This study aims to describe the skills of managing agriculture for urban farming groups in the village of Keben Permai Malang after receiving empowerment through mentoring and training on how to manage agriculture. These skills include skills in cultivating land, making planting media, caring for plants, making natural fertilizers, harvesting, and processing post-harvest production. The population of this research is the urban farming group in the village of Keben Permai Malang, which consists of 20 people. This research is an action research, namely providing action in the form of empowerment through mentoring and training. Data on farm management skills are obtained through observation sheets of farm management skills. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the skills of managing agriculture for the urban farming group of Kampung Keben Permai Malang in the category are very good, which means members of the Keben Permai urban farming group already have very good skills to manage agriculture.

Waste management is a pressing concern in urban areas, and one effective solution is the establishment of a waste bank. In Kampung Mergosono, addressing waste issues involves active participation from the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) mothers. The goal is to educate and empower the community in waste management, fostering social awareness and behavior change through the "Waste Bank Gallery" for sustainable environmental development. The target audience is the PKK mothers, who are expected to lead the implementation of the waste bank gallery. The approach includes counseling on waste issues, waste management solutions, the Waste Bank Gallery program, waste handling procedures, task delegation, schedules, involved parties, and the benefits of proper waste management. Additionally, practical recycling of valuable waste materials and the use of organic waste as fertilizer for urban farming are taught. The outcome shows effective dissemination of the Waste Bank Gallery program, contributing to improved waste management in the area.

Digitalisation in Indonesia has seen a significant development in education in recent years. Nevertheless, issues persist in the educational journey, including the absence of interactive and creative learning tools in primary education institutions. Teachers, at the forefront of the educational journey, hold a vital role in crafting learning materials. In the field, particularly in Gugus 5 Blimbing, it is evident that numerous educators lack the skills to create engaging and inventive learning resources. Consequently, student engagement and motivation suffer, resulting in a less impactful learning experience. To address this issue, a workshop focused on creating user-friendly learning materials, accessible to all educators, is essential. Assemblr Edu offers a platform for educational institutions to generate interactive 3D learning tools using Augmented Reality (AR). Educational establishments have the ability to enhance learning materials by implementing Augmented Reality technology, allowing students to view virtual objects within the classroom. The target output of this activity is that driving school teachers in Gugus 5 Blimbing have competence in developing 3D interactive learning media using Assemblr Edu Augmented Reality and AI technology.

Abstrak: Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Praktikum Kearsipan Elektronik Berbasis Website. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi kearsipan elektronik berbasis website sebagai media praktikum pada mata pelajaran kearsipan, yaitu pada Kompetensi Dasar Menerapkan pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD) yang dikembangkan menggunakan model Borg dan Gall yang terdiri dari sepuluh langkah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media kearsipan elektronik yang disebut Arsipkita layak untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran, hal ini berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh nilai sebesar 89,80% dan 92,50% untuk ahli materi. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh hasil 89,50% untuk uji coba kelas kecil dan 90,05% untuk uji coba kelompok besar. Berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan angka ini sudah mencapai hasil diatas 80% yang artinya layak untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kata kunci: arsip elektronik; media pembelajaran; praktikum; website Abstract: Website Design and Build-Based Electronic Archiving Practicum Applications. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based electronic archiving application as a practicum media in archiving subjects, namely in the Basic Competencies of Implementing electronic archive management. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) which was developed using the Borg and Gall model consisted of ten steps. The result of this research is that the electronic archiving media called Arsipkita is feasible to be applied in the learning process, this is based on the results of validation by material experts, media experts and students. Based on the results of the media expert's validation, the scores were 89.80% and 92.50% for the material experts. Meanwhile, based on the results of small group trials and large group trials, the results obtained were 89.50% for small group trials and 90.05% for large group trials. Based on the eligibility criteria this figure has reached a result of 80% which means it is feasible to be applied in learning activities. This service aims to improve digital teacher literacy through intensive training so that they can effectively implement the "Typing Speed Test" application in learning. This service activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of the service showed a significant increase in digital teacher literacy and students' typing skills. Teachers involved in the training were able to master and utilize the "Typing Speed Test" application well in the learning process. In addition, students who took part in this application-based learning showed a real increase in typing speed and precision, which contributed to their readiness to face the demands of an increasingly competitive world of work. This success emphasizes the importance of teacher training before implementing new technologies in learning. With an interactive and data-driven approach, this service program not only improves students' technical skills but also equips teachers with effective strategies to support student development in the digital era.

This study aims to examine the influence of e-recruitment and job characteristics on job application interest, with company reputation serving as a mediating variable. The research addresses a gap identified in previous studies. A quantitative approach was adopted, using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling methods. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, using a 5-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 380 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) software. The findings indicate that both e-recruitment and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job application interest. Additionally, e-recruitment and job characteristics positively and significantly impact company reputation. Company reputation was found to directly mediate the relationship between job characteristics and job application interest positively and significantly. However, it was unable to mediate the direct relationship between e-recruitment and job application interest.

Digital transformation is being implemented in Sanggar Belajar Indonesia, Sungai Mulia Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, through this community service project. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of digital learning materials in improving students' memory retention compared to traditional teaching methods. The study used a qualitative methodology and involves training teachers in the creation of digital learning materials. Compared to traditional approaches, the results revealed a 42% improvement in students' memory of the material, and 78% of the implementation's success was attributed to teacher preparation. Improved teacher competency in creating digital learning resources suitable for primary school pupils' concrete operational level was the outcome of the extensive training program. A methodical approach that blends ongoing training with the creation of technology-based learning materials has demonstrated the efficacy of digital transformation in education.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence of work-life balance and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in employees of PT Indominco Mandiri, East Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative study with descriptive and explanatory research methods. The population in this study were employees at PT Indominco Mandiri, East Kalimantan, totaling 230 people while the research sample was obtained as many as 145 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques using associative and quantitative approaches with SmartPLS shower. The results showed that work-life balance has a negative and insignificant effect on the employee performance of PT Indominco Mandiri. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Indominco Mandiri. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Indominco Mandiri employees. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Indominco Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Indominco Mandiri. Work-life balance indirectly through job satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Indominco Mandiri. MSMEs provide substantial benefits in terms of income for most communities as well as encouraging creativity in line with maintaining local traditions and culture. The purpose of this study is to identify and propose new strategies that can help stone sculpture artisans in Trowulan improve competitiveness and business sustainability. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews. The results show that a holistic management strategy, ranging from strength-opportunity utilization to weakness-threat mitigation, helps Trowulan stone sculpture MSMEs strengthen their position in the market and achieve sustainable growth. This can be done by marketing and cooperation with the government and among craftsmen to face market changes and external threats.

This literature research effectively found 10 pertinent studies that were taken from papers that were indexed in Scopus (Q1-Q4) using the PRISMA guidelines. Using the Watase Uake program, this analysis classified the themes and demonstrated how the emergent themes were related to one another. The results of this systematic literature review show that several factors affect their performance, including learning orientation, positive affectivity, boundaryless mindset, trust and organizational support, personality and emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competence which includes cultural intelligence and cultural empathy. In addition to these various factors, it also requires cultural adjustment or expatriates adjustment which can be interpreted as an effort from both parties, namely expatriates and the company concerned in reducing cultural and environmental barriers with pro-active efforts from both.
