Abstract

The traditional methods of vote counting and recapitulation, which include manual and layered processes, are important to ensuring data security and addressing a lack of understanding of public information technology. However, it is essential to quickly and properly disseminate election results among an increasing number of survey findings within the community. Despite this contradictory scenario, it is imperative to employ information technology tools like SITUNG and SIREKAP to ensure transparent dissemination of election outcomes. The study applies a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting primary and secondary data sources including official documents, journal articles, and textbooks. By using three analysis techniques; first, by tabulating the data; second, to categorize the data; third, interpreting the findings based on the theoretical and construction of the data. The results of this study showed three main challenges to the use of digital-based recapitulation: first, the lack of a clear legal basis for the SITUNG and SIREKAP applications, which has triggered criticism from election participants and observers; second, incomplete system support characterized by limited network connectivity, which has created difficulties for field operators in the local level; and third, inappropriate data management in the SITUNG and SIREKAP applications, which included incorrect data entry. Election organizers should be aware that technology-based recapitulation data can become digital evidence for contesting parties in election courts.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the physical, chemical, and sensory characteristics of powdered goat milk with the evaporation method. The study was conducted in a Complete Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. The data were processed by analysis of variance and if there was an effect of treatment, Duncan's further test was carried out. The results showed that powdered goat's milk made traditionally using the evaporation method using a pan with the addition of paste/fruit juice (dragon fruit, strawberries and oranges) had an effect on the chemical and sensory characteristics of powdered goat's milk. The protein content, crude fiber and degree of acidity of powdered goat's milk (control) were lower than powdered goat's milk with the addition of paste/fruit juice, but the fat content of powdered goat's milk (control) was higher than powdered goat's milk with the addition of paste/fruit juice. The protein, fat, crude fiber and acidity levels of powdered goat's milk with the addition of fruit juice paste were respectively 13.24 – 14.52%, 21.80 – 23.97%, 1.33 – 1.92%, 0 .83 – 1.42%. The viscosity of powdered goat's milk with the addition of paste/fruit juice (2-03 – 2.41cp) was greater than the control (1.58cp). The panelists' perception of powdered goat's milk with the addition of dragon fruit paste and orange juice was better than strawberry paste.

