Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, document studies, and observations. There were 34 provinces, and the sample consisted of 4,500 student respondents representing each district and city by random sampling. Data analysis using frequency analysis description. Result: (1) Context Evaluation: It has a solid legal and policy basis, and the government's goals and objectives are good, but it still needs to be on target. (2) Input Evaluation: participants, organization, financing, and committee have yet to be well implemented and need to be improved by the development of student talent identification each year. (3) Process Evaluation: Sports match regulations must constantly be updated by the development of the Indonesian Student Identification Program in 2022; the implementation of matches still needs to be adequately maximized. (4) Product Evaluation: Increased community participation and interest in organizing national potential young athletes training centers every year, the role of the media in sports publication and promotion to the community is increasingly expanded, and the search for potential athletes from the community needs to be optimized. Abstract

Racial trauma among Asians, including Indonesians, has increased dramatically in the United States. While many studies have been written about the significance of recurring race-related traumatic incidents, the broader meaning of the unexpected and dark side of racial trauma experiences among Indonesians who reside in the United States is under-reported. This study aims to explore the meaning of experience dealing with racial trauma among Indonesians living in the United States using a qualitative phenomenological approach. We conducted in-depth interviews via the Zoom platform with a nationally representative purposive sample of 16 adults aged 26 and older. In analyzing this phenomenological study, all stages of phenomenological reduction were used. The findings demonstrate that racial trauma among Indonesian Americans can be categorized into three themes: 1) feeling sad and angry, 2) being exhausted, and 3) suffering physically. Therefore, the myth that Asian Americans are immune to racism and its effects is not necessarily true. This study also offers implications for future research on racial understanding and discussion.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of management turnover on auditor switching, with financial distress as a moderating variable. The research employs panel least squares regression on a sample of firms, analyzing the direct and interaction effects between management turnover and financial distress. The findings reveal that management turnover has a significant positive effect on auditor switching, and this relationship is further strengthened when financial distress is present. The moderating role of financial distress highlights its importance in amplifying the likelihood of auditor switching during leadership transitions. The study concludes that organizations experiencing both management turnover and financial distress are more prone to auditor changes, underscoring the interplay between leadership dynamics and financial conditions. Limitations related to sample scope and reliance on secondary data are acknowledged, and future research is encouraged to explore broader contexts and incorporate additional variables such as corporate governance and regulatory influences.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced development of technology and the phenomenon of the Covid-19 outbreak, which has caused most employees to be affected by Work From Home, has led most people, especially the millennial generation or people under the age of 30, to be interested in allocating their excess funds into stock investments. This study aims to analyze the development of a multi-factor CAPM model by including volatility as an additional factor: a new approach in asset pricing with a case study of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange included in the LQ45 Index for the 2020-2023 period. The independent variables used in this study are Risk Premium (Beta), Company Size (SMB), book-to-market ratio (HML), and Stock Price Volatility. In contrast, the dependent variable used in this study is proxied by Stock Return with Excess Return. The population in this study consists of 45 companies. The sampling method uses a Purposive Sampling Technique. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The result of the study shows that the Risk Premium and Company Size variables partially have a significant positive effect on Stock Returns. The Book to Market Ratio variable partially has a negative but not significant impact on Stock Returns. Meanwhile, the Stock Price Volatility variable has a positive but insignificant effect on Stock Returns. The independent variables in this study can explain 88,61% of the factors affecting Stock Returns, while 11,39% is explained by other factors not researched in this study.
