Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Namun, pelaku UMKM sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun brand awareness atau kesadaran merek untuk produk makanan mereka. Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, teknik pemasaran inovatif dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Tujuan melakukan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan perbaikan toko, pengetahuan tentang penjualan, motivasi dan semangat kepada pelaku UMKM agar dapat melakukan wirausaha dan mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana sosialisasi pelaku UMKM dapat membantu membangun brand awareness pada produk makanan melalui teknik pemasaran inovatif. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku UMKM dan pihak terkait lainnya dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan kreatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan mengoptimalkan potensi pasar mereka.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan produk pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Seblak. UMKM Seblak merupakan salah satu jenis usaha kuliner yang semakin populer di masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas layanan dan produk yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM Seblak. Metode Pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, observasi lapangan, diskusi dengan pemilik UMKM Seblak, dan pelatihan yang melibatkan praktik langsung. Hasil Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pemilik UMKM Seblak dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan produk mereka. Fokus peningkatan kualitas layanan meliputi aspek seperti kecepatan pelayanan, keramahan, dan ketepatan dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Sedangkan peningkatan kualitas produk akan melibatkan inovasi dalam bahan baku, pengolahan, dan presentasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan citra UMKM Seblak di mata pelanggan.

Abstract

To enhance the services provided to small- and medium-sized business customers. Specifically for traditional retail enterprises and small and medium firms, take advantage of information and communication technology improvements that have emerged quickly but have yet to be applied well in the lower middle-class sector. They still need help to use and gain access to modern technology. Another connected issue is the tendency of consumer numbers to vary and decline as a result of the expansion of contemporary retail firms with vast and robust networks. This study will develop an electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) program that can be used to support business operations to boost sales, and that makes it simpler for small and medium-sized firms to provide services.

Abstract

Orchid Souvenir Shop is a business that provides various types of souvenirs and handicraft items. The purpose of the study is to forecast the stock of wedding souvenir products by empirically testing the facts or elements of the existence of supply chain management by analyzing industrial processes. Demand management activities need to be supported by the administration's systematic and easy demand forecasting process so that fast and accurate information can be obtained to support the MTO-based decision-making process (make-to-order). The demand forecasting method can reduce the risk of product obsolescence and unmet consumer needs and solve material supply problems. Decisions in supply chain management aim to reduce waste and optimize value for all components in the supply chain. Demand forecasting uses time series analysis with moving averages, exponential smoothing, and trend projection methods. To measure the accuracy of forecasting results, analysis using MSE, MAD, and MAPE is used.

Abstract

The role of Human Resources in the organization can be seen from employees' contribution to the achievement of organizational performance. The growth in tourist arrivals from year to year is fully supported by the role of operational employee marketing competence in providing services to tourism consumers. Hence, increasing employee competence in marketing is a crucial thing Bumdes Sekapuk must do as the Setigi & KPI tourism business manager. University of Muhammadiyah Gresik lecturer community service conducts marketing training activities for Setigi & KPI operational employees as a Higher Education contribution to Tourism SMEs in Gresik. Face-to-face training and discussion methods are carried out interactively with participants to provide solutions to marketing problems in the field. Implementing employee training by increasing knowledge, insight, and competence in tourism marketing activities is expected to improve the performance of tourist visits to Setigi and Pak Inggi Gardens (KPI) tourist destinations, Sekapuk Gresik village. Abstract

This research investigates the role of public policy as a catalyst for entrepreneurship growth and innovation in Bandung City. Through a mixed-methods approach comprising qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, this study explores the impact of policies on the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Qualitative findings reveal themes of policy awareness, effectiveness, collaboration, funding access, and educational support. Quantitative analysis corroborates these themes, highlighting variations in policy perceptions, impacts, and innovation outcomes. The discussion interprets these findings within established theoretical frameworks, offering insights for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to enhance the city's entrepreneurial landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the existence of batik as a cultural identity in tourism promotion in the Malioboro area and (2) determine the effectiveness of cultural identity as a Yogyakarta batik tourism promotion strategy. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This study describes cultural identity as a batik tourism promotion strategy in Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and literature search techniques. The data analysis method used is Miles and Huberman's perspective method, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that (1) Hamzah batik which is located in the Malioboro area is one of the largest batik centers strengthens Yogyakarta's identity as a city of culture and (2) Tourism does not always cause a shift or loss of value that threatens the preservation of cultural heritage. 4 main elements influence the success of tourism development at the Malioboro Batik Market, namely tourists, entrepreneurs, local government, and local communities.

