Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Muslim fashion trends and celebrity endorsers on Instagram social media on the consumptive behavior of IAIN Parepare students. The research uses quantitative methods and associative approaches, this study involves collecting data through questionnaires distributed to female students.The population in this study is unknown so that the sample in the study is as many as 100 respondents obtained using the Lemeshow formula. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model using the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results of the analysis show that Muslim women's fashion trends have a significant influence on consumptive behavior, with a significance value of 0.003, which means less than 0.05. from marketing on social media. In addition, celebrity endorsers also have a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneous tests showed that the two variables together had a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of female students, with an F value of 48.369 which was much larger than the F value of 2.699 in the table. These findings indicate that the influence of social media in the form of fashion trends and endorsements by celebrities can encourage consumptive behavior among female students, potentially influencing their purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide insight for stakeholders in understanding the dynamics of student consumptive behavior and the implications of marketing on social media.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the functional final drive components to increase torque. To find out more in-depth about how to fix the damage to the final drive. This study uses a field observation method by making direct observations by looking for the cause of damage, and how to overcome damage to the final drive components, and conducting and question-and-answer method so that the problem that occurs in the final drive is found. Damage to the final drive of the CAT 329 DL excavator is due to this unit traveling a long distance. As a result, the input shaft components on the final drive are worn out, causing damage that results in noise on the front of the final drive when running. The input shaft component is damaged and must be replaced with a new one; if left unchecked, it will cause damage to other components. Damage to the input shaft makes the track unable to move. Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in IPAS learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Grade IV of SDN 18 Sungai Nanam, Solok Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in two cycles, with research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in the form of document analysis, test and non-test techniques. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of grade IV of SDN 18 Sungai Nanam, Solok Regency, totaling 28 students. The results of the study showed that: First, the teaching module of cycle I obtained an average of 83.92% (B), increasing in cycle II to 92.85% (SB). Second, the results of the implementation of learning aspects of teachers in cycle I obtained an average of 80.35% (C), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). Third, the results of the implementation of learning aspects of students in cycle I obtained an average of 80.35% (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). Fourth, the learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 75.54% (B), increasing in cycle II to 87.06% (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes in science learning in grade IV of SDN 18 Sungai Nanam, Solok Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning through the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in grade IV of SD Negeri 17 Batu Gadang, Padang City. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 13 students of class IV. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, tests, and non-tests. The results of the study show that the application of the PjBL model is able to improve the quality of learning and learning outcomes of students. There was an increase in the average score of learning outcomes from 70.88 in the first cycle to 81.10 in the second cycle. In addition, the quality of learning implementation by teachers and students also showed an increase in each cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS in grade IV students of SD Negeri 17 Batu Gadang. This model can be used as an alternative innovative learning strategy to increase student involvement and understanding in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in science learning to improve the learning outcomes of class III students of SDN 01 Muara Panas, Solok Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative approach, which is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I (two meetings) and cycle II (one meeting) carried out in four stages, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and class III students of SDN 01 Muara Panas, Solok Regency with a total of 12 students, 6 boys and 6 girls. The results of this study showed an increase in the teaching module in cycle I with a percentage of 87.49% (A) and cycle II 95.83% (A). Assessment of teacher activity in cycle I with a percentage of 78.56% (B) and cycle II 96.42% (A). Assessment of student activity in cycle I with a percentage of 78.56% (B) and cycle II 96.42% (A). Assessment of students in improving learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average of 72.49 (C) and cycle II with an average of 85,07 (B). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve science learning outcomes in class III.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the improvement of student learning outcomes in IPAS learning using the Cooperative Learning model of Talking Stick type in the fourth-grade class of UPT SDN 23 Tandai, Solok Selatan District. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using two types of approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in two cycles, with the research procedure consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included observation analysis, tests, and non-tests. The subjects of this study were the researcher teacher as an observer, the fourth-grade teacher as a practitioner, and 20 students from the fourth grade of UPT SDN 23 Tandai. The results showed that in cycle I the average score of the teaching module was 93.9% (SB), which increased to 100% (SB) in cycle II. The results of the implementation of the learning aspect of the teacher in cycle I obtained an average of 93% (SB), which increased in cycle II to 98% (SB). The results of the implementation of the learning aspect of the students in cycle I obtained an average of 89.5% (SB), which increased in cycle II to 98% (SB). The learning outcomes of the students in cycle I obtained an average of 75.8 (C), which increased in cycle II to 87.8 (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning model of the Talking Stick type can improve students' learning outcomes in the IPAS learning in grade IV UPT SDN 23 Tandai, South Solok Regency.

