Abstract

Modernisasi yang semakin pesat telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap perubahan sosial dan budaya di Kabupaten Nagekeo, Pulau Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Arus globalisasi dan penetrasi teknologi informasi memengaruhi pola pikir, gaya hidup, serta sistem nilai masyarakat, yang secara perlahan menggeser peran kearifan lokal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pelestarian kearifan lokal melalui pendekatan dialog budaya sebagai instrumen penghubung antargenerasi dan antarkomunitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap berbagai publikasi ilmiah, laporan kebijakan, serta dokumentasi komunitas periode 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dialog budaya dapat berfungsi sebagai mekanisme komunikasi partisipatif yang memperkuat pemahaman lintas generasi, memperbarui praktik budaya sesuai konteks modern, dan mengurangi risiko erosi nilai-nilai lokal. Strategi pelestarian yang efektif melibatkan integrasi antara pendidikan berbasis budaya, kolaborasi pemerintah dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan media digital untuk dokumentasi dan promosi kearifan lokal. Dengan mengedepankan dialog yang terbuka dan inklusif, masyarakat Nagekeo dapat mempertahankan identitas budayanya sekaligus beradaptasi secara kreatif terhadap perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Lembaga adat di Nagekeo, Flores, memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga harmoni sosial dan identitas budaya di tengah arus modernisasi yang pesat. Kajian literatur ini menelaah peran lembaga adat dalam memfasilitasi dialog budaya dan penyelesaian konflik di tingkat komunitas lokal. Berdasarkan berbagai penelitian tentang tata kelola budaya, kohesi sosial, dan praktik mediasi tradisional, ditemukan bahwa pemimpin adat berperan sebagai mediator, pendidik, sekaligus penjaga nilai-nilai budaya. Lembaga adat terbukti mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antargenerasi dan antar-etnis melalui integrasi norma tradisional dengan sistem pemerintahan modern. Selain itu, peran fasilitatif mereka memperkuat kearifan lokal sebagai mekanisme pembangunan perdamaian yang berkelanjutan. Namun, tantangan seperti menurunnya partisipasi generasi muda, intervensi politik, dan pergeseran nilai menuntut strategi adaptif agar lembaga adat tetap relevan. Penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan dan transfer pengetahuan antargenerasi menjadi kunci dalam menjaga warisan budaya hidup Nagekeo sekaligus mendorong dialog budaya yang inklusif.

Abstract

Local wisdom embodies a community’s worldview and ethical system, yet it often resonates with broader universal cultural elements such as social cohesion, moral order, ecological balance, and intergenerational continuity. This literature review examines how the values of Nagekeo local wisdom in Flores relate to universal cultural elements commonly found across societies. Synthesizing studies published from 2020 onward, the review identifies that Nagekeo values—expressed through communal rituals, oral traditions, local moral narratives, and shared work ethics—align with universal patterns of cultural sustainability and collective identity. The findings show that Nagekeo’s emphasis on communal solidarity, respect for elders, reciprocal support, and human–nature harmony parallels universal cultural principles that support social resilience and ethical life. However, globalization and modernization can weaken the transmission of these values if local culture is treated as symbolic rather than lived practice. The review argues that recognizing Nagekeo wisdom as part of universal cultural structures provides a stronger rationale for integrating it into education, community revitalization programs, and cultural heritage initiatives.

Abstract

Intergenerational dialogue is increasingly recognized as a key pathway for sustaining local cultural values amid rapid social change. This literature review explores strategies for revitalizing Nagekeo cultural values in Flores through structured dialogue between elders and youth. Drawing on studies from 2020 onward, the review identifies that cultural revitalization becomes more meaningful when dialogue is grounded in living traditions—such as oral narratives, customary rituals, local language practices, and communal work ethics—while also allowing younger generations to reinterpret these values in contemporary forms. Effective intergenerational dialogue is not merely cultural transmission, but a reciprocal learning process that strengthens cultural identity, empathy, and social cohesion. The review also highlights persistent challenges, including weakening family-based cultural communication, the marginalization of local culture in formal education, and the influence of globalized lifestyles that may distance youth from local traditions. Overall, revitalization in Nagekeo requires sustainable partnerships among families, schools, traditional leaders, and cultural actors so that cultural values can remain relevant, lived, and adaptive in the daily lives of younger generations.

