Abstract

This article is constructed around the discoveries made during the research, where it was found that the character of love for one's country is not yet fully implied in the souls of students. There are still many students who lack discipline in doing and submitting assignments, not only that, there are also many students who speak inappropriately and are impolite to their classmates and those above them, and never care about friends who are experiencing difficulties. The role of learning media is very crucial in helping students understand learning material. To develop learning materials, of course learning media is needed as a supporting tool when learning takes place, with learning media being able to develop material on cultural diversity to increase love for the country, especially focused on class students.

Abstract

Modernization isa process of changing societies and cultures with all its aspects from traditional to modern. Modernization, while having a positive effect, can also have a negative impact that one of them is having on the behavior of elementary school students. These effects can happen if we cannot strain that modernization. Therefore as teachers we should be able to minimize the emergence of harmful negative effects on the creation of student character. The results of this study suggest that modernization has hada significant impact on the behavior of elementary school students. This is demonstrated by such oft viewed negative behaviors as brawling, social strife, social promiscuity, misuse of the Internet and cell phones that cause students to become irritable and socially impaired. The research method used was the literacy study of several accredited journals according to the research discussion. This study is intended to enable readers to know the impact that modernization of students' behavior in elementary schools and teachers can minimize the negative effects that will happen in students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is currently very developed and is in great demand by the general public. This is because it is stated that there are many opportunities resulting from the entrepreneurial skills they have. Apart from that, the president also directly instructed the urgency of entrepreneurship education in schools. So that entrepreneurship is currently being enhanced through entrepreneurship education at the primary and secondary school levels. Apart from that, entrepreneurship education is also needed within the family and community through fairy tales or stories with the aim of motivating students to become successful as entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education focuses a lot on the skills to become an entrepreneur, not just selling goods or services because the basic values of entrepreneurship are important in forming life skills. These skills include creative, innovative, independent, financial management, leadership, courage to take risks, and adaptive. Through this article, entrepreneurship and its scientific fields are discussed at the elementary school level in high school to form students' entrepreneurial spirit. This article also covers the results of other relevant studies which are explained descriptively.

Abstract

Current higher order thinking skills need to be instilled in students, especially elementary school students. In the application of critical thinking, there are still many obstacles and problems that make many students less in applying critical thinking in learning. This study aims to determine the teacher's efforts in improving critical thinking skills in elementary students, especially in social studies learning. This qualitative research produces descriptive data by carrying out observations and interviews at one of the elementary schools in the city of Bandung. This study shows that the efforts made by teachers in improving students' critical thinking in social studies learning are giving students a problem and they must solve the problem, besides the use of strategies, methods, models, and learning media also has an effect on increasing students' critical thinking, especially in learning social science.

Abstract

Social Sciences is a subject studied by students since the elementary school level which of course requires learning media as an aid in the teaching and learning process. The background of this research is the limited use of learning media in social studies subjects causes students to experience boredom because the learning process is less fun. Social studies learning is still dominated by teachers which results in a lack of interaction between students when participating in the learning process. The purpose of the research is to develop learning media that will be applied to learning as social studies learning media for ASEAN countries in grade VI SD. In this study, using the type or approach of library research with library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials from journals, books, articles, magazines, websites with various types of publications that are relevant to the development of learning media for ASEAN Class. VI SD. The results of the study show that the learning media Smart Sticker Spin Wheel on the material of ASEAN countries in social studies learning is very suitable to be used in the social studies learning process in class VI SD.

Abstract

Learning media has an important role in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students. Using audio-visual media can help in the social studies learning process. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the benefits of using audio-visual media in social studies learning for elementary school students. The social studies learning process is usually focused on the teacher, because of the lack of improvisation so that there is no other improvisation that causes students to feel bored and only learn the main material. So teachers need to use interesting learning media so that they can improve the quality of student learning outcomes in social studies scores. This research belongs to the type of qualitative descriptive research. With the method of collecting data using the literature study method.

Abstract

Through social studies learning which contains moral concepts, values, attitudes and skills for living everyday life, students are expected to be able to apply them to their daily lives. In social studies learning about various jobs, the expected achievement is the goal of how character development is achieved in the learning. Trained participants are invited to understand. This is the achievement hoped for in this paper. This qualitative research was conducted to determine the impact of character development through occupational diversity on elementary school students in learning social sciences (IPS), and with this, we as researchers know the impact and results of learning about occupational diversity to elementary school students. Achieving children's character with good behavior, good manners, morals and ethics, as well as how to blend into society.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The focus of the research is the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in the context of social studies learning, especially regarding the proclamation of Indonesian independence. This model offers various advantages, such as increasing critical thinking skills, student motivation, and positive social interactions. However, there are drawbacks that need to be considered, such as longer time and differences in student perceptions. This study also notes that the implementation of the Jigsaw model in social studies learning can successfully increase student activity, historical awareness, and learning achievement. In practice, teachers need to prepare sub-material carefully, choose appropriate learning media, and monitor the implementation of learning. With a good understanding of this model, learning can be more effective and enjoyable for students

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tinjauan terhadap literatur yang mencoba menjelaskan inovasi pembelajaran menyenangkan dengan penggunaan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan berbagai sumber referensi seperti artikel, buku, Jurnal dan wawancara yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Studi literatur ini berfokus pada inovasi pembelajaran, teknologi digital dalam pendidikan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi merupakan suatu proses pembaharuan dan perubahan. Dunia pendidikan berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya bidang lain dan memerlukan inovasi untuk mengimbanginya. Penggunaan teknologi mempunyai dampak positif dan negatif. Agar pemanfaatan teknologi dapat mencapai tujuannya harus terjalin kerjasama yang baik antar berbagai pemangku kepentingan, maka dampak yang ditimbulkan dapat dipusatkan pada dampak positif dan dampak negatifnya dapat diminimalisir. Peran inovasi pendidikan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi digital sangatlah penting, optimal dan menyeluruh memerlukan inovasi. Seluruh elemen masyarakat diharapkan mendukung dan berkolaborasi untuk mengoptimalkan berbagai inovasi pendidikan dan berbasis teknologi digital. Teknologi yang ada saat ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif baik oleh siswa dan pendidik.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi adalah kumpulan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menyimpan informasi. Alat teknologi informasi membantu memberikan informasi yang tepat kepada masyarakat pada waktu yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas awal. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas awal SD memiliki banyak manfaat, antara lain meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran, mewujudkan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kreatif, mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa, dan mendukung pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tipe deskriptif analitis yang mencoba menjelaskan secara terperinci masalah yang diteliti dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka (library research) yang bersumber baik dari buku dan jurnal mengenai pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sebagai media dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD Kelas Awal.