Abstract

Learning is not merely the accumulation of knowledge, but a cognitive process that induces behavioral changes in individuals. In the context of higher education, entrepreneurship learning plays a vital role in shaping students’ mindset and interest toward entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine both the direct and indirect effects of entrepreneurship learning, social environment, and student creativity on entrepreneurial interest, with an entrepreneurial attitude serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory descriptive approach was adopted, involving a sample of 100 students from a public university in Indonesia selected through proportional random sampling. Data was collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The findings demonstrate that entrepreneurship learning, social environment, and student creativity have both direct and mediated effects on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurial attitude significantly influences entrepreneurial interest, confirming its critical mediating role. These results highlight the importance of combining cognitive, social, and creative factors to strengthen students’ entrepreneurial readiness. This study offers practical insights for educators and policymakers to enhance entrepreneurship curricula by integrating skill-building, creativity stimulation, and real-world social exposure. Future research is recommended to explore extended models with additional variables and utilize mixed method approaches for a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial behavior in academic settings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Ismail Raji al-Faruqi terkait Islamisasi ekonomi serta relevansinya terhadap sistem ekonomi Pancasila. Pendekatan ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang tidak hanya efisien tetapi juga adil dan berlandaskan etika dan moralitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis karya-karya utama al-Faruqi dan literatur sekunder yang relevan. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan prinsip-prinsip Islamisasi Ilmu pengetahuan tentang ekonomi Al-Faruqi dengan nilai-nilai system ekonomi Pancasila, khususnya dalam konteks keadilan sosial, keberlanjutan, dan pengakuan terhadap nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak relevansi nya antara konsep pemikiran Islamisasi ekonomi Islamil Raji Al-Faruqi dan sistem ekonomi Pancasila. Keduanya menekankan pentingnya keadilan distributif, keseimbangan antara individu dan masyarakat, serta penghindaran eksploitasi. Meskipun demikian, terdapat perbedaan dalam hal pendekatan praktis, di mana Islamisasi ekonomi al-Faruqi lebih terfokus pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah secara langsung, sedangkan ekonomi Pancasila lebih kontekstual dan fleksibel terhadap pluralitas budaya Indonesia. Pemikiran Islamisasi Ekonomi yang dikemukakan oleh Ismail Raji al-Faruqi menawarkan sebuah paradigma yang mendasar terhadap sistem ekonomi yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

This study investigates non-English major students’ attitude and motivation towards learning English as foreign language at Law Department Halu Oleo University. This study also expected to find out what gender is more motivated towards learning English. The study employed the descriptive design. The total sample of this study was 130 students and registered in academic years of 2018/2019. The sample investigated using attitude and motivation questionnaires 5-point Likert Scale that adopted from AMTB by Gardner. The result of this study indicates that: (1) the participants have positive attitude towards learning English as foreign language. (2) The level of participants’ motivation as sample of this study is high. (3) The integrative motivation is more dominant than instrumental motivation. (4) Female is more motivated than male students. Most of those surveyed held positive views of the development English teaching towards non-English major students. The English lecturer is highly expected to be more commitment with the schedule of teaching and learning process. An effective number of students in a class are still need high consideration. The findings of this study may help language developers, syllabus designers and decision makers to develop programs and design syllabi and create interesting textbooks which maintain students' positive attitude and motivation.

Abstract

Digital marketing continues to evolve alongside technological and communication advancements. University students in Parepare City, as active users of social media and online shopping platforms, often exhibit irrational consumption behavior driven by emotional impulses rather than rational needs. This study aims to examine the influence of affiliate marketing, live streaming, and purchase urgency on irrational consumption behavior among Shopee users. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the research involved 100 respondents selected through quota sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0 through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results reveal that affiliate marketing, live streaming, and purchase urgency each exert a positive and significant influence on irrational consumption behavior. The t-test results for all variables exceeded the critical value (t > 1.96; p < 0.05), and the F-test confirmed a strong simultaneous effect. The model accounts for 70.4% of the variance in irrational consumption behavior. These findings highlight the substantial impact of digital marketing strategies on consumer decision-making and underscore the need to enhance consumption literacy among university students.
