Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawaban sosial bagi tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, maka kami para dosen IAIN Kerinci dan dibantu oleh mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan mendata dana mengurus izin usaha usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah yang ada di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yang pertama terdatanya UMKM di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura, dan yang kedua terdapat 12 UMKM yang sudah mendapatkan surat izin usaha.

Abstract

Muka Paya Village, located in Hinai District, is one of the villages that faces major challenges in terms of economy and access to health services. Most of the villagers rely on the agricultural sector as their main source of income, but the unstable agricultural output often means that their income is not enough to meet their daily needs. In addition, access to adequate health facilities is still limited, with many residents having difficulty obtaining quality medical services. Seeing this reality, a humanitarian mission through a food aid program and free medical treatment is very important to carry out. This program aims to provide direct assistance to the people of Muka Paya Village in the form of food aid covering basic necessities such as rice, oil, sugar, and other needs. In addition, the free medical treatment program is expected to provide decent access to health for underprivileged residents, so that they no longer need to worry about high medical costs

Abstract

This research aims to identify the sources of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) hazards at PT. PLN (Persero) Transmisi dan Gardu Induk Meulaboh and to control the risks of OSH hazards at PT. PLN (Persero) Transmisi dan Gardu Induk Meulaboh. Focusing on power transmission, PT. PLN (Persero) Transmisi dan Gardu Induk Meulaboh is always committed to improving the quality and continuity of service to customers. However, considering the high inherent risks in electrical activities, the company realizes the importance of prioritizing safety and health at work (OSH) as an integral part of its operations. Given the high risks associated with electrical activities, this company needs to proactively identify and manage potential hazards that could threaten the safety of workers. Hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining control (HIRADC) are used to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and determine appropriate control measures for those hazards. HIRADC consists of three main stages, namely hazard identification, risk assessment, and hazard control. The results of the hazard and risk identification show that work activities at PT. PLN (Persero) Transmisi dan Gardu Induk Meulaboh contain a number of significant potential hazards including the risk of electric shock, exposure to hazardous chemicals, high noise levels, the potential to be struck by equipment, the risk of leaks, and the danger of fire. The consequences of exposure to these hazards can vary, ranging from minor injuries to fatal injuries. Some control measures that can be taken include the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the installation of hazard warning signs, and the implementation of safe work procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of social media as a medium for da'wah carried out by Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz in Medan City. The pesantren Maskanul Huffadz in Medan City has utilized social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to convey and disseminate Islamic messages to a broad audience. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research findings indicate that social media management at Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz in Medan City involves structured content planning, organized implementation, and periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of uploaded content. The da'wah strategy includes a creative approach through visual content, videos, and writings that are relevant to the audience's needs. The challenges faced include device limitations at Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz in Medan City. However, the pesantren has successfully built a positive image and expanded its da'wah reach through active interactions with social media followers. This study concludes that effective social media management can serve as a powerful tool in supporting da'wah activities. Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz in Medan City is expected to continue developing digital strategies to address the challenges of the information technology era.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that the performance of teachers will greatly influence the success of schools in achieving its goals. This descriptive research is intended to discuss: (1) the principals' view on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia; (2) principals' expectations for the teachers' performance in the future; and (3) challenges faced by principals to improve teachers' performance in the future. This descriptive quantitative research was carried out at public elementary schools in Pekanbaru in May 2019 to October 2019. By using a proportional random sampling technique, 66 of 191 elementary school principals spread across 12 districts in Pekanbaru were selected as the sample. The questionnaire addressed to the principal was used as an instrument which was then analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis. In the end, it can be concluded that the best performance of teachers is in implementing the learning process. However, their performance in carrying out additional tasks in schools was rated by principals as the lowest average of all categories. The principals' expectations of the teachers' performance in the future are related to improving teacher competencies as well as improving the ability to utilize technology and equipment available at school. While the challenges faced, however, are related to the lack of willingness of teachers to continue their education and limited funds to participate in various training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan Metode Muizatul Hasanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sampel yang diteliti yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas IV MIS Mamba’ul Ulum Lingga Tiga Labuhanbatu yaitu berjumlah 30 siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran mau’izatul hasanah, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan keaktifan siswa diperoleh rata-rata. Secara klasikal perolehan nilai sudah melampaui capaian batas ketuntasan 90%. Siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa, dengan rat-rata kelas yaitu 83,66. Siswa yang masih belum tuntas atau belum memenuhi KKM tetap diperhatikan dengan cara membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa agar mau belajar lebih giat lagi terutama pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dengan materi indahnya berperilaku akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif mengenai “pengaruh kegiatan menggunting terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak di RA Miftahussalam”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kegiatan menggunting terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kegiatan menggunting terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RA Miftahussalam Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain post test only control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa RA Miftahussalam yang berjumlah 32 siswa menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa RA Miftahussalam dengan jumlah 16 siswa sebagai kelas eksprimen dengan kegiatan menggunting dan 16 siswa lainnya sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu pengisian lembar observasi oleh guru. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Terdapat pengaruh kegiatan menggunting dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak di RA Miftahussalam dengan selisih peningkatan nilai di kelas eksprimen sebesar 1,25 dari rata-rata nilai kelas kontrol yaitu dari nilai 8,69 meningkat menjadi 9,94 di kelas eksperimen. Hasil ini diperkuat dan dibuktikan dengan pengujian berdasarkan Uji- t, table t-tabel, = 1,693 dan t-hitung, 2.579 oleh karena itu karena nilai t-hitung,. t-tabel yaitu 2.579 >1,693, sehingga ditolak dan diterima.

