Abstract

The design of the Agricultural Research Center applies the concept of a sustainable architecture approach. According to Kamionka (2019), sustainable architecture must be understood as architecture that is implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and standards set by taking into account all issues related to integration and the environment, energy efficiency, water and waste management, material efficiency and raw material management, local preferences, and comfortable and quality use. In designing an agricultural research center, attention must be paid to designs that can meet human needs in terms of physical and mental comfort, safety, and aesthetics that can create connections so that they can generate profits for the sustainability of the building in terms of function or long-term maintenance.

Abstract

In building design, the futuristic approach is crucial as it focuses on creating structures that serve the future. A futuristic image reflects buildings that keep up with the times through their design expressions, with dynamic, aesthetic, and innovative values, particularly in the technologies used, such as free-form shapes and advanced, environmentally friendly systems. The application of futuristic architecture in both the exterior and interior of the e-Sport Centre continues to evolve to enable visitors to play, train, and compete in video games. A descriptive-qualitative analysis is applied to three case studies in this research. The findings show that the futuristic concept is most apparent when the form and appearance of the building contrast with the surrounding environment. More unique and asymmetric forms, along with the use of the latest structural technologies, enhance the implementation of this futuristic concept

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Baamboozle-based Game-Based Learning (GBL) to enhance student engagement in science classes at Assunniyyah Kencong Elementary School. Adopting a qualitative case study approach, the research involved 25 third-grade students and science teachers over six weeks. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal a marked improvement in student participation, including a 45% increase in verbal engagement, a 27–38% rise in discussion involvement, and stronger collaborative skills. The most notable progress occurred in initially low-participation classrooms (38% growth). Bamboozled facilitated a differentiated learning environment that accommodated diverse learning styles. Despite technical constraints, adaptive strategies ensured pedagogical effectiveness. Innovation fosters 21st-century skills and suggests potential for broader paradigm shifts in elementary education. This study underscores the value of GBL in promoting active learning while highlighting practical considerations for its implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Kramat Jati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UD Kramat Jati yang berjumlah 32 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu untuk uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi R2, uji F (simultan), uji t (parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Kramat Jati. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Kramat Jati. Secara simultan Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Kramat Jati

Abstract

Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penulis mengadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Desain Produk dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada Toko Aluminium Surya Jaya Gadang Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi liner berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS STATISIC 25. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 60 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Malhotra. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen dan kualitas produk juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, kemudian secara bersama-sama desain produk dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa desain produk dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh sebesar 61,1% terhadap minat beli konsumen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Panti Pelayanan Sosial PGOT Mardi Utomo Semarang sebagai pelaksana teknis operasional di bidang rehabilitasi sosial menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan dalam upaya memberikan pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial. Pelatihan berpidato bahasa Jawa yang diselenggarakan oleh Tim PKM Universitas PGRI Searang merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk melatih keterampilan berpidato menggunakan Bahasa Jawa bagi para penerima manfaat di panti pelayanan sosial. Dengan terampil berbahasa Jawa diharapkan dapat membekali peserta untuk hidup secara mandiri. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka selama dua kali pertemuan dengan metode pembelajaran interaktif, demonstratif dan praktik. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah para penerima manfaat di panti pelayanan sosial PGOT Mardi Utomo Semarang berjumlah 25 orang. Melalui metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan berbasis praktik, pelatihan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada teknik berpidato, tetapi juga mengedepankan pemahaman terhadap konteks sosial dan budaya yang melatarbelakangi penggunaan bahasa Jawa. Hasil dari pelatihan ini meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam bahasa Jawa, serta mempererat hubungan sosial antara pegawai dan penerima manfaat. Selain itu, para peserta mampu berpidato menggunakan Bahasa Jawa dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstract: Wasting is one of the global health issues that has a widespread impact across nearly all regions of the world, both in developing and developed countries. Wasting is a nutritional problem that occurs in infants aged 0–59 months. The objective of this study was to identify the factors associated with wasting in infants aged 6–59 months. The study design used in this research was a case-control study. The study was conducted in the service area of the Susunan Baru Health Center in June 2024. The population consisted of all children aged 6–59 months classified as wasting and non-wasting. The sample size was 88 participants, comprising 44 cases and 44 controls. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods. The results of the study showed a relationship between a history of low birth weight (p-value: 0.042) and a history of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value: 0.039) and the occurrence of wasting. It is recommended that mothers with toddlers actively participate in child health programs such as posyandu and nutrition counseling, and regularly take their toddlers to health facilities for check-ups.Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Toddlers, Wasting.

Abstract

Javanese language learning has strategic potential in instilling noble character values that are in harmony with local wisdom and the vision of national education. However, the learning model that is still conventional is not yet fully able to answer the demands of strengthening students' character contextually. This study aims to describe the urgency of developing a collaborative project-based Javanese language learning model as an effective means of shaping students' character. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection through literature studies and observation through questionnaires. The data subjects were Javanese language teachers of junior high schools, high schools and vocational schools in Central Java. The data analysis technique uses the Milles Huberman mobile interactive technique. The findings of the study show that collaborative project-based learning is not only able to increase students' active involvement in learning, but is also effective in fostering character values such as responsibility, cooperation, and social concern. The design of a Javanese language learning model that integrates the principle of collaboration in the context of real projects needs to be a priority for innovation based on local wisdom. The implications of the results of this study contribute to the development of a holistic and transformative instructional design in Javanese language learning. These findings also recommend the need to develop learning models that prioritize collaboration, active student participation, and the use of local contexts as learning resources to support character-based education transformation.

Abstract

The song Widodari is a song that uses the dangdut genre and is sung by Denny Caknan using the Javanese language. An interesting thing to study further is the use of diction, namely by looking at the style of language used. The purpose of this study was to analyze the diction contained in the lyrics of the song Denny Caknan. Stylistic studies are directed to discuss the content of literary works. In general, regulating stylistic studies includes diction or word choice (lexical choice), sentence structure, figure of speech, partnership, rhyme patterns, and dimensions used for authors or available in literary works. This study aims to analyze the use of diction and themes contained in Denny Caknan's Dangdut Song Lyrics. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method because the object is the text of the Song Lyrics. Data was taken from 1 album by random sampling and was considered representative. The theory used in this research is stylistic. The stylistic theory is used to see aesthetic beauty in song lyrics. The end of this research is the result of the data analysis presentation. The presentation of the results of the data analysis begins with the presentation of the diction on the data source contained in the lyrics of the song Denny Caknan. Then proceed with an explanation of the theme of the lyrics. The results of the research found are diction and themes in the Widodari song which was popularized by Denny Caknan.