Abstract

The company is one of the important sectors in improving the country's economy, and every company certainly wants optimal income. Therefore, human resources are an important aspect to continue improving as one of the driving forces so that the company runs optimally through work placements tailored to their abilities. This underlies the researcher to obtain further information about the effect of career development and placement on job satisfaction which impacts the performance of company employees. This study aimed to determine whether Career Development and Placement Affect Job Satisfaction Impacts Company Employee Performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires to 50 respondents at XYZ company. The results showed that career development and placement affected job satisfaction, with an influence value of 21.2%. Job satisfaction positively and significantly affected employee performance, with an influence value of 81.7%. So career development is a long process that every company must provide as an obligation to provide opportunities for employees to pursue career development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan bersama-sama antara motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kelurahan Kuta Bumi di Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki populasi dan sampel sebanyak 66 responden di Kelurahan Kuta Bumi. Metode pengumpulan data primer dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji data deskriptif, uji data asumsi klasik meliputi uji data normalitas, uji data multikolinearitas, uji data heterokedastisitas, uji data autokorelasi, analisis data regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis meliputi uji t dan uji F. Dalam hasil penelitian ini pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil regresi linier berganda adalah Y=25,268+0,267X1+0,120X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebear 0,756, bermakna variabel Motivasi dan Kompensasi memiliki kontribusi atau sumbangan terhadap kinerja sebesar 75,6 % dan sisanya 24,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis secara parsial secara parsial diperoleh Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hasil penelitian bahwa nilai signifikasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,004 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian Uji hipotesis secara parsial Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hasil penelitian ini bahwa nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan sebesar 1,286 lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini Uji hipotesis Secara simultan bahwa Motivasi dan Komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hasil penelitian bahwa nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05Kata Kunci : Motivasi; Komunikasi; kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in social studies learning using the Role Playing method in class V SD. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects in this study were students and class V teachers totaling 16 people. This research was carried out in 2 cycles consisting of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Research results from cyclulus I to Cycle II. (a) Cycle 1 learning planning is 80.32% increased to 92.85% in cycle 2. (b) Implementation of learning from the aspect of teacher in cycle 1 with an average of 80.20,% increased to 91.5%. in cycle 2, from the aspect of students in cycle 1 with an average of 77.62% increased to 89.58% in cycle 2. (c) Learning outcomes obtained by students in cycle 1 obtained an average grade of 78.42 increased to 85 , 02% in cycle 2. Thus, the Role Playing method can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning in class V SD. Keywords: IPS, role playing method.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Taruna Terpadu-1. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan bersifat analisa kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolionearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linierberganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Secara parsial Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, dilihat dari nilai thitung dari variabel Kompensasi adalah thitung 3,479 > ttabel 2,01 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Secara parsial Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, dilihat dari nilai thitung dari variabel Kompensasi adalah thitung 2,430 > ttabel 2,01 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,019 < 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dilihat dari nilai F tabel sebesar 3.20 F hitung > F tabel (17,399 > 3.20) dan signifikan < 0.05 (0.00<0.05)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan kompetensi karyawan yang efektif di era digital, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA digunakan untuk menganalisis 72 artikel terpilih dari berbagai jurnal internasional dan nasional selama periode 2020–2025. Hasil studi menyoroti bahwa organisasi banyak mengadopsi strategi seperti pembelajaran digital terintegrasi, mentoring digital, simulasi berbasis realitas virtual, komunitas praktik digital, dan analitik pembelajaran. Praktik SDM yang menyertainya, termasuk redesain pekerjaan digital, manajemen kinerja berkelanjutan, dan talent marketplace internal, terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas pengembangan SDM. Selain itu, studi ini menemukan adanya dampak positif terhadap lingkungan, yang mencakup pengurangan jejak karbon, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, serta penguatan kompetensi keberlanjutan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini menekankan perlunya integrasi yang lebih erat antara strategi kompetensi digital dan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam praktik manajemen SDM di masa depan, yang saat ini masih kurang dieksplorasi dalam literatur.

Abstract

Financial distress describes the condition of the company's financial decline before it went bankrupt. This research aims to test the influence of Sales Growth, Free Cash Flow, Operating Capacity, and Liquidity on Financial Distress in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This type of research is a quantitative study with secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method that produced 43 observation samples at state-owned companies in 2019-2022. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis methods with SPSS as a research test tool. Research results show that Sales Growth and operating capacity do not significantly affect financial distribution. Meanwhile, free cash flow and liquidity significantly positively affect financial distribution.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of capital and business age on MSMEs income in Mataram City. Capital and business age are important factors that are thought to be able to determine the level of income of MSME actors. This study was conducted on 100 MSME actors in Mataram City using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression methods as analysis tools. The results of the study indicate that capital and business age have a significant and positive effect on MSME income. This means that the greater the capital owned by MSME actors, the greater the income that can be obtained and the longer a business is run, the higher the income generated due to increased experience and business efficiency. This finding strengthens the theory of production which states that capital and skills (in this case represented by business age) are important factors in creating economic output. The implications of this study provide a warning signal that in order to increase income, MSME actors must pay attention to the availability of sufficient capital and long-term business sustainability. Local governments and related agencies are also advised to provide ongoing financing and training support as a form of more effective and sustainable MSMEs empowerment.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach, where data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents who are employees of PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara. The research instrument was first tested for validity and reliability before being used. Data analysis techniques applied include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Quantitative analysis uses t-test and F-test. The results of the t-test show that the work discipline variable (X₁) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value (t count 31.524> t table 1.672), a significance value (0.000 <0.05). And work motivation (X₂) also has a significant influence with a value (t count 24.211> t table 1.672), a significance value (0.000 <0.05). While the results of the F test show that simultaneously both X variables have a significant influence on Y with a value (F count 597.653> F table 3.16) and a significance value (0.000 <0.05). The R-square value (coefficient of determination) simultaneously or together is 0.954, which means that work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) together contribute to the influence on employee performance (Y) by 95.4%, while the remaining 4.6% is influenced by other factors not studied Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Discipline and Work Motivation
