Abstract

Ferns (Pteridophyta) are one of the species of plants in tropical forests and have an important role in the ecosystem. The aim of the study was to obtain data on the diversity of terrestrial ferns in the area of Raya Putri Serayi Hill, Jawai Laut Village, South Jawai District, Sambas Regency. The study was conducted by survey methods and sampling used multiple plots. The plots were placed by purposive sampling, in three strata, namely open area, closed area and coconut farm. The plot sized is 5 m x 5 m which is divided into 25 sub-plots sized 1 m x 1 m. Each stratum was made up of 8 plots so the total number of observation plots was 24 with an area of 0.06 ha. The results found 15 species of terrestrial ferns. 8 species in open areas, 9 species in the coconut farm areas, and 12 species in closed areas. The dominant fern species were Lycopodium cernuum, Nephorlepis biserrta, Gleichenia linearis (Burm) Bedd, Lygodium circinnatum SW, and Blechnum indicum. The dominance index, species diversity index, and species richness index in open area, coconut plantation area, closed area are respectively 0.12, 0.12, and 0.14; 0.54, 0,75, and 0.89; 1.91, 2,17, and 2.39. The diversity of ferns in the area is low. Keywords: Dominance, Diversity, Ferns Abstrak Tumbuhan paku (Pteridophyta) merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan di hutan tropis dan memiliki peran penting di ekosistem. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan data keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan paku teresterial di areal Bukit Raya Putri Serayi Desa Jawai Laut Kecamatan Jawai Selatan Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dan sampling menggunakan petak ganda. Peletakan petak secara purposive sampling, di tiga strata yaitu areal terbuka, tertutup dan kebun kelapa. Petak berukuran 5 m x 5 m yang dibagi ke dalam 25 sub petak ukuran 1 m x 1 m. Di masing-masing strata dibuat 8 petak sehingga jumlah total petak pengamatan adalah 24 dengan luas 0,06 ha. Hasil penelitian menemukan 15 jenis tumbuhan paku teresterial. 8 jenis di areal terbuka, 9 jenis di areal kebun kelapa dan 12 jenis di areal tertutup. Jenis tumbuhan paku yang mendominasi adalah Lycopodium cernuum, Nephorlepis biserrta, Gleichenia linearis (Burm) Bedd, Lygodium circinnatum SW dan Blechnum indicum. Indeks dominansi, indeks keanekaragaman jenis, dan indeks kekayaan jenis di area terbuka, area perkebunan kelapa, area tertutup secara berturut-turut adalah 0,12, 0,12, dan 0,14; 0,54, 0,75, dan 0,89; 1,91, 2,17, dan 2,39. Abstract

This study discusses how the process of development, validity testing and practicality testing of educational game-based learning evaluation tools on the subject matter of informatics materials Information Technology and Communication at the State High School 39 Padang. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The study conducted validity tests with 3 experts and the number of students practicality tests as much as 20 people. The results of the research showed that Quizwhizzer's educational game-based learning evaluation tool is worthy of use. From the data the validity of media expert 1 was 95.2%, media expert 2 was 97.6%, material expert 95.2, and the test results of 86% in the category “Very Practical”. It can be concluded that the evaluation tool based on educational games with Quizwhizzer in computer science subjects is worthy of use in the class VIII of SMP N 39 Padang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes, due to the lack of interactive multimedia use in the teaching and learning process besides the lack of student interest in learning, because it uses the same learning model. The research aims to develop valid and practical Interactive Learning Media in Class VIII SMP/MTs Science Subjects. This research is a development research (R&D) with a 4D development model. The results of learning media development research by media validator 1 obtained "4.95" in the "Very Valid" category. While the results of the media validator 2 assessment obtained "4.84" with the category "Very Valid". And the assessment by the material validator on the feasibility aspects of content, presentation, and evaluation obtained "4.80" with the category "Very Valid"

Abstract

Pupuk organik cair adalah pupuk yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan organik alami seperti sisa-sisa tanaman, hewan, atau limbah organik yang difermentasi serta dapat diaplikasikan dalam bentuk cair. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair sangat menentukan kualitas dari pupuk tersebut. Beberapa bahan baku yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pupuk organik cair diantaranya adalah daun tithonia (Tithonia diversifolia), daun kaliandra (Calliandra calothyrsus), serta limbah kulit pisang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kandungan unsur hara dalam berbagai pupuk organik cair. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juli 2024. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 perlakuan pupuk organik cair, yaitu : 1). Daun Tithonia, 2). Daun Tithonia + Kulit Pisang, 3). Daun Kaliandra, 4). Daun Kaliandra + Kulit Pisang. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah Ph, C-organik, kadar hara makro (N,P,K,). Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis dengan membandingkan hasil variabel pupuk organik cair yang diamati dengan persyaratan teknis minimal pupuk organik cair sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia Nomor 261/KPTS/SR.310//M/4/2019. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kandungan hara N dan P tertinggi didapatkan pada pupuk organik cair daun tithonia yaitu N 0,081% dan P 0,020%. Sedangkan kandungan K dan C-Organik tertinggi diperoleh pada pupuk organik cair daun Tithonia + Kulit Pisang yaitu 0,280% dan 1,13%. pH tertinggi diperoleh pada pupuk organik cair kaliandra 3,97. Nilai kandungan unsur hara N, P, K, C-organik dan pH pada berbagai pupuk organik yang telah diuji masih belum memenuhi kriteria Permentan Nomor 261/KPTS/SR.310//M/4/2019

