Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh bagi konsumen dalam membuat keputusan pembelian. Variabel independen terdiri dari Harga (X1) dan Kualitas Produk (X2). Variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Sampel berjumlah 50 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data nya melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner secara tidak langsung atau berupa google form yang disebarkan kepada responden, serta data sekunder yaitu diperoleh dari penelitian terdahulu, seperti buku, jurnal, artikel dan sejenisnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. sedangkan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Warehouse adalah tempat menyimpan dan mengumpulkan barang . Intinya tempat untuk menyimpan dan mengumpulkan bahan dan row material. Perancangan warehouse management merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang sangat memengaruhi kinerja suatu perusahaan. Pengelolaan gudang yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan ketidakefisienan aliran material serta meningkatkan frekuensi perpindahan bahan, produk, informasi, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan penyelesaian produk serta meningkatkan biaya produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan), yaitu metode penelitian yang berfokus pada pengumpulan data primer atau informasi terbaru yang diperoleh secara langsung dari kondisi nyata di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses penelitian serta pengambilan data dilaksanakan di PT United Tractors site Loa Janan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah penumpukkan spare parts yang tidak teratur di dalam warehouse, Belum ada penomoran rak sehingga membuat bingung Ketika mau mengambil spare parts. Upaya yang di lakukan adalah dengan mengusulkan tata letak yang baru, Usulan pemberiam sitem FIFO, Usulan area pengelompokkan spare parts dengan analisis FNS.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement in Pancasila Education learning outcomes through the application of the Card Sort method on fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 27 Pasar Kambang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design with a qualitative and quantitative approach conducted in two cycles. The research subjects included the teacher as the researcher and 22 students consisting of 10 boys and 12 girls. Data were collected through observation of teacher and student activities, attitude assessments, knowledge and skill tests, and learning documentation. Qualitative data analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while quantitative data was analysed using percentages and averages to see the improvement in learning outcomes between cycles. The results showed an improvement in the quality of teaching modules, the implementation of learning by teachers and students, learning attitudes, and knowledge and skill outcomes. The average knowledge and skill scores increased from 74.68 in cycle I to 89.22 in cycle II. These findings indicate that the Card Sort method is effective in improving Pancasila Education learning outcomes and encouraging active student involvement in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi UMKM Tahu Tempe Mas Ponimin dalam merumuskan dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang terstruktur guna meningkatkan daya saing dan mengoptimalkan potensi pasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendekatan kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner skala Likert untuk analisis mendalam terhadap Marketing Mix, SWOT, dan Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa UMKM berada pada Kuadran I (Strategi Agresif), mengindikasikan bahwa UMKM memiliki kekuatan internal yang superior, terutama pada kualitas produk dan posisi finansial yang solid, serta menghadapi peluang eksternal yang besar. Dengan kondisi ini, UMKM disarankan untuk segera menerapkan Strategi SO, yaitu memanfaatkan kekuatan produknya untuk ekspansi pasar secara agresif, khususnya melalui digitalisasi promosi dan investasi pada peningkatan kemasan dan kebersihan untuk mengatasi kelemahan minor.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to find out about the growth of financing for customers or members of BMT Al Furqan Padang Sibusuk in its role as a sharia microfinance institution to be a solution for small communities to get business capital and also to see the enthusiasm of the community in accessing financing for BMT Al Furqan Padang Sibusuk.Design/Method/Approach: This research is a semi-quantitative research, a combination of analysis carried out qualitatively and quantitatively, in which the nature of the categories is analyzed qualitatively, while the characteristic values to be used are numerical values that resemble quantitative analysis.Findings: After doing the research, it was found that the public's interest in getting access to financing at this microfinance institution was quite good, there was an increase in the amount of financing disbursed, and the amount of financing growth at BMT Al-Furqan Padang Sibusuk from the 2019 period and the 2020 period on financing products. Mudharabah and murabahah financing products experienced growth, namely the provision of mudharabah product financing in 2019 amounted to Rp.483.687.000 and grew in 2020 to Rp.529.228.000 (8,6 percent). Meanwhile, murabahah product financing in 2019 was Rp.892.839.000 rupiah and experienced growth in 2020 of Rp.1.537.940.000, - (41,1 percent). This microfinance institution has also provided many benefits, such as making it easier for members to get financing for business capital, especially micro and small businesses.Originality/Values: To obtain information about the development of financing carried out by BMT Al Furqan Padang Sibusuk, Sijunjung Regency, where this Islamic microfinance institution or BMT is not yet well known to the people of Sijunjung Regency.