Abstract

This research study examines the dynamic relationships between entrepreneurial resources, opportunities, government policies, economic empowerment, and socio-economic transformation in the context of entrepreneurial ventures in West Java, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, this study employs quantitative analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SMART-PLS 4 to assess these relationships and their implications for economic development. The sample comprised 300 entrepreneurial firms from various sectors, representing micro, small, and medium enterprises. Data collected through a structured questionnaire explored respondents' perceptions regarding entrepreneurial resources, opportunities, government policies, economic empowerment, and socio-economic transformation. The data was analyzed, and the proposed hypotheses were tested using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis. The study’s results demonstrate a noteworthy and favorable correlation between entrepreneurial resources, opportunities, government policies, and economic empowerment. Furthermore, it is worth noting that economic empowerment has a significant and good impact on socio economic transformation. The fit index of the structural model suggests a satisfactory alignment between the hypothesized model and the empirical data. The findings highlight the significance of available resources, favorable opportunities, and supporting government policies in facilitating economic empowerment inside entrepreneurial enterprises. Furthermore, the results also underscore the importance of economic empowerment in reducing broader socio-economic changes within the region. This study aims to enhance comprehension of the interplay between entrepreneurship, policy, and socio-economic results in West Java.

Abstract

This research explores the moderating influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Word of Mouth (WOM), service quality, and school location in relation to school selection decisions at AI Ibrah Gresik Integrated Islamic Middle School. The study adopts a quantitative descriptive research approach and collects data from SD IT AI Ibrah and SMP IT AI Ibrah, situated in JI. Brotonegoro Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. Smart PLS 3 software is employed for data analysis. The study reveals several significant findings. Firstly, Word of Mouth (WOM) directly impacts election decision, where recommendations and experiences from others play a vital role in individuals' decision-making process. Secondly, service quality is identified as a crucial factor influencing election decision, as individuals tend to favor schools offering high-quality services. Additionally, school location has a direct influence on election decision, with geographical factors and accessibility significantly influencing parents' school choices. Moreover, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) also holds a direct impact on election decision. Effective interactions and communications between the school and parents substantially affect the decision-making process. Furthermore, CRM is observed to moderate the relationship between WOM and election decision, as well as the link between service quality and election decision. However, CRM is found to be incapable of moderating the interaction between school location and election decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi potensi dan peluang untuk mengoptimalkan taman-taman wisata kelurahan di Kota Gresik sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan perkotaan. Metode yang diterapkan pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini menggunakan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) memprioritaskan hal-hal berharga yang dimiliki oleh kelurahan atau dikenal dengan pendekatan berbasis aset. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara, survei, dan observasi, sedangkan data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pengkodean data dan penyusunan naratif untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan solusi yang relevan. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu ini memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif tentang tantangan dan peluang dalam optimalisasi taman wisata kelurahan di Kota Gresik. Dengan pemeliharaan yang lebih baik, keterlibatan aktif masyarakat, pengembangan kreatif, dan pengelolaan yang terkoordinasi, taman-taman ini memiliki potensi untuk menjadi aset yang berharga dalam menjaga kualitas lingkungan perkotaan yang menarik dan berdaya tarik bagi penduduk dan wisatawan. Jadi disimpulkan bahwa taman wisata kelurahan memiliki peran yang penting dalam penataan lingkungan perkotaan yang menarik dan berkelanjutan.
