Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse whether there is an effect of perceived value and destination image on revisit intention with tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on Toronipa beach attractions). This research is quantitative research with descriptive and explanatory research methods. The population in this study were visitors to Toronipa Beach and the sample obtained was 222 people. The data collection technique in this study was to use an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses associative and quantitative approaches with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceived value has a positive and insignificant effect on revisit intention in Toronipa Beach visitors. Destination image and tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention for Toronipa Beach visitors. Perceived value and destination image has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction for Toronipa Beach visitors. Perceived value and destination image indirectly through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention for Toronipa Beach visitors. Overall to provide theorical developments and practicasl strategies, this study aims to develop a framework that explains tourists’ revisit intention by expanding the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of brand trust in mediating the influence of social media marketing and service quality on brand loyalty in Toko Kopi Tuku consumers. A total of 225 respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique, with the criteria that individuals follow the @tokokopituku Instagram account and have made purchases more than twice in the last six months. Data was collected using a likert scale questionnaire with a range of 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS (Partial Least Squares) method to test the proposed structural model. The results showed that social media marketing has no significant effect on brand loyalty, while service quality has a significant effect. In addition, both social media marketing and service quality have a significant effect on brand trust, and brand trust has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand trust is able to mediate the relationship between social media marketing and service quality on brand loyalty. These results highlight the importance of building consumer trust as a bridge in optimizing digital marketing strategies and service quality to increase brand loyalty.

Abstract

Women's leadership is an integral part of the movement towards gender equality and the growth of MSMEs. It also plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive digitalization of businesses. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of MSMEs, examining internal and external factors, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, to identify the best strategy for growth. Our approach considers women's leadership and a digital mindset while developing the Jamu Oeti Malang MSME business. Primary data was obtained from interviews with MSMEs and further analyzed this data using SWOT analysis. The findings suggest that an offensive-expansion strategy would be most appropriate. Jamu Oeti MSMEs should expand their market while emphasizing women's leadership in business, pursuing continuous innovation, and supporting and utilizing digitalization by encouraging a workforce committed to technology. To achieve this, Jamu Oeti MSMEs can strengthen women's leadership and digital mindset through training and development programs, adopting and integrating technology, establishing strategic collaborations, focusing on sustainable innovation, and utilizing data for future business strategies. Kepemimpinan perempuan merupakan bagian integral dari gerakan menuju kesetaraan gender dan pertumbuhan UMKM. Hal ini juga memainkan peran penting dalam digitalisasi bisnis yang komprehensif. Studi ini memberikan analisis komprehensif terhadap UMKM, mengkaji faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pertumbuhan terbaik. Pendekatan kami mempertimbangkan kepemimpinan perempuan dan pola pikir digital dalam mengembangkan bisnis UMKM Jamu Oeti Malang. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara kepada UMKM dan selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi ekspansi ofensif adalah yang paling tepat. UMKM Jamu Oeti harus memperluas pasarnya dengan tetap mengedepankan kepemimpinan perempuan dalam bisnis, mengupayakan inovasi berkelanjutan, serta mendukung dan memanfaatkan digitalisasi dengan mendorong tenaga kerja yang berkomitmen terhadap teknologi. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, UMKM Jamu Oeti dapat memperkuat kepemimpinan perempuan dan pola pikir digital melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan, adopsi dan integrasi teknologi, menjalin kolaborasi strategis, fokus pada inovasi berkelanjutan, dan pemanfaatan data untuk strategi bisnis masa depan.

