The research approach used is historical, sociological, and anthropological. The primary data of this research is lontara Pattappingang Pambauang Mandar. Secondary data sources are in the form of kalinda'da' writings written by Mandar culturalists and historians. The data is processed by heuristic steps, source criticism, interpretation and historigraphy. The results show that kalinda'da' is one of the nation's cultural treasures in the form of Mandar language literature. Its form and characteristics have many similarities with the rhymes from Malay or with syair from Arabic. Kalinda'da' comes from the word "kadhi" which means judge or case breaker (puang kali) and the word "da'da" which means advice. Thus, kalinda'da' in terms is advice that comes from religious leaders. The existence of kalinda'da' is a summary of the life of the Mandar people. It is used as an identity, mindset, and forming noble values for the Mandar people. In Kalinda'da literature, it contains divine messages, which are the proselytizing (da'wa) messages of the Mandar scholars in spreading Islam in the West Sulawesi region.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the literature on the sustainability of waqf institutions by focusing on the roles of innovation, governance, and risk management. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach following the PRISMA guidelines. The analysis is based on peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in Scopus over the last 10–15 years, selected through rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that the sustainability of waqf institutions is a multidimensional construct shaped not only by financial performance but also by governance quality, institutional innovation, and risk management capacity. Innovations such as cash waqf, digital waqf, and integration with Islamic financial instruments enhance efficiency and outreach, yet simultaneously increase exposure to investment and operational risks. Effective governance characterized by accountability and transparency plays a critical role in mitigating these risks and sustaining public trust. The SLR highlights that risk management functions as a strategic mediating mechanism linking innovation and governance to long-term sustainability. This study concludes that an integrative waqf management model that combines innovation, sound governance, and systematic risk management, aligned with the principles of Maqasid al-Shariah, is essential to ensure the sustainable development of waqf institutions in the contemporary context.

Abstract

The use of e-learning platforms during the Covid-19 pandemic and in the context of facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a must in almost all levels of education, especially in universities. Many efforts have been made and implemented in order to apply these demands, for example by developing applications that are expected to help organize the digital learning process. The method used in obtaining information is a quantitative method using an instrument, namely a questionnaire (distribution of questionnaires) through the Google form application. The subjects in this study were UNP students in the Fundamentals of Education course in the July-December 2020 semester. Based on the research results, information was obtained regarding the policy evaluation of the use of a full online (online) e-learning system that could be categorized as good and effective, but it needs to be improved in several parts, for example: effectiveness, content, interaction patterns, understanding of the material, network access, large/expensive data packets when using video conference collaborating with the platform e-learning. The element of effectiveness/efficiency of online learning as many as 23.5% of respondents considered it less effective / efficient, meaning that there were still gaps in the fully online policy implemented by universities in this case, namely UNP.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style, professionalism, locus of control (LOC), and independence on the performance of internal auditors at Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Higher Education Institutions (PTM/A) in Indonesia, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a sample of 101 internal auditors selected through purposive sampling from various PTM/A across Indonesia. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that leadership style and professionalism have a significant positive effect on both internal auditor performance and job satisfaction. However, locus of control and independence did not show a significant effect on auditor performance. Job satisfaction was found to effectively mediate the influence of leadership style and professionalism on performance, but did not mediate the influence of locus of control and independence. The research model demonstrates a very strong explanatory power, with R² values of 98.7% for job satisfaction and 62.7% for auditor performance. This study makes a significant contribution to the internal audit literature and provides a strategic foundation for institutions to strengthen leadership and professional ethics to improve organizational governance quality.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore how the digitization of financial statements influences auditor competence and audit quality, alongside examining the moderating effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in this context. In the face of today's intricate business landscape, the auditing field must continually embrace new technologies to uphold precision and effectiveness. Employing a quantitative methodology, this study utilizes the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. Data were gathered through purposive sampling methods via questionnaires from 132 auditors employed at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in the West Java area. The findings reveal that digitizing financial reports can substantially enhance both auditor competence and audit quality. Furthermore, AI usage has been shown to have a direct positive influence on these aspects. A key discovery of this study is that AI significantly moderates and bolsters the link between financial report digitization and auditor competence. However, AI does not significantly moderate the connection between digitization and audit quality. This suggests that audit quality is not solely reliant on technology but is also shaped by other elements such as human expertise, quality control, and adherence to audit standards. This study adds to the digital audit literature by emphasizing the significance of balanced technology integration in developing nations.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has a significant impact on human life, especially in the context of education. Digital technology brings great convenience and innovation. Services become faster, more efficient and have a wide range of connections both online and offline. Although it provides benefits in everyday life, the use of digital technology in the context of education also brings negative impacts. The education sector continues to follow the development of science and technology, especially in the industrial revolution 4.0, with a focus on information and communication technology. Education must learn and adapt to these changes, and educators are expected to apply them to help learners solve learning problems and improve their performance. In this context, significant performance improvement occurs in the education sector, especially for teachers, who have a crucial role in changing learning approaches and improving the quality of education. The result of this study is that most teachers at SDN 13 Muara Siberut cannot utilize these digital learning resources, because they cannot apply or use digital learning resources, therefore it is necessary to increase the competence of teachers by holding workshops, training or upskilling.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and information technology are two things that are closely related. In the current digital era, IPR is becoming increasingly important because of the easy dissemination of information and creative works via the internet. However, this opens up opportunities for IPR violations such as the distribution of personal data and information. For this reason, this research aims to find out how personal data is legally protected for intellectual property rights owners based on the Information Technology Law. This research includes normative legal research where the subject matter or purpose of this research is regulations, legislation and other legal materials. In Indonesia, Article 25 of the ITE Law provides the legal basis for dealing with intellectual property violations related to electronic transactions. This provides a legal basis for intellectual property rights owners to take action against violations of electronic transactions. Article 25 of the ITE Law regulates the protection of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks and others in electronic transactions. However, the act of misuse of personal data on social media is not related to the personal data of the copyright owner. Therefore, it is important to develop a balanced intellectual property rights policy regarding personal data and harmonize legal regulations to avoid duplication between different regulations. Protection of personal data of intellectual property rights owners, especially in the digital realm which continues to develop.
