Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify and analyze the main research themes in Islamic Social Finance literature published in internationally reputable journals, in order to understand the focus and direction of existing scholarly work. Methodology: The study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. A total of 26 journal articles were collected, screened, and classified into thematic categories related to Islamic Social Finance. Results: The findings reveal that research on Islamic Social Finance is predominantly focused on general Islamic Social Finance issues, comprising 20 papers (60%). Zakat-related studies account for 3 papers (20%), followed by waqf with 2 papers (15%), and food security with 1 paper (5%). This distribution indicates an imbalance in thematic coverage within the literature. Applications/Originality/Value: This study provides a structured mapping of Islamic Social Finance research themes, offering valuable insights for researchers and policymakers. It contributes original value by highlighting underexplored areas, such as food security, which may serve as potential directions for future research and policy development in Islamic Social Finance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to map the development, research focus, and intellectual structure of State Land Use Policy studies through a bibliometric analysis of Scopus-indexed publications, with particular relevance for informing sustainable land use policy development in Indonesia. Methodology: A bibliometric method was employed using data retrieved from the Scopus database, covering publications from 2021 to 2024. The analysis examines publication trends, author productivity, institutional affiliations, contributing countries, and the frequency of key terms to identify dominant themes and research patterns in the field of land use policy. Results: The results indicate a growing trend in publications on state land use policy over recent years. Research is predominantly contributed by authors affiliated with leading universities in countries such as the United States, China, and the United Kingdom. Major research themes focus on land conflicts, sustainable land use, environmental impacts, and policy implications for society. Frequently occurring keywords include land use, land use policy, land conflict, sustainable agriculture, and land use planning, reflecting the core concerns of the literature. Applications/Originality/Value: This study offers a systematic overview of global research on state land use policy and highlights key thematic and geographical trends. It provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, particularly in Indonesia, by identifying dominant issues, leading contributors, and potential research gaps that can support the formulation of evidence-based and sustainable land use policies.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the implementation of modern digital campaigns in Islamic social finance within the context of Islamic marketing, highlighting their theoretical and practical significance in addressing social and economic challenges. Methodology: A qualitative case study approach was employed, focusing on KEMENSOS RI as a representative Islamic social finance institution. Data were collected using a netnographic method by analyzing 102 social media posts from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. The analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 Plus to code and identify dominant themes and campaign strategies. Results: The findings demonstrate that KEMENSOS RI implements digital Islamic social finance campaigns through integrated communication strategies. Five main parent nodes were identified: (1) live assistance, (2) online news dissemination, (3) roadshows, (4) workshops, and (5) training programs. These approaches reflect a structured digital engagement model aimed at increasing public awareness and participation. The results also indicate a growing public interest in Islamic social finance as an effective instrument for addressing poverty, promoting economic growth, and strengthening social welfare, particularly in Muslim-majority countries. Applications/Originality/Value :This study provides original empirical evidence on digital Islamic social finance campaigns, an area that remains limited in Islamic marketing research. The findings offer practical insights for policymakers and practitioners in designing effective digital-based social finance strategies, while also contributing to the theoretical understanding of the role of Islamic social finance in sustainable social and economic development.
