Abstract

Human resources are an important asset for the sustainability of an organization or company. Employees with job satisfaction and quality performance will have a positive impact on the company. Therefore PT. Agung Automall at Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru is very focused on increasing job satisfaction and performance. All of this will certainly have an impact on the sales results made by the company every year. To increase job satisfaction and performance at PT. Agung Automall in Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru, researchers think it is necessary to do a research analysis on how much positive impact commitment, organizational culture, motivation, leadership style has on job satisfaction and performance at PT. Agung Automall at Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the appropriate model for determining job satisfaction and performance. In conducting the analysis, the researcher will collect data first, the data collection technique used is to conduct a survey in the form of a questionnaire, where the questionnaire contains questions from each analyzed variable. Data analysis was carried out using Variation Analysis which was processed using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21 software. The targeted output of the analysis was that the company would be able to easily find out the weaknesses and strengths of the current company in terms of job satisfaction and performance. related to the company's achievements every year.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a Structured Assignment Sheet for Concept Building Ability, abbreviated as LPT-KMK, that is feasible for use as a learning tool on the topic of factors influencing reaction rates. This research adopts a research and development (R&D) methodology to design and refine the LPT-KMK. The feasibility of the developed LPT-KMK is assessed based on three criteria: validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The LPT-KMK, which was developed and validated by expert reviewers, was trialed in June 2024 with a group of 25 eleventh-grade students from SMAS Muhammadiyah 10 Sugio, located in the Lamongan district. The instruments employed in this study included review sheets, validity assessment sheets, student response questionnaires, and concept-building ability tests. The findings indicate that the LPT-KMK achieved a mode score of 4 for both construct and content validity, classifying it as valid. Additionally, the practicality of the LPT-KMK was confirmed, with student response percentages ranging from 84% to 100%. The effectiveness of the LPT-KMK was validated through statistical analysis of student test results using the statistical application. The implementation of the LPT-KMK material on the topic of factors affecting reaction rates resulted in significant improvements in student performance. Therefore, the developed LPT-KMK is considered valid, practical, effective, and suitable for use as a learning device in chemistry education, specifically in teaching factors influencing reaction rates.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka yang diterapkan di Indonesia menekankan pada pembelajaran yang adaptif, kreatif, dan inovatif, sehingga mengharuskan guru untuk memiliki kompetensi yang lebih tinggi dalam penguasaan mata pelajaran, termasuk statistika. Namun, banyak guru yang kesulitan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum ini dan menyiapkan bahan ajar karena kurangnya referensi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan yang dirancang untuk memperdalam pengetahuan, meningkatkan keterampilan, dan memberikan referensi tambahan untuk membuat bahan ajar statistika. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 24 guru SMA dari kelompok MGMP Matematika Sukabumi. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t berpasangan terhadap hasil pre-test dan post-test, nilai p-value (0,00) lebih kecil dari α (0,05), yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan ini secara signifikan dan efektif, mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik.

Abstract

Improving the capacity of human resource management (HR) for coastal communities. Communities in this area have great potential in the capture fisheries, aquaculture, and seafood processing sectors, but still face various obstacles in forming and managing businesses collectively and sustainably. This activity is designed to equip the community with basic knowledge and skills in HR management through interactive presentation methods, group discussions, organizational simulations, and post-training assistance. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of organizational structure, role division, group communication, and participatory leadership. The training also succeeded in raising critical awareness and community initiatives to form joint business groups. Theoretical discussions showed a strong link between the results of this service and the theory of experiential learning empowerment, which emphasizes active participation and social transformation based on collective awareness. Theoretical findings show that social change in coastal communities can begin with increasing internal capacity and collaboration in community-based business management. Community.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of scientific studies on pedagogical tensions between Millennials and Generation Z in the context of formal and digital learning. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, following the PRISMA protocol. A total of 115 scientific articles indexed in the Scopus database from 2019 to 2024 were analyzed using bibliometric tools VOSviewer and CiteSpace. The results indicate six main clusters in the literature on intergenerational pedagogical tension: (1) culture and perception; (2) learning experiences and generational differences; (3) communication and intergenerational activities; (4) development of digital content and media; (5) Gen Z consumer behavior and local values; and (6) strategies and institutional support. Keywords such as generation, student, education, and medium emerged as central nodes in the literature network, highlighting the importance of generational and media aspects in learning dynamics. Additionally, topics such as trust, intention, and belief also show an increasing trend in recent publications, indicating a shift in focus toward affective and psychological aspects in digital education. This study contributes to expanding intergenerational education research through a visual bibliometric approach and provides a conceptual foundation for developing inclusive and adaptive pedagogical strategies tailored to the characteristics of digital-native generations like Gen Z. The main limitation of this study is its focus on articles in the Scopus database, which does not include literature from other databases such as Web of Science or Google Scholar. Therefore, further research is recommended to expand the scope of data and deepen exploration of practical dimensions in the implementation of intergenerational pedagogy.

