Abstract

The aim of this research is for​ know strategy development source Power man on the Performance of Grilled Fish MSMEs in Tambak Wedi through SWOT analysis This study uses a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of research and discussions conducted by researchers regarding human resource development strategies to improve micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Grilled Fish MSMEs in Tambak Wedi Village, the following conclusions can be drawn: New HR receives good guidance from senior HR and in accordance with existing regulations. HR can Study from training and contribute to the company. HR is expected to be able to produce Grilled Fish in accordance with consumer demand . Seniors are expected to be able to guide HR to deepen their work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Family Conflict and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is important because of the research gap in previous studies. This study uses nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a 5-point Likert scale answer. Sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents with data analysis using the SEM-PLS method SmartPLS4 software. according to Table 4. Abstract

This study compares how Labuan Bajo, Indonesia, and Dili, Timor Leste's tourism businesses manage their human resources using the 7S-McKinsey framework. This framework analyzes seven elements: shared values, strategy, structure, systems, leadership style, staff, and skills. The research reveals differences in HRM approaches. Labuan Bajo prioritizes environmental sustainability and a structured training system, while Dili focuses on tourism promotion and informal learning. Labuan Bajo has a more formal organizational structure and a consultative leadership style than Dili's flexible and authoritative leadership structure. In conclusion, this study highlights the distinct advantages and disadvantages of Labuan Bajo and Dili in their HRM practices and provides valuable insights for the tourism industry. By understanding the factors influencing success in tourism HR, this research can guide the development of more effective practices, making it a practical resource for HR professionals and policymakers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the internalization of economic education for subak farmers. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of phenomenological research. Sources of data in this study are primary sources and secondary sources. The primary sources in the study were headman and subak farmers. Secondary sources in this research are documents related to research. The population in this study was 68 subak. The results of this study are Balinese cultural values consisting of religious values, happiness values, togetherness values, family values, and austerity values that underlie economic behavior of rationality, morality, and altruism. The form of internalization of economic education for subak farmers is economic education learning through (1) exemplary parents to their children in production, consumption, and distribution activities, (2) verbal explanations from parents to their children regarding economic activities, managing finances, economic management strategies, economic themes, (3) Discussion of relevant cases regarding expressing opinions and making decisions, family economic problems, and careful use of money. The obstacles to internalizing economic education for subak farmers are internal and external constraints.

Abstract

The purpose of this SLR research is to determine the role of expatriates in knowledge transfer in multinational companies. The research method used is systematic literature observation using the Preferred Reporting Item Method for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA), data sources obtained from Google Science direct and Emerald from 2019-2024, obtained 241 journals. The journals were re-selected, the results: 45 journals out of 241 journals that can be accessed. Then based on the title, 10 journals were obtained. The results showed that knowledge transfer (KT) from expatriates tends to have a role in strengthening the core competencies that already exist in the company. Knowledge from expatriates plays a role in filling the knowledge gaps of individuals/teams as a companion to expatriates. Supported by the expertise and knowledge already possessed, local personnel can increase their capabilities and capacities, so that the accumulation can form individual/team competencies. keywords : expatriates, knowledge transfer, mnc

Abstract

By using PRISMA principles, this literature review succeeded in identifying relevant researchoriginating from Scopus indexed articles. This analysis groups themes and shows theinterrelationships of emerging themes using Watase Uake software. Abstract

This study aims to develop a Teaching Factory planning strategy to enhance the entrepreneurship skills of students at SMK Darut Taqwa. The SWOT analysis method was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The SWOT analysis results indicate that Teaching Factory can strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and the community, and provide opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurship skills and insights. However, there are several limitations and weaknesses in implementing this strategy, such as limited resources and a lack of technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. To address these issues, this study recommends several strategies, such as developing entrepreneurship training programs for students, identifying new resources to support student entrepreneurship development, and utilizing technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. These strategies can help SMK students develop the necessary entrepreneurship skills and insights to compete with established businesses in the market. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for educational institutions and the government in planning effective and sustainable entrepreneurship learning programs in the future.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing so rapidly and is able to affect all aspects of human life, one of which is the administration of the Kambingan Village which must provide effective and efficient services to the community. This service activity aims to provide convenience for the Kambingan village community so that the management of correspondence can be faster and more precise. The service method used is using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it is known that the correspondence technology used so far is considered to be less effective and efficient where the processing of correspondence takes a long time. Therefore, as an effort to improve village administration services, a Macro Vba Excel-based correspondence administration information system was developed which can provide faster correspondence services than the technology used previously. The resulting product has proven to be effective in facilitating the work of village officials, especially in the process of managing correspondence. In addition, village officials do not have to worry about filling in the wrong data because the resident's biodata is filled in automatically.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate an AppSheet-based administration system, known as SIARTA, as a learning simulation media for office management students. This system is designed to provide practical experience in office administration without requiring advanced programming skills. The research process involved prototyping, conducting system trials with students, and evaluating the effectiveness and ease of use of the application. The results of the study indicate that SIARTA can improve students' understanding of office administration in an interactive and practical way. This system has also been shown to accelerate the learning process and make it easier for students to apply administrative concepts in real life. This study shows the potential of technology in improving the quality of education and providing innovative alternatives in teaching office management. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a model for other educational institutions and contribute to the development of a more effective technology-based curriculum.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan informasi dan dokumentasi, khususnya dalam prosedur penanganan dokumen dan penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak. Latar belakang pengabdian ini berakar dari kebutuhan masyarakat akan pengetahuan yang lebih baik mengenai jenis-jenis dokumen, prosedur penyimpanan dokumen berbasis digital, dan aplikasi perangkat lunak yang mendukung pengelolaan dokumen secara efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan dan workshop yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan praktis dan aplikatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai cara penanganan dokumen yang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, peserta juga dapat mengaplikasikan penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak untuk mendukung proses pengelolaan dokumen. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan praktis dan penerapan teknologi informasi yang sesuai sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen di lingkungan masyarakat. Implementasi yang efektif dari pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dapat memperbaiki kualitas administrasi dan pengelolaan informasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan.