Abstract

Lembaga perbankan merupakan salah satu lembaga bisnis yang berdasar padat rust sociaty.Bisnis adalah suatu aktivitas yang selalu berhadapan dengan resiko. Bertambahnya jumlah pembiyaan akan bertambah pula risiko kolektabilitas pada nasabahnya. Untuk itu, dalam meminimalisir resiko pembiyaan yang berupa tidak kembalinya pokok, pembiayaan dan imbalan bagi hasil yang disepakti diakad, akibat dari nasabah gagal bayar pada bank syariah,maka diperlukan manajemen resiko yang tepat sebagai langkah pencegahan terhadap kerugian yang harus ditanggung oleh bank. tingkat resiko pembiyaan NPF (Non Performing Financing) pembiyaan mudharabah Bank Syariah Mandiri pada tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2015 dibawah 5%, ini mengindikasikan bahwa bank syariah kinerja pembiyaan mudharabah yang baik. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa bank syariah mandiri merupakan bank dalam kondisi yang sehat. Untuk itu, penelitian ini berupaya menganalisa Implementasi Manajemen Risiko Pembiyaan Mudharabah Dalam Upaya MencegahPembiayaan Macetdi Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the application of da'wah management in religious activities at the Al-Musannif Cemara Mosque which is under the auspices of the Haji Anif Foundation. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that da'wah management at Al-Musannif Mosque is carried out professionally and structured. Various routine religious activities such as daily recitation, rice distribution for the poor, as well as major annual activities such as the commemoration of Haul H. Anif and Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) Haji Anif Foundation run consistently and continuously. The implementation of da'wah management functions includes planning based on identifying the needs of the congregation, deliberation, and determining well-documented resources. Organizing is done through a clear work structure with the division of tasks according to the type of activity and the competence of the management. Implementation of activities according to schedule with the active involvement of administrators and worshipers. Control and evaluation are carried out regularly through direct monitoring and collecting input from worshipers. The function of da'wah management has been implemented effectively, which is reflected in the smooth implementation of activities and positive responses from worshipers. However, the aspects of evaluation and documentation can still be improved so that the management of da'wah is more optimal in the future.

Abstract

This research evaluates the practice of zakat distribution to santri in Aceh through the sociology of Islamic law approach. In Acehnese society, religious figures such as Dayah, Teungku, and Abi have high authority that influences socio-religious practices, including the allocation of zakat. This respect forms a social doctrine that prioritizes santri as zakat recipients, even though their economic status is not always categorized as fakir (destitute) or miskin (poor) in the classical zakat provisions. This research uses qualitative methods, in-depth interview techniques, and participatory observation involving Tgk Imum, amil, and Dayah leaders in ten villages. The results identified three main factors shaping zakat distribution: community perceptions of santri, the strength of social networks, and the role of ʿurf (local custom). Santri are positioned as fighters in the cause of Allah (fī sabīlillāh), and their proximity to religious authorities strengthens this legitimacy. Based on sahih ʿurf, this practice integrates sharia principles with local socio-cultural dynamics.
