This research had purposed to analyzed those Transformation Strategy and Safety Implementation of Culture Change in improving the Occupational Safety and Health from PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during period 2015-2020. These research data was result from in-dehpt, interview, FGD, primary and secondary data from PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during these implementation of HSE Work culture change program during period of 2015-2020. Research method used qualitative with type of case study research. Data analysis used Mckensy 7S Framework and The results showed that PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has a strategic plan for any kind of transformation from HSE Work culture until 2030 through "Salam Lima Jari" program. Through planned and systematic program until 2020, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has succeeded in putting HSE Work culture at Proactive level. The ability of PT Pertamina Drilling Serrvices Indonesia to create strategic planning and implement HSE programs should be encouraged by ability to strengthen system and program integration within organization. The Succeed of HSE culture will achieved if there has supported by consistent commitment from management and all related units in established HSE culture as the main lifestyle at organization therefore HSE culture did not stop at cognitive and psychomotor aspects of employees but also its holistically becomes an effective organization.

The aim of the research is 1.) To test and analyze the influence of production factors, namely land area, seeds, labor, and partial use of fertilizer on edamame soybean production at PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh. 2.) To test and analyze the influence of production factors, namely land area, seeds, labor, and simultaneous use of fertilizer on edamame soybean production at PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research was conducted at one of the edamame soybean producing centers in Jember Regency, namely PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh. In this research, cross section data is used, namely data that describes the situation at a certain time. The number of samples taken in this research was 46 foreman farmers who worked at PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh. The analytical tool used in the research is regression from the Cobb-Douglas production function which is calculated using a multiple linear regression equation. The research results that can be concluded are that in partial regression testing there is a positive and significant influence between the seed variable (X2) and the labor variable (X3) on edamame soybean production while the fertilizer use variable (X 4 ) has a positive but not significant influence on Edamame soybean production. In simultaneous regression testing, there was a significant influence between the seed variables (X2), labor (X3), fertilizer use (X4) on edamame soybean production at PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh in Jember Regency.

Aplikasi digital seperti GOPAY memungkinkan pengguna memberikan ulasan yang berisi pengalaman dan penilaian terhadap layanan. Ulasan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan dan sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perbandingan antara dua algoritma klasifikasi, yaitu K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM), dalam melakukan analisis sentimen pengguna berdasarkan ulasan aplikasi yang tersedia di Google Play Store. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari platform Kaggle, kemudian diproses melalui tahap preprocessing teks serta ekstraksi fitur dengan metode TF-IDF. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan metrik seperti akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, algoritma SVM menunjukkan performa terbaik dengan akurasi mencapai 86%, sedangkan KNN hanya mencapai 79%. Dengan demikian, metode SVM lebih direkomendasikan dalam klasifikasi sentimen berbasis teks.

Digital transformation in the culinary industry, particularly in coffee shops like Jalur Langit Coffee, demands innovative solutions to address service inefficiencies and long queues that often hinder customer satisfaction. This study aims to design an interactive and responsive web-based information system that facilitates ordering, payment, and product reviews through a self-service model using QR code technology. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. It also incorporates a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach by applying the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) metric to evaluate customer ratings of products. The results indicate a 95% success rate in ordering and payment processes, with the kopi tubruk product receiving a 78% satisfaction level based on CSAT scores. This research is limited to a single café location and does not yet support integration with external payment platforms. The system enhances service efficiency, product review management, and overall product quality, while also strengthening customer loyalty through review data analysis.

In the increasingly advanced digital era, the need for a sophisticated and integrated security system is very important, especially to protect valuables in lockers. Conventional lockers are often vulnerable to theft or unauthorized access due to the lack of security systems. Therefore, fingerprint authentication technology, which is unique to each individual, is an effective solution to improve locker security. This system ensures that only users who have registered fingerprints can open the locker. In addition, with the support of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, this system allows remote monitoring and control, providing flexibility and ease of use. This study develops a locker security system based on fingerprint authentication integrated with IoT, with the aim of reducing the risk of theft and unauthorized access. The test results show that out of 7 fingerprints tested, there was 1 fingerprint that was not recognized by the system on the first try, even though the fingerprint had been registered. This failure identifies a problem in reading the fingerprint ID, so overall it can be concluded that the system's accuracy level reaches 90%.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects using the addition and subtraction board (panjurang) media for class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), using the Kemmis and McTanggart model which includes planning, action, and observation and reflection in each cycle. The subjects in this research were class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung, totaling 27 students. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. The research instruments used were student observation sheets to determine the level of implementation of the learning process at each meeting, learning outcome test sheets using written questions which were used as an evaluation tool for learning activities given at the end of learning in each cycle, and data collection obtained through test results. written. Data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The indicator of success is that ≥75% of the total number of students have reached the specified KKM, namely 70. The results of the research show that the application of panjurang board media in mathematics subjects can improve the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung. At the time no action had been taken, the mathematics learning scores of class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung were only 11 (41%) students who reached the KKM score. In the first cycle of action activities, there was an increase, namely 18 (67%) students who achieved the KKM score, and in cycle II there was an increase of 25 (92%) students who succeeded in achieving the completion score. The average score of students from cycle I and cycle II increased from 65 to 84.4.