Abstract

AbstractThis article reviews the phenomenon of self-initiated expatriates which is an important subject in global mobility studies. This article uses a systematic literature review which aims to summarize several studies regarding Self-Initiated Expatriates. This article uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer Software. Data sources were obtained from ScienceDirect and Emerald Insight for the 2019-2024 period. The results obtained were 2,974 articles, then data reduction was carried out using exclusive and inclusive criteria to obtain 31 journals that were reviewed. Results for variables related to self-initiated expatriates, Cross-cultural Adjustment, Cultural Intelligence, Social Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Demand Resources, Effort reward imbalance, Political skills etc. With a deeper understanding of the dynamics of self-initiated expatriates, this article provides valuable insights for managers, human resource practitioners, and academics in managing and supporting voluntary international mobility and leveraging the valuable contributions that self-initiated expatriates bring to the context of ever-changing global environment.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan informasi dan dokumentasi, khususnya dalam prosedur penanganan dokumen dan penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak. Latar belakang pengabdian ini berakar dari kebutuhan masyarakat akan pengetahuan yang lebih baik mengenai jenis-jenis dokumen, prosedur penyimpanan dokumen berbasis digital, dan aplikasi perangkat lunak yang mendukung pengelolaan dokumen secara efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan dan workshop yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan praktis dan aplikatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai cara penanganan dokumen yang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, peserta juga dapat mengaplikasikan penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak untuk mendukung proses pengelolaan dokumen. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan praktis dan penerapan teknologi informasi yang sesuai sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen di lingkungan masyarakat. Implementasi yang efektif dari pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dapat memperbaiki kualitas administrasi dan pengelolaan informasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of internal locus of control and work overload on employee performance through work-life balance in the teleworking era for freelancers in the consulting sector in Indonesia. This research is explanatory quantitative research using SEM-PLS as an analytical tool. Questionnaires were distributed via g-form with a total of 154 respondents. Internal locus of control has no significant effect on work-life balance. Work overload has a significant effect on work-life balance. internal locus of control has a significant effect on employee performance. Work overload has no significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has no significant effect on employee performance. There is no significant effect between internal locus of control on employee performance through work-life balance. There is no significant effect between work overload on employee performance through work-life balance. The theoretical implication of this research is that freelancers in the consulting sector in Indonesia can improve their internal locus of control to improve performance and be able to manage work, so they don't experience work overload. In addition, this research is expected to be able to contribute to future studies related to internal locus of control, work overload, work-life balance, and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview for SMEs about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that companies have in determining strategies and their implementation related to the Work-Life Balance Strategy at CV Jati Kemirahan Malang which is used as a policy basis in making decisions to increase employee welfare according to the strategy The selected. With a case study research design, researchers conducted research on CV Jati Kemirahan Malang. This research uses primary and secondary data, namely questionnaires and performance reports. Using SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to determine the right strategy. From the results of the SWOT analysis, namely expansion, CV Jati Kemirahan Malang must innovate and develop to be able to maintain and improve employee welfare. To support the strategy that has been set, CV Jati Kemirahan Malang needs help from the government and employees' families.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the financial wellness of students in East Java. The factors examined include parental financial education, financial status, financial literacy, and financial behavior. This research employs a quantitative approach involving 384 students from various universities in East Java. Data were collected through a questionnaire adapted from previously validated instruments. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to determine the influence of each variable on students' financial wellness. The results indicate that parental financial education, financial status, financial literacy, and financial behavior have a significant positive impact on students' financial wellness. Additionally, parental financial education and financial status significantly contribute to students' financial behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy does not affect students' financial behavior. This suggests that financial behavior mediates the relationship between parental financial education, financial status, and financial wellness.

Abstract

The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in all educational units in Indonesia has a significant impact on the learning elements in it, including the impact on Vocacional School, which is a school with high demands for learning independence. This research aims to produce a learning design module product on P5 learning, especially the theme of work. Learning design module on P5 learning especially the theme of work has been developed through 3 steps: 1) Preliminary study, 2) Product development, 3) Product testing. The module was developed with the following elements: 1) Module profile and module objectives, 2) Subtheme 1 (self-recognition), 3) Assessment Rubric for Subtheme 1, 4) Reflection Sheet Subtheme 1, 5) LKPD Sub-theme 1, 6) Sub-theme 2 (equip yourself), 7) Subtheme 2 Assessment Rubric, 8) Reflection Sheet Sub Theme 2, 9) LKPD Sub Theme 2, 10) Subtheme 3 (Ability to Communicate Effectively), 11) Subtheme 3 Assessment Rubric, 12) Reflection Sheet for Sub Theme 3, 13) LKPD for Sub Theme 3, 14) Subtheme 4 (Exploration of Local Potential), 15) Rubric for Assessment of Subtheme 4, 16) Reflection Sheet for Sub- theme 4, 17) LKPD Sub Theme 4. Based on the results of product testing by media experts, material experts, and practitioners, it was found that more than 97% of the substance in the module was suitable for use and in accordance with the needs of learners.