Abstract

Cultural diversity is a vital foundation of Indonesian social life, yet it must be continuously nurtured through education so it becomes a lived value rather than a slogan. This literature review examines how cultural dialogue can be integrated into educational practices to instill respect for cultural diversity, specifically within the context of Nagekeo. Synthesizing studies published from 2020 onward, the review highlights key forms of integration such as dialogic pedagogy in the classroom, contextual learning grounded in local wisdom, intercultural projects, and active collaboration with families and traditional cultural actors. The reviewed literature consistently shows that cultural dialogue is most effective when designed as an interactive, reflective process that invites students to share experiences, negotiate meanings, and learn from differences. In Nagekeo, cultural dialogue can be strengthened through local narratives, customary rituals, language practices, and communal traditions that connect school learning with everyday cultural realities. However, implementation faces challenges including limited teacher capacity to facilitate intercultural dialogue, the marginal position of local culture in formal curricula, and the risk of superficial cultural activities without deep reflection. The review concludes that sustainable integration requires curriculum alignment, teacher training, and long-term partnerships between schools and the Nagekeo community to make cultural diversity education authentic and transformative.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan dan budaya. Masuknya budaya populer global melalui media digital sering kali menyebabkan budaya lokal tersisih dan dianggap kurang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini menjadikan kampung adat Wogo sebagai sumber pembelajaran budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (library research). Metode kajian pustaka dipilih karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengkaji, dan mensintesis berbagai konsep, teori, serta temuan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan pemanfaatan kampung adat sebagai sumber pembelajaran budaya lokal. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kampung Adat Wogo memiliki potensi yang sangat besar sebagai sumber pembelajaran budaya lokal. Kampung adat ini tidak hanya merepresentasikan warisan budaya masyarakat Ngada, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai edukatif yang relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional, khususnya dalam penguatan identitas budaya dan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pembangunan nasional, pelestarian budaya lokal menjadi isu yang semakin penting seiring dengan derasnya arus globalisasi dan modernisasi. Globalisasi membawa berbagai dampak positif, seperti kemajuan teknologi dan akses informasi yang luas, namun di sisi lain juga menimbulkan tantangan serius terhadap keberlanjutan budaya lokal. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran Masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian kampung adat Wogo. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang secara partisipatif dan berkelanjutan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran, pemahaman, serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam upaya pelestarian Kampung Adat Wogo. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya pelestarian Kampung Adat Wogo sebagai warisan budaya dan identitas sosial masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) on managerial effectiveness and business performance in emerging economies using a systematic literature review approach. The study reviewed 52 empirical studies published between 2010 and 2024 following the PRISMA protocol. Literature sources were obtained from reputable academic databases including Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. A thematic analysis was conducted to identify key patterns and relationships between data analytics adoption, managerial effectiveness, and organizational performance. The findings indicate that the implementation of DDDM consistently improves decision quality, resource allocation efficiency, and organizational agility. Managerial effectiveness plays a significant mediating role in linking analytics capabilities to enhanced business performance, including financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and innovation performance. However, the magnitude of DDDM impact is influenced by contextual factors such as digital infrastructure maturity, institutional quality, organizational culture, and human capital capability. These findings highlight the importance of developing managerial data literacy and analytics capabilities to strengthen organizational competitiveness in emerging economies.

Abstract

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a systematic process that enables teachers to continuously enhance their pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies throughout their careers. This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in empowering elementary school teachers for continuous professional development in Ende Regency. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Library research is a research method intended to collect, review, and analyze various written sources relevant to the research focus in order to obtain a comprehensive conceptual and theoretical understanding. The findings indicate that school principals’ leadership plays a highly strategic role in empowering elementary school teachers to support continuous professional development, particularly in the context of basic education in regional areas such as Ende Regency. Principals who are able to perform their roles as instructional leaders and transformational leaders are proven to contribute significantly to the creation of a school climate that is conducive to teachers’ professional growth.

Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah mencakup berbagai aspek fisik, sosial, dan budaya yang berada di sekitar peserta didik, seperti taman sekolah, halaman, bangunan, fasilitas umum, interaksi sosial warga sekolah, serta nilai-nilai yang berkembang dalam kehidupan sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif kolaboratif (participatory collaborative approach), yaitu pendekatan yang menempatkan mitra sebagai subjek aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan keberlanjutan program melalui keterlibatan langsung guru dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan judul Optimalisasi Lingkungan Sekolah sebagai Sumber Belajar untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di SDK Santo Xaverius Surabaya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Optimalisasi lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, khususnya dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan berpusat pada peserta didik.
