017). This research was conducted in Kayu Jati Village, located in Ongka Malino District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The village was selected due to the fact that the majority of its residents work as farmers. The study focuses on the farming community as well as village institutions, particularly financial officers responsible for managing village income and expenditure. The sampling method employed in this research is qualitative descriptive. The sample consists of local farmers, who serve as the primary informants, and village officials from Kayu Jati. This study adopts the Legitimacy Theory and utilizes both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through field observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data consist of regulations related to village funds and climate change.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the Accounting Information System (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Marine and Fisheries Department of Central Sulawesi Province, located in Palu City, Indonesia. The research was motivated by the growing importance of reliable information systems and a conducive work environment in enhancing public sector performance. A total of 40 respondents were selected using purposive sampling from the department’s employee population. Primary data were collected through a structured survey instrument designed to measure the variables under study. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression to determine the strength and significance of the relationships between the independent and dependent variables. The findings reveal that both the Accounting Information System and Work Environment have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. The results suggest that improving technological infrastructure and organizational climate can lead to higher levels of productivity and effectiveness among civil servants. This study contributes to the body of knowledge on public sector management and highlights the need for continuous investment in information systems and human resource support mechanisms. The implications of these findings can serve as a reference for local government institutions in formulating strategies to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

Pola makan di era gobalisasi bergeser ke makanan cepat saji yang mengandung indeks glikemik, lemak dan energi yang tinggi yang meningkatkan risiko penyakit seperti diabetes. Flakes merupakan produk pangan yang banyak dikonsumsi karena kepraktisannya, sehingga dibuat formula flakes Jekabu yang menggunakan lebih dari satu jenis tepung yaitu jewawut, kacang merah dan labu kuning karena ketiga bahan makanan tersebut memiliki indeks glikemik yang rendah. Tujuan penelian untuk mengetahui nilai indeks glikemik dan zat gizi makro flakes Jekabu. Desain penelitian adalah one shot case study dengan  menggunakan 6 sampel yang memiliki indeks masa tubuh normal dan tidak memiliki riwayat diabetes untuk pemeriksaan glukosa pada waktu 0 menit, 30 menit, 60 menit, 90 menit dan 120 menit. Data pemeriksaan glukosa darah dihitung luas area di bawah kurva dan data indeks glikemik dianalisis dengan uji One Way Anova.  Hasil penelitian pendahuluan menunjukkan formula produk flakes Jekabu yang digunakan yaitu dengan perbandingan tepung jewawut, tepung kacang merah dan tepung labu kuning yaitu (70%, 15%, 15%), (68%, 20%, 12%) dan (65%, 25%, 10%). Kandungan gizi karbohidrat dibawah standar SNI dan kandungan gizi protein dan lemak mencapai standar. Kandungan zat gizi makro pada flakes Jekabu (70%, 15%, 15%) rendah dan meningkat pada flakes (68%, 20%, 12%) dan (65%, 25%, 10%). Kisaran indeks glikemik  dari ketiga formulasi flakes Jekabu berada di kisaran lebih kecil dari 55 yaitu indeks glikemik rendah.  Disarankan melakukan pengembangan formula lebih lanjut untuk memperbaiki rasa dan meningkatkan kadar karbohidrat produk flakes Jekabu hingga mencapai standar SNI dan tetap memiliki indeks glikemik rendah.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi menjadi semakin penting dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang adaptif, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan teknik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mahasiswa calon guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis masalah menggunakan AutoPlay Media Studio. Pelatihan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dengan integrasi studi kasus nyata dari dunia pendidikan sekolah. Sebanyak 21 mahasiswa mengikuti pelatihan selama tiga sesi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merancang konten instruksional, menyusun struktur aplikasi adaptif, dan memilih elemen multimedia yang relevan secara pedagogis. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran bahwa AutoPlay dapat dioptimalkan tidak hanya sebagai alat desain teknis, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis masalah.

Abstract

Pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif menjadi salah satu keterampilan penting bagi mahasiswa pendidikan teknik, khususnya di bidang elektronika. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam pembuatan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif melalui pelatihan AutoPlay Media Studio. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung dengan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Kegiatan ini melibatkan 21 mahasiswa sebagai peserta aktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa, yang terlihat dari hasil produk aplikasi pembelajaran serta peningkatan nilai evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis aplikasi praktis mampu meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif.

