Creating and developing PISA model math problems using contexts with situations and conditions in everyday life can expand students' thinking in solving these problems. The aim of the author in conducting this research is to produce a PISA model mathematical problem using a valid Covid-19 context. This study involved two expert reviews, six peers, and three grade IX students of private junior high schools in Palembang as one-to-one research subjects. The research method used is a design research type of development study. Data collection techniques consisted of documentation, walk-throughs, tests, and interviews. The developed questions consist of one item. The results of the study stated that the questions developed were valid in terms of content, construct, and language by experts and colleagues. The question instrument has also been tested on students at the one-to-one stage to see its validity and from the one-to-one stage the questions are declared valid, it can be seen from students who can understand the purpose of the questions, are able to make assumptions and make related settlement plans so that can produce the correct answer.

This study aims to look at the validity, practicality and potential effects of computer-based learning media with a contextual approach to algebraic arithmetic operations. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The development research method from Tessmer, which consists of a preliminary stage and a formative evaluation stage (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, and field test). The data collection techniques used were validation sheets, questionnaires, interviews and tests. The subjects in this study were class VII.4 SMPN 9 Palembang students in the one to one and small group stages, while the subjects in the field test stage were class VII.3 students. The results of the study show that computer-based learning media is included in the category of valid, very practical and has potential effects. This is indicated by the average value of the expert validator 4,06 . Based on the practicality questionnaire, the students at the one to one stage were 4.33, the small group was 4.78 and the field test stage was an average of 4.35, which means they are included in the very practical criteria. The potential effect is in the good category based on the students' post test at the field test stage with a percentage of 76%.

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui sesuatu yang belum pasti akan kebenarannya, dengan sebuah ilmu pengetahuan dapat ditemukan dari inti permasalahan. Maka dilaksanakanlah suatu penelitian. Dalam praktiknya, metode penelitian ilmiah sering dilandasi dengan asumsi yang berpedoman pada paradigma yang menggambarkan sebuah keyakinan filosofis dalam memandu suatu tindakan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam penelitian. Deskripsi, penjelasan, dan klaim ilmiah tentang filosofi penelitian serta pengetahuan lengkap tentang filosofi penelitian hanya mungkin terjadi jika dijelaskan dengan menggunakan banyak kemungkinan paradigma dan perspektif filosofis. Karena pentingnya 'filosofi penelitian', tujuan makalah ini adalah untuk menjelaskan 'filosofi penelitian kuantitatif', menjelaskan secara singkat berbagai paradigma filosofis penelitian yang tersedia dalam penelitian. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam menyelsaikan makalah ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Kegiatan ini mengkaji kritis pemikiran tokoh-tokoh dan literatur buku, jurnal, dan yang berkaitan lainnya yang memang sesuai dengan materi yang akan disajikan. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filosofi positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya dilakukan secara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Filosofi Positivisme berpandangan bahwa pengetahuan yang dapat dipercaya adalah pengetahuan faktual yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan pengukuran. Filosofi Positivisme berpandangan bahwa pengetahuan berasal dari pengalaman manusia.

An instrument is a tool that is used as a tool to measure a measuring object or collect data from a variable. An instrument is said to be good if it is valid and reliable. Validity consists of content, construct, empirical validity. The internal validity of dichotomous item scores and polytomous item scores respectively used biserial correlation and product moment correlation. The criteria for an item to be valid or invalid are based on the r-table value. Reliability of combined item consistency for dichotomous item scores and polytomous item scores respectively used KR-20 and Alpha coefficient. The interpretation of the reliability coefficient is a relative interpretation in the sense that there is no absolute limit that indicates what the minimum coefficient number must be achieved so that a measurement can be called reliable. However, the observed test scores provide information on the true scores of individual groups.

This study aims to find out the mix marketing strategy in increasing students' interest in entering MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. This study uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. The subjects of this research are teachers and students. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin has successfully implemented a marketing mix strategy as an effort to recruit students to enter MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. The increase in the number of students is sufficientsignifikan every year by implementing a marketing mix (7P) strategy consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people (HR), physical evidence, and process. The products offered are in accordance with the needs of the community with free education fees. The strategic location is on the Sarangan highway, close to several government agencies. Promotion is carried out in the form of advertising (social media and print media), public relations, word of mouth and direct marketing. The human resources owned are quite qualified and continue to develop by participating in trainings.

This research aims to examine and analyze the urgency of the integration of integrity zones and public services in Indonesia. This type of research uses normative legal research methods. The approach to this research is carried out with a legislative approach combined with a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that the regulation of integrity zones in Indonesia has undergone several changes, because with the development of this integrity zone, not only as a prevention and eradication of corruption but also public services which initially had many overlapping processes, the quality of human resources that was relatively low, the occurrence of abuse of authority, and supervision that is not optimal is better. The integrity zone is an obligation, not just an option. This will be an integrity zone as a success in the bureaucratic reform program in Indonesia, especially in the physical public service sector.

This study aims to describe the role of Madrasah Principal in building a religious culture MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin . This research uses descriptive qualitative research. data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects used in the study were the Head of Madrasah, teachers and students. Rumah Qur'an Ghazzah el-Izzah is a da'wah institution oriented towards Al-Qur'an education with takhassus and general education programs, diniyah and regular tahfizh. In implementing the tahfizh Al-Qur'an program, Rumah Qur'an Ghazzah el-Izzah implements management functions consisting of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. However, many students are unable to achieve the target of memorizing the Al-Qur'an according to the provisions that have been set. Therefore, by using management analysis the author can find out the application of management functions at the Ghazzah el-Izzah Qur'an House in developing students to memorize verses of the Qur'an in certain ways and continuously. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The data sources in this research are based on primary and secondary data. In determining the data source, the author uses the snowball sampling technique, namely taking data sources that are initially small in amount and then become large. Data was obtained from respondents using interviews in the form of guided interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis that the author uses is analysis carried out simultaneously with data collection. The analysis process is deductive, namely starting from general conclusions or generalizations which are described into concrete examples or facts to explain the conclusions or generalizations. Based on the research results obtained by the author, the application of four management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing and supervision in implementing the Al-Qur'an tahfizh program at the Ghazzah el-Izzah Qur'an House cannot be said to be running optimally, especially in the monitoring or evaluation function. This causes many students to not be able to achieve the memorization target in accordance with the provisions that have been set. The results of the monthly evaluation stated that only 44% of students were able to achieve the memorization target. This is due to the system of evaluating/measuring the results of students' memorization which is implemented by the students instead of depositing memorization according to the target but rather students depositing memorization according to the limits of their abilities, and also the limited assatidz so that large halaqah groups are formed, namely these groups consist of 20 students. or even more.

Realizing that teachers are one of the keys to educational success, various efforts have been made to develop the competence and performance of professional teachers to improve the quality of teachers through understanding that teachers who can carry out their duties professionally and have a commitment to carrying out their duties and functions as teachers to the maximum can play a very important role. in increasing student learning achievement. The results of this research state the teacher's ability to compose learning tools, the ability to improvise learning methods and strategies and the ability to assess student learning outcomes through class-based assessments, while professional abilities; described as the ability to master a field of study seen from the educational background of teachers who have academic qualifications and teachers who teach according to their expertise and major, the ability to understand students, the ability to master educational learning through the ability to understand types of subjects, organize subject matter and utilize learning resources.