Abstract

Learning is not merely the accumulation of knowledge, but a cognitive process that induces behavioral changes in individuals. In the context of higher education, entrepreneurship learning plays a vital role in shaping students’ mindset and interest toward entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine both the direct and indirect effects of entrepreneurship learning, social environment, and student creativity on entrepreneurial interest, with an entrepreneurial attitude serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory descriptive approach was adopted, involving a sample of 100 students from a public university in Indonesia selected through proportional random sampling. Data was collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The findings demonstrate that entrepreneurship learning, social environment, and student creativity have both direct and mediated effects on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurial attitude significantly influences entrepreneurial interest, confirming its critical mediating role. These results highlight the importance of combining cognitive, social, and creative factors to strengthen students’ entrepreneurial readiness. This study offers practical insights for educators and policymakers to enhance entrepreneurship curricula by integrating skill-building, creativity stimulation, and real-world social exposure. Future research is recommended to explore extended models with additional variables and utilize mixed method approaches for a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial behavior in academic settings

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model at SDN 01 Bandar Buat. The main problem in this study is the low learning achievement where 57.14% of students have not reached the KKTP, which indicates a systemic problem in the form of passive attitudes and uneven participation. Method: This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles on 28 fifth grade students. Data were collected through activity observations and learning outcome tests. Results: The implementation of the NHT model significantly improved learning outcomes, marked by an increase in the class average score from 74.00 in cycle I to 83.00 in cycle II. Teacher and student activities also showed consistent progress to reach the very good category. Novelty: This study shows that individual responsibility structured in the NHT model is effective in minimizing systemic problems such as passive attitudes and inequality in student participation in science learning integrated into the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), highlighting the need for innovation in instructional strategies. The objective of this research is to describe the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Flipbook media to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Padang Panjang Timur. The research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, conducted over two cycles. Each cycle consisted of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Cycle I was carried out over two sessions, while Cycle II consisted of one session. The research subjects included one teacher and 28 fifth-grade students, comprising 16 boys and 12 girls. Data were collected through observation, tests, and non-test techniques. The findings indicate significant improvements across various aspects of learning. Observation of the teaching module increased from 87.49% (categorized as good) in Cycle I to 97.72% (very good) in Cycle II. Teacher and student activity also rose from 82.81% to 93.75%. The average student learning outcome improved from 74.99 (fair category) in Cycle I to 86.07 (good category) in Cycle II. The study concludes that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Flipbook media is effective in enhancing student learning outcomes in IPAS instruction.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject, which are partly attributed to suboptimal teaching processes and limited student engagement. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement in learning outcomes through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model among Grade IV students at SDN 23 Payakumbuh. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each comprising the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects included one teacher and 19 students (14 boys and 5 girls). Data collection techniques involved observation, tests, and non-test instruments. The results show that the application of the PBL model led to significant improvements across various aspects of learning. The quality of teaching modules increased from 88.88% in Cycle I to 94.44% in Cycle II, categorized as “Excellent.” Teacher activity improved from 83.92% to 96.42%, while student activity increased from 80.35% to 92.85%. Moreover, the average student learning score rose from 77.03 in Cycle I to 86.88 in Cycle II. These findings demonstrate that the PBL model is effective in enhancing Pancasila Education learning outcomes at the elementary level by promoting more active, contextual, and student-centered learning.

Abstract

Pesantren are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia and play a central role in shaping the character of the Muslim generation. Amidst the development of globalization and modern technology, pesantren are required to maintain their Islamic scholarly identity while adapting to the competency requirements of the 21st century. This study analyzes the approach to character building of santri (students) at two types of pesantren in South Tapanuli: Pesantren Mushtofawiyah, which represents traditional pesantren, and Pesantren Darul Mursyid, which represents modern pesantren. Using a qualitative method with a case study design, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of curriculum documents and character building programs. The results show that the Mushtofawiyah Islamic Boarding School develops the character of its students through mastery of classical Islamic texts, intense worship, simplicity, discipline, and the exemplary behavior of the kiai, thereby producing students who are religious, humble, and deeply rooted in classical Islamic tradition. In contrast, the Darul Mursyid Islamic boarding school applies an integrative approach that combines religious education, science, technology, foreign languages, and life skills so that students are more adaptive, communicative, and critical. The study concludes that both pesantren play a strategic role, but excel in different aspects. Moderate integration between tradition and modernization is seen as the ideal model for producing a generation of Muslims who are moral, critical, digitally literate, and ready to face global challenges.
