Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), Overtime Calculation Budget (SiLPA), and Population Number (JP) on regional expenditure in the districts/cities of South Sumatra. This study utilizes secondary data as the primary source of information. The data is obtained from a comprehensive sample that encompasses all 13 districts and 4 cities within the South Sumatra province. The data covers a period of 5 years, specifically from 2016 to 2020. The population for this study comprises the budget implementation reports obtained from districts and cities in South Sumatra. This study employed various statistical techniques for data analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis, classical acceptance test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The software utilized for analysis was SPSS for Windows version 26. The research findings presented in this paper are incomplete in nature. The allocation of population and revenue sharing funds exhibits a noteworthy and statistically significant influence on regional expenditure patterns. The calculation of budget surplus (SiLPA) has a minimal and adverse effect on regional expenditure. In the context of regional spending, it is observed that Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), Budget Overtime (SiLPA), and Population Number (JP) exhibit a noteworthy and statistically significant influence.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Childbirth is the process of expelling the viable products of conception in the uterus to the outside world. Normal labor and birth is the process of expulsion of the fetus that occurs at term pregnancy (37-42 weeks) spontaneous birth with a presentation of the back of the head which takes place within 18 hours, without complications for either the mother or fetus. In the first stage of labor, uterine contractions cause cervical dilation and push the fetus through the birth canal. Uterine contractions during labor cause pain, pain is caused by ischemia of the uterine muscles, pelvic floor muscles and perenium. The peak of pain occurs in the active phase where complete opening reaches 10 cm and lasts around 4-6 hours for primi para and 2-4 hours for multi para. Maternal health efforts are carried out in order to encourage every birth to be attended by trained health personnel, namely specialist obstetricians and gynecologists (SpOG), general practitioners and midwives, and are attempted to be carried out in health service facilities. Childbirth assistance is a delivery service process that starts from the first stage to the fourth stage of labor. Achievement of maternal health efforts during childbirth is measured through the indicator of the percentage of births assisted by trained health personnel (Pn Coverage). This indicator shows the level of the government's ability to provide quality delivery services assisted by trained health workers. OBJECTIVE: Knowing the Effect of Massage Counter Pressur on Reducing Pain in the First Stage of Active Phase Competition in Vita Serasi, Batu Bara Regency in 2022 METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in enhancing licensing services and accelerating development in Bima City. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzing the implementation of OSS at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP). The results indicate that the implementation of OSS has improved the speed, accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of licensing services. The licensing process, which previously took a long time, can now be completed within a maximum of one week. Digital socialization and real-time tracking features have also improved public understanding and reduced misuse of authority. However, the effectiveness of OSS is still hindered by several challenges, such as limited staff, inadequate budget, technical disruptions, and digital divides. Technical issues like system and network disruptions, along with resistance to change, further obstruct the process. To address these challenges, improvements in technology infrastructure, competency training, and increased transparency are required. Overall, although OSS has had a positive impact, further efforts are needed to overcome existing challenges to ensure the system's optimization in supporting the acceleration of development in Bima City.

Abstract

Background: Changes due to pregnancy are experienced by all women, starting from the digestive system, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. Gradual bodily changes from a pregnant woman's increased weight cause the woman's posture and gait to change. Increased abdominal distension which makes the pelvis tilt forward, decreased abdominal muscle tone and the center of gravity shifts forward so that there is a tendency for the waist muscles to shorten if the abdominal muscles are stretched, causing an imbalance in the pelvic muscles which can cause discomfort in the lower back and also have an impact on lowering the baby's head. Objective: This study was to determine the relationship between using a gymball and lowering the fetal head in third trimester pregnant women.Method: This research uses primary and secondary data with a case study approach, namely providing complementary care in the form of using a gym ball to help lower the fetal head. Results: Pregnant women in the third trimester experienced head loss when using a gym ball. Conclusion: Based on the results of data analysis, using a gymball can help the decline process.Suggestion: It is hoped that PMB in Pesanggrahan village will become a forum and facilitator for pregnant women and women giving birth whose first stage is abnormal by using a gym ball to help lower the head and speed up the labor process.
