Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah calon mahasiswa yang ada di kabupaten Gresik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu program analisis SPSS 15 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan.  Namun, nilai koefisien pengaruh total citra perguruan tinggi lebih kecil yaitu 0,161 jika dibandingkan dengan kualitas jasa 0,368 yang lebih besar.

Abstract

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is an approach in teaching English that is relevant with the students’ field of study, it is made specifically for students’ learning and language use including its objective and content This study aims to explore the target and learning needs of students in Magister Program of Management (MM) by employing need analysis method. A descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach with forty-eight students of the Magister Program of Management (MM), which consist of 37 males and 10 females. The study results illustrated that the awareness of the need of target and learning needs will determine what is considered as acceptable and reasonable contents in the language courses. These acceptable and reasonable contents have to be the basis in designing ESP., material course, since students’ needs will determine the learning outcomes, and will be useful for their future jobs.

Abstract

Ketidakpastian kondisi bisnis diera pandemi covid-19 sangat berdampak pada pencapaian bisnis. Untuk itu, strategi pemasaran dengan pendekaktan analisis SWOT yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk bertahan serta meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi usaha yang cocok diterapkan pada Aka Coffe Gresik adalah dengan menggunakan strategi kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk mengatasi ancaman, 1) Menyediakan tempat yang nyaman dan bersih sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku namun tepat mengedepankan kualitas pelayanan maupun produk terbaik dengan menunjolkan rasa kopi khas hasil roasting blend, 2) Selalu melakukan riset untuk membuat produk baru maupun tipe pelayanan baru agar dapat berkembang dan meningkatkan daya saing, seperti dalam perubahan kemasan penyajian dengan perubahan varian cup plastik/kertas sekali pakai yang ramah lingkungan, 3) Menyempurnakan kualitas dan kuantitas konten yang di update dalam media sosial sebagai langkah digital marketing di era pandemi, 4) Perbaikan stok opname untuk mengurangi dampak dari kelangkaan dan melonjaknya bahan baku kopi dan 5) Melakukan evaluasi manajemen secara terjadwal dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: SWOT, warung kopi, pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.

Abstract

Economic prosperity is always expected by every family. A family is said to be prosperous when it can fulfill all its basic needs. Apart from working to get a regular salary every family would expect to be able to get additional income in an effort to gain financial freedom or have financial sufficiency for family needs. Additional income can be made by each family and possible through creativity and innovation. For housewives in the urban environment it is not impossible to be able to help families in increasing income, through the process of processing fruit into fruit dodol, the economic empowerment of the family is carried out and is expected to be able to provide additional family income. Community service activities carried out by the UMG Postgraduate study program are to create a synergy between the availability of Melon fruit raw materials and the availability of Human Resources. This activity can provide an alternative to how processed foods from tropical fruits that are found in traditional markets can be an alternative business. This fruit's raw material is very easy to find, elements of innovation and creativity are needed in processing it to be a food product that is worth selling or marketed. The activity of processing melons into dodol fruit is an effort to create added value. The recipe trial results have been carried out three times to produce sweet and legit dodol melons. The processed fruit dodol can be served as a snack in the afternoon or can also be treated at Eid. Efforts to create added value in this fruit can be an alternative for housewives in an effort to increase family income. Abstract

Tingkat kemiskinan masyarakat ditandai dengan adanya pengangguran, keterbelakangan, dan ketidak berdayaan. Pemberdayaan ekonomi ditujukan untuk memberikan penguatan bagi masyarakat dalam mendapatkan penghasilan yang memadai, memperoleh informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan (skill) sehingga memperoleh peningkatan hasil secara ekonomi. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini memberikan peningkatan skill masyarakat di lingkungan kecamatan Kebomas melalui pelatihan oleh mitra PT Permana Sidat Indonesia dan dukungan Fasilitasi oleh pihak Kecamatan Kebomas. Output kegiatan ini adalah 1. Terwujudnya peningkatan skill masyarakat tentang budidaya ikan sidat, 2. Tersosialisasikannya peluang usaha berbasis kemitraan, 3. Tersedianya peluang usaha baik sebagai mitra usaha mandiri maupun mitra kerja PT PSI, 4. Terlaksananya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui budidaya ikan sidat.

Abstract

The importance of sea transportation and logistics services in supporting the smooth running of foreign trade (exports), then shipping and logistics service facilities are one of the most important. Related to this, many shipping and logistics business sectors have sprung up. The shipping and logistics business sector includes an activity using ships or air to transport goods from one country to another. Objective – To analyze the Predicted Impact of Customer Value as a Mediating Influence on Timeliness, Order Fulfillment, Information Quality, Customer Focus in Customer Loyalty. Because customer loyalty is a concept of marketing objectives that provide the continuity of the company to obtain the profits. Design / methodology / approach – Based on the objectives to be achieved, this research is an explorative research because the aim is to find and predict the Impact of Customer Value as a Mediating Effect on Timeliness, Order Fulfillment, Information Quality, Customer Focus in Customer Loyalty. This research is the development of problem solving (Malhotra, 2012) which aims to determine the impact prediction on customer loyalty. Findings – The results of this study indicate that the Prediction of Customer Value Impact as Mediating Influence has an indirect influence on Timeliness, Order Fulfillment, Information Quality, and Customer Focus in Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak penerapan teknologi informasi (TI) terhadap efisiensi biaya pemasaran pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Jawa Barat, dari perspektif akuntansi manajemen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara adopsi TI dan efisiensi biaya pemasaran, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi TI. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dari sampel UMKM di Jawa Barat melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara implementasi TI dan efisiensi biaya pemasaran di UMKM. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, seperti ukuran perusahaan, karakteristik industri, dan praktik akuntansi manajemen, juga memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan tingkat adopsi TI di UMKM. Hasil ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pemilik dan manajer UMKM, serta pembuat kebijakan, untuk meningkatkan adopsi TI dan meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pemasaran di sektor UMKM.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran keunggulan kompetitif, inovasi produk, dan jaringan bisnis terhadap kinerja ekonomi wilayah Jawa Barat. Desain penelitian kuantitatif diadopsi, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari sampel 500 perusahaan yang beroperasi di wilayah tersebut. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Temuan menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara keunggulan kompetitif, inovasi produk, jaringan bisnis, dan kinerja ekonomi. Analisis regresi menegaskan bahwa faktor-faktor ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja ekonomi, dengan keunggulan kompetitif memberikan pengaruh terkuat. Studi ini menyoroti keterkaitan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan menekankan pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut bagi pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi regional.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the existence of batik as a cultural identity in tourism promotion in the Malioboro area and (2) determine the effectiveness of cultural identity as a Yogyakarta batik tourism promotion strategy. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This study describes cultural identity as a batik tourism promotion strategy in Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and literature search techniques. The data analysis method used is Miles and Huberman's perspective method, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that (1) Hamzah batik which is located in the Malioboro area is one of the largest batik centers strengthens Yogyakarta's identity as a city of culture and (2) Tourism does not always cause a shift or loss of value that threatens the preservation of cultural heritage. 4 main elements influence the success of tourism development at the Malioboro Batik Market, namely tourists, entrepreneurs, local government, and local communities.