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between learning motivation and students' academic achievement in the subject of Akidah Akhlak at MTs Marhalim Campalagian, Polewali Mandar. The objectives of the study include: (1) describing the level of students' learning motivation; (2) describing students' academic achievement; and (3) analyzing the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement. This quantitative study used a correlational design and involved the entire student population (N=51) because the number was less than 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through documentation and questionnaire methods. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that the majority of students (70.59%) had learning motivation in the moderate category, with 36 students scoring between 92-110. Similarly, 70.59% of students showed academic achievement in the moderate category. The correlation analysis produced a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.764. These findings indicate a strong positive correlation between learning motivation and students' academic achievement at MTs Marhalim Campalagian. Higher levels of motivation are positively correlated with better academic achievement. This finding underlines the important role of motivation as a determinant factor of students' learning success in the subject of Akidah Akhlak. Schools need to pay attention to and strive to improve students' learning motivation through various pedagogical strategies, such as creating a conducive learning environment, implementing innovative and engaging learning methods, and providing a fair and motivating reward system. Further research is recommended to identify other factors that influence students' academic achievement, as well as explore more effective intervention strategies to improve students' motivation and learning achievement, taking into account the local cultural context for the optimization of sustainable learning strategies.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the learning process greatly determines the success of achieving learning objectives. However, low student confidence in actively participating and providing feedback is a common obstacle. This is often caused by ineffective learning methods and less than optimal student involvement, which has a negative impact on their learning achievement. Therefore, this study examines the implementation of the Probing-Prompting learning model as a potential solution to improve learning outcomes. This study aims to answer two main questions: (1) How is the implementation of the Probing-Prompting learning model in class VII B MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar? (2) How effective is the Probing-Prompting model in improving the Fiqh learning achievement of class VII B MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar students. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in class VII B MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar. Data collection was carried out through various methods, including observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the implementation of the Probing-Prompting model during two cycles. Both teacher and student activities experienced significant improvements, both in terms of the process and learning outcomes. The study was stopped in cycle II because substantial improvement had been achieved. Data analysis showed an increase in the percentage of students who achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). In the pre-cycle, only 11 students (36.67%) achieved the KKM. This number increased to 17 students (56.67%) in cycle I and reached 26 students (86.67%) in cycle II. These results show the effectiveness of the Probing-Prompting model in improving students' Fiqh learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of public satisfaction with the quality of service provided by PT. PLN (Persero), using the Sape Customer Service Unit in Bima Regency as a case study. Employing a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument, this research analyzes nine aspects of service, including facilities and infrastructure, employee behavior, and service completion time. The data analysis technique used questionnaire data with a Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) analysis based on the Indonesian Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 14 of 2017. The results show that overall, from the nine service elements, the Public Satisfaction Index for PLN Sape services is categorized as Good with a conversion value of 80.08%. The most satisfying aspect is facilities and infrastructure with a conversion value of 85.25%, while the lowest is employee behavior at 76.75%, making it the most dominant factor influencing the level of satisfaction. These findings provide recommendations for PLN management to improve the quality of service to meet public expectations and increase customer satisfaction. This study is expected to serve as a reference for further studies on public satisfaction with electricity services.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the profile of students in character development of class VIII A at SMPN 7 Cenrana, Maros Regency; 2) describe the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in character development of class VIII A students at SMPN 7 Cenrana, Maros Regency; and 3) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the PAI teachers’ strategies in character development of class VIII A students at SMPN 7 Cenrana, Maros Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative research. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII A, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students of SMP Negeri 7 Cenrana. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results, character development of class VIII A students at SMPN 7 Cenrana was conducted through intrakurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. Intracurricular activities instill moral values through academic subjects, while co-curricular activities strengthen character understanding through direct practice. Extracurricular activities serve as a platform for developing discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. Islamic Religious Education teachers applied strategies such as advice, habituation, modeling, and discipline cultivation in shaping student character. Supporting factors included a religious school environment, parental support, and community culture. Abstract

Disiplin adalah sesuatu yang dapat dilatih. Dengan melatih kedisiplinan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengendalian diri; kepribadian; atau ketertiban; dan efisiensi. Guru sebagai tenaga pengajar perlu dan penting memperhatikan strategi pembelajaran dalam membentuk kepribadian disiplin peserta didik. Disiplin selalu berkaitan dengan sikap, yaitu kesediaan beraksi atau bertindak terhadap objek atau keadaan tertentu. Disiplin merupakan hasil bentukan dari kegiatan sehari-hari yang dapat di kembangkan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban atas aturan atau kesepakatan, termasuk pada diri seorang siswa. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yakni: (1) Bagaimana strategi guru PAI dalam pembentukan peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran PAI kelas VII B Galesong Selatan Kab. Takalar? (2) Apa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran PAI kelas VII B Galesong Selatan Kab. Takalar? Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun instrument kunci dalam metode penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di lakukan menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Strategi guru PAI dalam pembentukan kedisiplinan dengan mererapkan beberapa metode di antaranya mentaati tata tertib sekolah, diskusi kelompok dan mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu, serta menunjukkan sikap konsistensi di dalam kelas berpengaruh posistif pada terbentuknya kedisiplinan peserta didik. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan kedisiplinan diantaranya disiplin Guru, Kesadaran Diri, dan Pertemuan dengan Orang Tua Murid. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pembentukan kedisiplinan peserta didik diantaranya adalah kurangnya kesadaran diri pada peserta didik yang dapat dilihat dengan adanya peserta didik yang masih melanggar sebuah peraturan dan juga malas dalam melaksanakan kedisiplinan, kurangnya perhatian sebagian wali murid atau orang tua dalam hal kedisiplinan, dan tidak jeranya peserta didik terhadap hukuman yang berlaku dan diberikan.