Abstract

Bahan ajar dan evaluasi belajar merupakan komponen penting perangkat pembelajaran yang harus disiapkan pendidik secara baik dan berkualitas. Peserta didik lebih mudah menjalankan aktivitas belajarnya jika didukung ketersediaan bahan ajar yang lengkap dan bermutu. Pendidik perlu merancang evaluasi belajar yang dapat mengatasi kecurangan akademik agar hasil belajar optimal dan berintegritas. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara di SMA se-Kecamatan Rambatan, bahan ajar yang tersedia sangat minim, penyajian materi masih tekstual belum mengakomodasi gaya belajar peserta didik. Bahkan pengembangan bahan ajar kekinian yang berbasis digital dan berorientasi revolusi industri empat titik nol ketersediaannya belum memadai. Selain itu kemampuan mendesain soal ujian yang dapat diandalkan untuk meningkatkan integritas peserta didik masih sangat rendah. Soal yang dirancang hanya bersifat hafalan memicu terjadinya kecurangan akademik berupa nyontek dan plagiasi. Oleh karena itu perlu ada upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut melalui pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar digital dan evaluasi belajar model extenics yang mengantisipasi terjadinya kecurangan akdemik.

Abstract

The background of this study is the results of observations on science learning at MTsN 3 Tanjung Jabung Barat, which show that the science learning process has not been able to create effective learning activities to obtain essential competencies, and the learning resources used are not enough to motivate students and support the content in explaining science concepts. The study aims to develop branching programmed learning media, which can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class VIII MTs students for science subjects on the topic of vibrations, waves and sound. This type of research is development research that refers to the ADDIE model. The results show that the branching programmed learning media in science subjects has met the valid, practical, and effective criteria in increasing the experimental group's average value of learning outcomes by 85.37. In contrast, the control group obtained a mean score of 73.89. The results of hypothesis testing at a significant level of É‘ 0.05 show t count 5,484 > t table 2,007 which means there are significant differences in the average value of learning outcomes between the control and experimental group. Based on the results of research, the branching programmed learning media meets the valid, practical, and effective criteria to be used as a learning resource for science subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the ICT integrated problem-based learning paradigm on elementary school students' mental models. When learning is done using ICT and PBL models, it will be observed if elementary school pupils' mental models grow or shrink.This study used an experimental, quantitative research design with a nonequivalent control group. 25 pupils participated in this study at SDN 08 Kampung Jawa 1 in Pariaman. The multiple choice questions used in this research tool are tests. The independent sample t-test was used in this study's data analysis. It is required to assess the conditions for data analysis, particularly the normality and homogeneity tests, before the data is studied. Based on the study's findings, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 0.05 was found, leading to the conclusion that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that the PBL learning model's integration with ICT had a significant impact on elementary school students' mental models.

Abstract

The research was carried out based on facts found in the field regarding the science and science learning process which still lacks teaching materials. The lack of teaching materials or media used in learning causes learning in class to become less active. Apart from that, teachers also do not use learning models that improve students' ability to think critically, which results in students being less active in class. This research uses the ADDIE Model which consists of five steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results obtained from this research are E-Modules based on the Guided Inquiry Learning Model which are valid, practical and effective. The product validity results obtained from three experts, namely media experts, material experts and language experts respectively were 90.38 %; 91.67%; and 100% with a very valid category. In terms of product practicality, the E-Module is in the very practical category with teacher response practicality results of 88.33 % and student response practicality results of 88.35%. The effectiveness results obtained in this research also show that the product developed is very effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

One component that cannot be separated from the learning process is learning media. Learning media is an essential part of education, regardless of the curriculum, because it plays a crucial role in influencing the quality and success of learning. The Informatics subject is no exception, as it introduces computers to students. This introduction is the initial stage of informatics lessons. In presenting the learning process through computer application materials, good preparation is essential. An educator should do more than just coordinate students in front of the computer, use a loud voice to direct them, or write notes on the blackboard. They must wisely package the teaching materials to make learning enjoyable, allowing students to feel that the classroom is a place to explore while they learn to use a computer. This type of research is development and research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Product validation tests were conducted by three validators: one material validator, one language validator, and one media validator. The product trial involved 30 seventh-grade students from SMPN 1 Siak Hulu, aimed at assessing the practicality of the developed product. The effectiveness test was conducted by administering pre-test and post-test questions to the students. The results of the video media development research showed a validation level of 86% for the material and 85% for the language, both falling into the very valid category. The product practicality results indicated a practicality level of 91%, also in the very practical category. The effectiveness test yielded a t-value of 16.4.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the results of the analysis of the relationship between self-control and Internet addictions disorders in TP FIP UNP students class of 2020. The method used was a correlational quantitative study with a sample of 95 people from a total population of 123 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using t-test. The results of the study for Self-control the highest percentage of respondents were in the Agree (S) answer as much as 48.50% and the Internet Addictions dissoder result was the highest in the Agree (S) answer as much as 39.50%. So with this study, it can be seen that 74.37% are related to self-control in students of the Educational Technology Study Program Class of 2020. This is because students are able to control themselves so that they are not addicted to the Internet, 65.31%. In addition, based on the indicator on self-control, the Behavior Control indicator with the highest percentage is 35.33% and on the Internet Addictions Disorders indicator, the highest indicator is excessive use at 34.71%. Based on the results of the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-control and internet addictions disorders in students of the Educational Technology Study Program, Padang State University
