Abstract

This study examines the relationship between product innovation and customer loyalty in the foodpreneur industry. In an increasingly competitive market, businesses must continuously innovate to maintain consumer interest, differentiate their brand, and enhance customer engagement. This research aims to assess the impact of product innovation on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing 20 journal articles published between 2021 and 2025. The articles were selected based on their relevance to product innovation, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction in the foodpreneur sector. The findings indicate a strong positive relationship between product innovation and customer loyalty, with  customer satisfaction serving as a crucial mediator. Satisfied customers are more likely to make repeat purchases and recommend brands, strengthening longterm loyalty. Additionally, product quality and market orientation significantly contribute to customer retention. Businesses that integrate consumer feedback, maintain high product standards, and prioritize innovation are more likely to build strong customer loyalty. This study suggests further exploration of the impact of digital transformation, technological advancements, and changing consumer behavior on product innovation. Furthermore, the role of social media engagement and influencer marketing could provide valuable insights into enhancing brand visibility and consumer trust.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital economy, creativepreneurs individuals who transform artistic and creative ideas into marketable ventures face unique challenges in sustaining innovation, meeting user needs, and creating scalable value. Traditional business models often fall short in supporting the fluid, iterative, and user centric nature of creative industries. This study explores the integration of design thinking as a strategic business model to empower creativepreneurs in the digital era. The research aims to investigate how the principles of empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing within design thinking can foster innovation, user engagement, and business growth among creative driven entrepreneurs. A qualitative research methodology was adopted, employing in-depth interviews and case studies involving 25 selected creativepreneurs from various digital based industries, such as digital art, fashion, content creation, and digital product design. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify common patterns and insights. The findings indicate that the application of design thinking significantly enhances creativepreneurs ability to identify user pain points, develop user centered solutions, and adapt quickly to market feedback. Moreover, design thinking promotes continuous innovation and resilience, two critical traits for success in the digital landscape. In conclusion, design thinking is not only a creative problem solving tool but also a robust business model that aligns with the values and needs of modern creativepreneurs. The study recommends incorporating design thinking frameworks into entrepreneurship education and incubator programs to support creative economy growth in the digital age.

Abstract

This study examines the suitability of the IPFS as a decentralized architecture for secure digital data exchange. Traditional centralized protocols, such as HTTP, introduce structural vulnerabilities, including single points of failure, metadata exposure, and susceptibility to interception or unauthorized modification. As digital data exchange becomes increasingly essential in various sectors, ensuring data security and privacy has become a growing concern. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate IPFS’s ability to address these vulnerabilities and enhance the security and privacy of digital data-sharing environments. This research employs a structured literature review to synthesize findings from distributed-systems research, cryptographic studies, and peer-to-peer networking analyses. Additionally, the study benchmarks IPFS against traditional storage protocols, such as HTTP and FTP, to assess its advantages and limitations. The results demonstrate that IPFS offers significant advantages, including content-addressed storage, Merkle-DAG verification, and decentralized peer replication. These features improve fault tolerance, ensure data integrity, and reduce the risks of data tampering. However, limitations, such as content availability and reliance on node uptime, are also noted. While IPFS is not a complete security solution, it provides a strong foundational architecture for privacy-preserving, distributed data-sharing workflows when paired with complementary cryptographic and governance frameworks, making it a viable alternative for secure digital data exchange.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of accelerated development of digital technology that has fundamentally transformed consumer behavior and the competitive landscape of marketing strategies in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, especially in the rice bowl startup business model that has a very high dependence on the digital platform ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the influence of digital marketing strategies through the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) model framework on consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era. The method used is an explanatory quantitative approach by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 133 respondents who have experience consuming rice bowl products, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM) technique through Smart PLS software. The results of the study revealed that the AISAS model has a very significant and strong influence on purchasing decisions with an R² value of 0.978, which means that 97.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be accurately explained by these variables. Partially, the Attention variable emerged as the most dominant factor, followed by Interest and Search, while the Share variable showed a negative relationship of -0.169, indicating that content sharing behavior does not automatically drive an increase in direct purchasing decisions. In conclusion, strengthening visual appeal and easy access to information are the main keys to marketing success, although social engagement or experience sharing strategies still require in-depth evaluation to improve their effectiveness.

Abstract

Digital transformation and strengthening local brand identity are key to encouraging creative economic empowerment based on local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the influence of creative communication strategies, brand personality, digital marketing engagement, user-generated content, and social media platform interactivity on the effectiveness of village community empowerment programs. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) methods through SmartPLS software, data were collected from 300 respondents involved in a local potential-based digital entrepreneurship program. The results show that creative communication strategies and interactive social media platforms significantly increase digital participation and community emotional connection to local products. Brand personality and user-generated content also contribute positively to creative business image and market appeal. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating local values into digital branding narratives to create differentiation and consumer loyalty. These findings provide practical implications for stakeholders in designing empowerment policies and programs that are technology based yet rooted in local culture. Thus, this study contributes to the development of a sustainable and inclusive village creative economy ecosystem in the digital era.
