Abstract

Kurangnya ketertarikan Nasabah memanfaatkan Mobile Banking bank muamalat KCP Panyabungan dan kurangnya pengetahuan nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking, maka peneliti sangat tertarik melihat masalah ini lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan minat nasabah memanfaatkan mobile banking. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan sampel 73 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Dari analisis data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah (Y) dan taraf signifikan (0,002 < 0,005) dan dengan nilai T hitung>T tabel sebesar (3,764 > 1,986). Kemudian kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah dengan taraf signifikan, (0,01 > 0,005) dan dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel sebesar, (7,772 >3,10) dan koefisien determinannya (R2) sebesar 0,147 yang berarti kesemuanya mempengaruhi 14,7%, selebihnya atau sebesar 85,3% dipengaruhi variable lain selain variable kualitas layanan (X1).

Abstract

Physico-chemistry and biological data were investigated from October 2010 until April 2011 of Jatiluhur reservoir. A total of six sampling stations were selected for this study. The discharge and hidrological data were obtained from Perum Jasa Tirta II Jatiluhur. The results showed that the hydrological regime in the reservoir Jatiluhur was affected by global phenomenon La Nina events in 2010 and early in 2011. Stream flows were determined during sampling to range from 78 to 482.5 m3/s. The water quality findings were as follows: pH (6.93-8.81), temperature (26.37-30.6C), dissolved oxygen (0.733-5.2 mg/l), conductivity (2.45-233mhos/cm), COD (7.36-96.9 mg/l), turbidity (4.063-65.6 NTU), total phosphate (0.002-0.324 mg/l), total nitrogen (0.99-5.96 mg/l), chlorophyl (2.237-43.37 mg/m3), visibility (30-160 cm). The eutrophication was pronounced at Jatiluhur reservoir. Canonical Correspendence Analysis found that some water quality parameters correlated positively with the discharge and the water level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. Using a sample of 35 respondents, data was collected through a questionnaire designed to measure respondents' perceptions of service quality. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and t test. The analysis results show that the significance probability value between the two variables is 0 <0.05. The calculated t value of 7.983 is greater than the t table of 2.032, which indicates a significant influence between the service quality variable (X) on purchasing decisions (Y). Therefore, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on customer experience and purchasing decisions. Keywords: service quality, Customer Experience Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur persepsi responden mengenai kualitas pelayanan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas signifikansi antara kedua variabel adalah 0 < 0,05. Nilai t hitung sebesar 7,983 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,032, yang mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengalaman pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pengalaman Pelanggan

Abstract

The research aimed to know the impact of salary and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cipta Mandiri Agung Jaya (CMAJ). The research method applied is the associative quantitative method. The research incorporates 2 types of data sources which are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is done through the distribution of survey questionnaires to respondents. The total population consisted of 30 employees and all of them were taken as the sample. The data analysis method was done through a series of tests such as the Coefficient Determination Test (R2), F test, t-test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The result of the research showed that the test of the regression model of salary and leadership style variable on employee job satisfaction indicated Fcount 3,449 > Ftable 3,34. It can be concluded that the salary and leadership style has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. Partially, salary has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction which can be seen from the tcount2,610> ttable2,052, which means that Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, leadership style has no impact on employee job satisfaction since the leadership style variable indicated a value of tcount 0,364<ttable2,052, which means Ho is accepted.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Teguh Jaya Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif, menggunakan 2 (dua) jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui pembagian survey kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi berjumlah 37 karyawan dan keseluruhanya dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data berupa Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji F, Uji t dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pengujian model regresi untuk variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0.000 < nilai α sebesar 0,05. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat diketahui dari nilai thitung 5,317 > ttabel 1,660 yang berarti Ha diterima. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dikarenakan variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki thitung -0.667 < ttabel 1,660 yang berarti Ho diterima. Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan guru dalam menghadapi bencana. Pentingnya topik ini terletak pada tingginya risiko bencana di daerah tersebut dan perlunya pendidikan mitigasi bencana yang komprehensif bagi para guru. Metode pengabdian meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, dilakukan penyesuaian jadwal, koordinasi, rekrutmen peserta, sosialisasi kegiatan, dan tes kemampuan awal guru. Pelaksanaan terdiri dari pelatihan pengembangan kemampuan mitigasi bencana dan penyusunan pembelajaran berbasis komunitas sosial. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru tentang mitigasi bencana. Pengetahuan mengenai berbagai jenis bencana dan konsep mitigasi meningkat sebesar 85% dan 90%, sementara keterampilan dalam pembuatan rencana penanggulangan bencana dan teknik evakuasi meningkat sebesar 88% dan 92%. Integrasi isu kebencanaan dalam kurikulum dan penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek juga berhasil dilakukan dengan peningkatan sebesar 87% dan 83%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan guru dan dapat dijadikan model untuk program serupa di wilayah rawan bencana lainnya. Implementasi strategi mitigasi yang efektif diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko dan dampak bencana, serta meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesejahteraan siswa dan komunitas sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Integrated thematic Learning using Discovery Learning model in class IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam. This research used a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research i.e. Research Action class (PTK). The subject of research is the grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam Feed as many as 20 students. Research conducted two cycles. The design of the research include, (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) and (4) observation of the reflection. The results showed an increase in: a) the RPP cycle I (C)77,77 % Cycle II (SB) 94,44% (SB) b) implementation on aspect of teacher cycle I82,81% (B), a cycle II 93,75% (SB) c) Implementation on aspect students cycle I 71,79,68 % (C) and Cycle II93,75 % (SB) d) student learning outcomes Cycle I 71,97 (B), cycle II 86,10 (A). Thus the model of Discovery Learning can improve the learning results of integrated thematic grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in learning IPS Using Coperative Learning Model Type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in class IV SD Negeri 17 Java Gadut Padang City. Research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 16 students. The place of study is SD Negeri 17 Jawa Gadut. The results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II on: (a) Observation of RPP 87.5% (B) to 96.4% (SB). (b) Teacher aspect at 71.5% (C) to 90.9% (SB). (c) Aspects of learners 71.5% (C) to 90.9% (SB). (d) Student learning outcome 73,52% (C) becomes 91,39% (A).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning outcomes using the Cooperative type Make A Match model in class V of SDN 33 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. The research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 23 students. The place of research is SDN 33 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. The results showed an increase in: a) the score oh the lesson plan in cycle I was 86.36% (A-), cycle II 95.45% (A); b) observation of aspects of teacher cycle I 83.32% (B+), cycle II 94.44% (A); c) aspects of observation of the first cycle I students 83.32% (B+) and the second cycle II 94.44% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle I 74.7% (B); and the second cycle II 87.1% (A-). Keywords: integrated thematic learning, Cooperative type Make A Match model model

Abstract

This research is aimed at investigating student learning achievement at elementary school class V in cooperative learning with Cooperative Learning WithStudentTeams Achievement Divisions Type. The kind of research was Quasi Experimental Design. The independent variable was cooperative learning with StudentTeams Achievement Divisions Typemodel whereas the dependent variable was study achievement. The technique of taking sample was cluster random sampling. Data is processed by using different test ( t-test). From t test analysis (t-test) obtained tcount = 3.08 while ttabel at significance level α 0,05 is 1,980. Thus tcount is bigger than ttable that is 3.08> 1,980. The results showed the application of StudentTeams Achievement Divisions Typecooperative learning model gives a significant influence on student achievement on material topic of ethnic and cultural diversity of the nation.