This writing aims to improve student learning outcomes by using the SAVI multiplication learning model in class III at SDN 064974 Medan Tembung for the 2024/2025 academic year. This type of writing is class action writing (PTK). The subjects of this writing are class III students at SDN 064974 Medan Tembung. Based on the writing results obtained, there was an increase in student learning outcomes in multiplication material in class III at SDN 064974 Medan Tembung for the 2024/2025 academic year. The writing results in the first cycle of students who got a complete score were 12 students or 44% while the students who did not complete were 15 students or 56% with an average score of 64. In the second cycle of students who got a complete score there were 25 students or 93% while the 2 students or 7% did not complete with an average score of 80. The increase in learning outcomes occurred after improvements in actions in cycle II. The action was stopped in cycle II because it had reached the success criteria, thus it was concluded that by using the SAVI learning model student learning outcomes increased in Multiplication in Class III SDN 064974 Medan Tembung.

Nowadays, leadership is an important indicator in solving problems. However, some students in tertiary institutions are still not motivated to recognize the the importance of leadership in learning. Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadikan kemudahan akses serba digitalisasi, termasuk informasi pada kantor kecamatan Wonosalam. Digitalisasi pada profil Kecamatan Wonosalam adalah gambaran menyeluruh tentang karakter yang meliputi data dasar seperti struktur organisasi kecamatan dan desa, kegiatan program kerja, serta kelembagaan. Untuk mewujudkan fungsi profil sebagai sumber informasi potensi Kecamatan dan Desa Wonosalam, data profil haruslah tersedia, lengkap dan terbaru. Sistem Aplikasi Data Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Wonosalam (SADEWO), ini sangat bermanfaat bagi wilayah setempat dalam upaya pembaharuan data. Dapat diketahui,bahwa belum tersedianya aplikasi data Kecamatan Wonosalam berbasis web (digital). Penyusunan profil kecamatan dengan metode waterfall, merupakan metode yang pengerjaan bersifat berurutan, untuk mengumpulkan data dan mengkaji potensi yang dimiliki oleh suatu wilayah, dengan analisis yang di dasarkan pada data yang real maka sasaran pengembangan dan pembangunan wilayah akan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang sebenarnya. Dengan adanya aplikasi web profiling Kecamatan ini, diharapkan dapat lebih informatif.

AbstrakPengelolaan sampah di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan, terutama di Desa Paku Alam, Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk, Kabupaten Banjar, dimana tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah masih rendah dan praktik membuang sampah sembarangan menjadi hal umum yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Kondisi ini menyebabkan meningkatnya volume sampah yang ada di desa. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui program intervensi berupa pembuatan tempat sampah sederhana dan edukasi pengelolaan sampah di RT 01 Desa Paku Alam. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 masyarakat sebagai peserta dan mahasiswa sebagai pelaksana kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah melalui sosialisasi pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik, diskusi dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos serta pembuatan tempat sampah. Kegiatan berlangsung selama 10 hari dari persiapan hingga evaluasi pasca kegiatan yang berlangsung pada tanggal 10 hingga 20 Juli 2024. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang benar, terbukti dari peningkatan skor pre-test dan post-test sebesar 70%. Selain itu, terbentuknya fasilitas tempat sampah sederhana dan fungsional yang mendukung kegiatan pengelolaan sampah. Program ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan dan pengelolaan sampah secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: edukasi masyarakat; lingkungan bersih; pembuatan kompos; pengelolaan sampah; tempat sampah sederhana Abstract Waste management remains a significant challenge in Indonesia, particularly in Paku Alam Village, Sungai Tabuk Subdistrict, Banjar Regency, where community participation is still low and the practice of littering is common. This condition has led to an increasing volume of waste in the village. The aim of this activity was to improve the knowledge, awareness, and participation of the community in waste management through an intervention program consisting of simple waste bin construction and waste management education in RT 01, Paku Alam Village. The program involved 20 community members as participants and was carried out by public health students. The methods used included lectures through socialization on organic and inorganic waste separation, discussions, composting training, and the construction of simple waste bins. The activities were conducted over a 10-day period, from preparation to post-activity evaluation, taking place from July 10 to 20, 2024. The results showed an increase in public understanding of proper waste management, as evidenced by a 70% improvement in pre-test and post-test scores. In addition, simple and functional waste bins were successfully established to support ongoing waste management efforts. This program is expected to provide long-term benefits by enhancing environmental cleanliness and promoting sustainable waste management practices..