Abstract

Layanan Online bagi operator Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) Kopertis Wilayah VII Tahun 2018 Angkatan VI yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 30 Januari 2018 di Core Hotel Bonnet Surabaya, Jl. Manyar Kertoarjo V No. 62 Surabaya dengan sumber dana DIPA Kopertis Wilayah VII tahun anggaran 2018. Workshop Layanan Online bagi operator Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) Kopertis Wilayah VII Tahun 2018 Angkatan VI diikuti sebanyak 55 peserta dari 55 PTS. Workshop Layanan Online melatih para operator PTS untuk belajar tentang aplikasi sistem layanan online dan Pusat Informasi dan Layanan Terpadu yang disingkat PINTU yang digunakan oleh Kopertis Wilayah VII untuk melayani baik itu tentang informasi maupun administrasi khususnya pada PTS dan umumnya pada masyarakat luas. Metode Workshop Layanan Online adalah: Ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, praktek/simulasi penggunaan aplikasi sistem layanan online/SILADIKTI (Sistem Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi). Harapan penyelenggara terhadap peserta setelah mengikuti Workshop Layanan Online ini adalah: Peserta dapat mengoperasikan sistem aplikasi SILADIKTI Kopertis Wilayah VII terkait dengan layanan online, Operasional Layanan Online, Layanan Prestasi Perguruan Tinggi dan Layanan Kepegawaian dan Kemahasiswaan. Online Service Workshop for Private Higher Education (PTS) Kopertis Region VII 2018 Batch VI operators which was held on January 30, 2018 at Core Hotel Bonnet Surabaya, Jl. Manyar Kertoarjo V No. 62 Surabaya with the DIPA Kopertis Region VII funding source for the 2018 fiscal year. The Online Service Workshop for Private Higher Education (PTS) operators Kopertis Region VII 2018 Batch VI was attended by 55 participants from 55 PTS. The Online Service Workshop trains PTS operators to learn about the application of the online service system and the Integrated Information and Service Center, which is abbreviated as PINTU, which is used by Kopertis Region VII to serve both information and administration, especially at PTS and in general to the wider community. The Online Service Workshop Methods are: Lectures, questions and answers, discussions, practice/simulation of using the online service system application/SILADIKTI (Higher Education Service System). The organizer's expectations for participants after participating in this Online Service Workshop are: Participants can operate the SILADIKTI Kopertis Region VII application system related to online services, Online Service Operations, Higher Education Achievement Services and Personnel and Student Services.

Abstract

Semangat siswa dalam mengikuti pemanasan sebelum berolahraga berperan penting dalam efektivitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi semangat siswa kelas V SDN 030613 Medan saat pemanasan sebelum berolahraga. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas pemanasan siswa serta wawancara mendalam dengan guru olahraga. Data dikumpulkan untuk memahami peran lingkungan belajar, strategi pengajaran, dan interaksi sosial dalam membentuk motivasi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semangat siswa dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan guru dalam memimpin pemanasan, suasana kelas yang dibangun sebelum kegiatan fisik, serta pemahaman siswa terhadap manfaat pemanasan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi guru olahraga untuk mengembangkan metode pemanasan yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan guna meningkatkan partisipasi dan kesiapan siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) models in developing critical thinking and 21st-century skills among middle school students in multicultural classroom environments. Through an interpretive qualitative approach employing in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and focus group discussions, this research explores how PBL methodologies foster active learning and enhance students' analytical capabilities across diverse cultural backgrounds. The study involved 24 middle school teachers and 72 students from three multicultural schools in Indonesia, implementing a purposive sampling strategy. Data analysis utilized Braun and Clarke's reflexive thematic analysis framework to identify patterns and themes related to critical thinking development and cross-cultural learning experiences. Findings reveal that PBL significantly enhances students' critical thinking abilities, promotes collaborative problem-solving skills, and facilitates meaningful cross-cultural interactions. The research demonstrates that multicultural PBL environments create authentic learning opportunities where students develop both cognitive and social competencies essential for 21st-century success. However, implementation challenges include teacher preparation requirements, resource limitations, and the need for culturally responsive instructional materials. The study concludes that well-structured PBL approaches in multicultural settings effectively prepare middle school students for complex problem-solving while fostering intercultural understanding and communication skills. These findings contribute to educational scholarship by providing evidence-based insights into the integration of active learning methodologies with multicultural education frameworks

Abstract

Mutation induction of porang both physically and chemically is widely used to increase the genetic variation of porang. However, mutation induction chemically by using colchicine is more effective than the other mutagens. Therefore, this study aims to assess the genetic diversity of porang after mutation induction using colchicine. Polyploidy induction is performed 30 days after planting of the porang plantlet. 0%, 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03% and 0.04% colchicine was added to 12.5 ml of MS medium using a 0.22 µm Millipore filter. After 53 days, porang plantlets were ready for DNA isolation. A total of 10 SRAP primer combinations were used for DNA amplification. Genetic diversity in and between porang population was performed using POPGENE software. Clustering analysis using PAST Software was also performed to identify genetic variation. Mutation induction using colchicine significantly increased the genetic diversity of porang. Among the SRAP primer combinations, ME2-EM2 is the most effective in detecting the induced genetic variation in porang. Mutation induction using 0.03% colchicine is highly recommended as it produces significant genetic changes compared to normal porang. Porang mutant resulting from 0.03% colchicine treatment holds great potential for porang breeding programs, as it can generate novel phenotypic variations and increase the chances of obtaining superior genotypes with desirable agronomic traits.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the influence of the Mata Najwa program through social media on the political attitudes of adolescents in Sepanjang Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency. The rapid development of information anditechnology, especially through social media, has opened up space for political participation for teenagers. This quantitative research aim to examine the nfluence of the Mata Najwa program on social media on adolescents' political attitudes, based on the Uses and Effect Theory. The results of a study in Sepanjang Village, Banyuwangi, show that the "Mata Najwa" program has a positive and significant influence on the political attitudes of adolescents. Statistical analysis yielded a calculated t value (7,306) that was greate than the t table (1,989) with a significance of 0.00<0.05, so that null hypothesis was rejected. The RSquare value of0.37 indicates that the 37% variability of adolescents' political attitudes can be explained by the Mata Najwa program. This study concludes that the Mata Najwa program through social media has a moderate but significan influence on the formation of adolescent political attitudes.   Keywords: Political Attitudes, Social Media, Mata Najwa, Use and Effect.
