The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of talent management and digital innovation capabilities on employee performance. The sample of this research is 150 employees of PT Pertamina RU-VI Balongan. This research design uses quantitative research with data analysis using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the analysis, the structural equations model equations are Y = 0.44X1 + 0.60X2, these coefficients indicate that there is an influence of talent management and digital innovation capabilities on employee performance with a determinant coefficient (R2whichmeans 55% of management variables. talent and digital innovation capabilities can explain the performance of employees at PT Pertamina RU-VI Balongan. Abstract

Empirically, non-interest income from banks in Indonesia has increased in the last five years. Apart from being caused by efficiency issues and the level of risk in interest income, the increase in non-interest income was due to the proliferation of electronic-based banking services. In an effort to understand the influence factors on non-interest income, this study examines the effect of market concentration on third party funds, credit market concentration, capital adequacy, bank liquidity, bank efficiency, non-performing loans, leverage, and reference interest rates on non-interest income. In addition, testing the effect of bank and macroeconomic characteristics variables on non-interest income with national income as a moderating variable and the effect of bank and macroeconomic characteristics on non-interest income with inflation as a moderating variable. This research uses descriptive methods and causality. The research was conducted at conventional National Commercial Banks in Indonesia, which is divided into the periodization of the financial crisis era, namely 2006-2011 and post-financial crisis, namely 2012-2017. The data collection technique used by researchers is the documentation method. The data analysis technique was performed using unbalance panel data regression analysis. The results showed that bank liquidity and bank efficiency had a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine fundamental factors, namely Debt of Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE), macroeconomic factors, namely inflation and exchange rates on firm value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and using capital structure as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method, data analysis uses the conditional process initiated by Hayes, the research data is used for 10 years, namely during the years 2008-2017. The results show that the capital structure can moderate the effect of DER on firm value. Comparison with other research results in Indonesia shows that there is an inconsistency in the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on firm value. This research provides an academic contribution to conduct quantitative financial management studies from both fundamental and macroeconomic aspects.

Abstract

Capital structure is a study that has developed a lot since 1958; the development of this study is to examine the influence of micro and macroeconomics on the company's capital structure. Previous studies in Indonesia confirmed that macroeconomics does not affect capital structure. The situation is different empirically. When the covid-19 pandemic occurs, drug companies experience a significant increase. On this basis, researchers seek to examine the effect of macroeconomics on pharmaceutical companies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a sample of PT. Kimia Farma during the period 2016-2020 using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that inflation and interest rates did not affect capital structure. This confirms that macroeconomics does not influence the company's capital structure under normal or abnormal situations.

Abstract

Scholars and practitioners point out that the current low level of employee engagement in the workplace is one of the most worrisome global economic problems. The potential consequence of this phenomenon is a decline in job performance. Therefore, it becomes essential to understand the concept of work engagement, its meaning for employees, and its implications for employers. This study examines the development of research on the topic of employee engagement. The study aims to determine: (1) the development of the number of international publications in the field of employee engagement in the Google Scholar database from 2016-2022; (2) core journals in international publications on the topic of employee engagement, (3) a map of the development of international publications in research fields with the topic of employee engagement, based on co-words. Collecting data by conducting searches through Publish or Perish (Pop) with the keyword’s employee, engagement, employee, with the category of the article title, abstract, and keywords in the period 2016-2022. Data in the form of the number of publications per year, publishers, and journals containing articles on employee engagement and subjects were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Meanwhile, the trend of topic mapping was analyzed using VosViewer software. The study results show that the 2016-2022 growth development of Google Scholar indexed articles in 2020 reached 193 publications (19.3%). Most international publications are published in the International Journal of Management Review as many as 17 articles. The results showed that the research on employee engagement was still dominated by transformational leadership and organizational culture. For further research, the authors suggest the need for additional data sources so that more research results are more accurate and comprehensive.

Abstract

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government, parents, and students themselves have different perceptions of learning needs. In Indonesia, there are three policies issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture related to the implementation of higher education in the era of adaptation to new habits (New Normal), related to the implementation of the new academic year, the implementation of the learning process, and the use of campus facilities or services. In the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic, students are forced to access sources of knowledge and information in cyberspace and can be accessed anywhere. The transition from offline to online teaching and learning can be complex, problematic and requires an evolutionary (gradual) effort. Substantial realistic efforts are needed to transform from a face-to-face teaching culture. especially in terms of offering higher education to prospective students, there are many challenges and obstacles that are passed in the higher education marketing process, in this study it is examined how higher education offers should be made during a pandemic, what are the challenges and obstacles and its impact to higher education competitive advantages, through a quantitative approach and data run by PLS-SEM. The result of this study shown education marketing with ideal STP affect Higher Education Competitiveness and recomend that education marketers must be able to distinguish their market between the short-term market, future market and primary market, secondary market in targeting consumers. A short-term target market is a market that’s more suitable for the pandemic term which generates sales in the near future.
