Abstract

lnfeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi akut yang sering diderita oleh sebagian besar anak-anak dan masih merupakan penyakit utama penyebab kematian bayi dan balita hampir di semua negara termasuk Indonesia. Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan, ISPA menduduki peringkat pertama penyakit yang diderita balita sebesar 68,61%. Pemberian ASI eksklusif akan sangat mempengaruhi imunitas bayi, bayi yang diberiASI secara eksklusif akan memiliki daya tahan tubuh yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diberiASI secara eksklusif karenaASI selain mengandung zatanti infeksi, bersih dan bebas kontaminasi, juga mengandung antibodi saluran pernafasan dan saluran pencernaan.Penelitian dengan desain unmatched case control ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian ASI ekslusif dengan ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Studi ini melibatkan 144 subjek pada kelompok kasus dan 139 subjek pada kelompok kontrol. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan secara purposive non random sampling pada 2 catchment areas selama 6 hari (4-11 Juli 2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa balita yang tidak diberikan ASI eksklusif memiliki risiko terjadinya ISPA 3,2 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan balita yang diberikan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan adanya hubungan kuat (OR= 3,20) yang bermakna (p-value = <0,01) antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan terjadinya ISPA pada balita usia 6 bulan - 5 tahun. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan penyuluhan mengenaipengertian dan manfaatASI eksklusifterutama dalam hal preventif dan promotif untuk mengurangi kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pembina Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to observe how the influence of brand ambassadors, korean waves, and promotions on student buying interest in Nature Republic products. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study were Management Study Program students class of 2020 at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University, totaling 158 students. The sample size of this study was 61 which was determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that korean wave and promotion have a significant effect on buying interest in Nature Republic products. Another finding is that brand ambassadors have no significant effect on students' buying interest in Nature Republic beauty products.

Abstract

E-learning has become an important component in the world of education. An effective and efficient e-learning information system is needed to support the teaching and learning process. Auditing e-learning information systems is important to ensure that the system is running well and meets its objectives. This research aims to audit e-learning information systems using the COBIT 5 framework. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive and internationally recognized IT governance and control framework. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research results show that the maturity level of the e-learning information system is still at level 3 (Defined Process).

Abstract

This study discusses the role of management information systems (MIS) in the aviation industry on the Batik Air application. In the aviation industry, MIS plays an important role in improving efficiency and service quality. Batik Air, as one of Indonesia's domestic airlines, has a need to improve service quality and increase passenger satisfaction. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method with a literature study approach to analyze the role of management information systems (MIS) in the aviation industry on the Batik Air application. The results of the study show that it is very important to have a useful MIS in the modern era like today, because of the increasingly tight competition. If we have a MIS in online flight services, Batik Air supports people in their daily lives, especially for purchasing tickets via the internet. By using the Batik Air Mobile App, ordering tickets online has many advantages, but also has disadvantages.

Abstract

Classroom management is a very important teacher competency to be managed in the context of learning. Therefore, every teacher must have the ability to manage the class. The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies and constraints of Islamic religious education teachers in implementing classroom management skills at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi. This research is field research, the purpose of which is to describe accurately the factual description of the phenomenon under study. In this study there were two informants, namely key informants, Islamic religious education teachers, and supporting informants students and school principals. The results of the study conducted at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi show that teachers use their classroom management skills to implement various strategies, namely:Structuring the learning environment, making lesson plans (RPP), how to teach teachers, building student cooperation, creating a learning atmosphere, shaping behavior and motivating students, evaluating learning. The following barriers were observed in the implementation of classroom management skills: student factors, teacher factors, and facility factors. Student factors, teacher factors and room factors.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertema "Penerapan Teknologi Informasi Pembelajaran" dengan fokus pada implementasi aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Paint sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran bagi siswa. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengenalan dasar Microsoft Word dan Paint, seperti cara memilih jenis huruf, ukuran huruf, serta mewarnai gambar-gambar sederhana. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Paint. Diharapkan, melalui kegiatan ini, siswa dapat lebih mudah menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sekolah dan meningkatkan kreativitas mereka.

Abstract

Poetry is one of the literary works that has beauty in its composition. It is equipped with beautiful diction, a tone full of feelings such as disappointment, emotion, or even full of love. This research is motivated by the author's curiosity about the implied meaning of poetry. The purpose of this analysis is to find out in detail the meaning of each inner and physical structure. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach. The results of this study found the entire physical structure and inner structure in the poem "Sajak Atas Nama" by Mustofa Bisri. The structure the physical consists of diction, concrete words, style of language, and imagery. Meanwhile, the inner structure includes the theme, tone, atmosphere, and message.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using technology in supporting Islamic Religious Education learning, therefore the aim of this research focuses on two studies, namely: the effectiveness of using technology in PAI learning and factors inhibiting the effectiveness of using technology in PAI learning. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The approach used is a descriptive study. In qualitative approach research, the data is in the form of sentences or narratives obtained through qualitative data collection techniques. The research results explain that educational technology has a very important role in the learning process. With the existence of educational technology, it will certainly make learning activities easier, where educators will find it easier to transfer information to students and of course students will also more easily understand the information conveyed by educators. Educators need to understand how to apply educational technology well so that educational technology can be effectively applied in the learning process. Especially in Islamic religious education learning, educational technology must really be considered so that the use of technology can be in line with learning objectives that are based on the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of work motivation and work commitment on employee performance at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jambi service using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques the SPSS application as a data processing tool. The results of this research show that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jambi. work commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Sugestions in the research: 1) regarding employee permomance variables, employees should make better work planning so that employees can complete work on time. 2) in the work motivation variabels, superiors should be better able to organize and survise employees so that employees have motivation from superiors so that employee performance can be even better. 3) in work commitment variable, employee should have a greater sense of family towards the angency/organization because the organization’s agency has a lot of meaning for each employee.

Abstract

Social media marketing activities are important for companies to market their products in this digital age, where they can help companies continue to compete in the market. Therefore, this study aims to determine the size of the influence of social media marketing activity, brand awareness, brand image to willingness to pay premium price which is mediated by brand equity in Skintific products. The population in this study were people who had bought Skintific products once or more in the Jabodetabek areas. This research is a quantitative study using primary data as well as data collection techniques carried out in this study, namely using questionnaires distributed questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-5 and distributed to 114 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings in this study show that social media marketing activity, brand awareness, brand image, brand loyalty have a significant effect on willingness to pay premium price. Then, this study has limitations, namely the number of samples that are still not large enough to describe the actual situation.
