Abstract

Kasus bullying di Indonesia selalu meningkat setiap tahunnya dari tahun ke tahun. Sebanyak 1.138 kasus terjadi pada tahun 2023, yang menyebabkan pemerosotan perilaku peserta didik. Dampak yang terjadi pada siswa ialah menurunnya kesajahteraan psikologis dan penyesuaian social yang buruk yaitu merasakan banyak emosi negativ seperti marah, dendam, kesal yang memungkinkan siswa tidak nyaman dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Kajian SLR dilakukan untuk melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi, dan interpretasi terhadap semua hasil penelitian yang relevan terkait pertanyaan penelitian tertentu, topik tertentu, atau fenomena yang menjadi perhatian. Penelitian  ini bertujuan  untuk menemukan startegi yang akan membantu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi serta mengidentigikasi prespektif yang berbeda terkait dengan masalah yang sedang diteliti dan mengungkap teori-teori yang relevan dengan kasus dalam penelitian ini. Penelususran dilakukan di database elektronik Google Schoolar dan Geogle Search dengan menggunakan kata kunci “konseling sekolah’’,”Bullying”, “Strategi”. Tahun terbit artikel antara tahun 2016 sampai 2023. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang efektit dalam menangani korban perundungan (bullying) yaitu pada strategi yang di teliti oleh (subekti 2023). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa cara yang dilakukan untuk mencegah perilaku bullying yaitu membentuk nilai persahabatan antara siswa, memotivasi siswa untuk memiliki jiwa sosial aktif dan berpartisipasi, membangun komunikasi efektif dan memberikan edukasi positif kepada para siswa. Di harapakan penelitian ini dapat menambah informasi terkait strategi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menangani korban perundungan (bullying), selain itu orang tua wajib memberikan pola asuh yang baik atau demokratis agar penerus generasi terhindar dari bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to describe methods of providing learning motivation to students as a technique to develop their learning abilities and willingness. Learning motivation is crucial elements in the educational process, as it encourages students to actively participate, strive to achieve learning goals, and overcome academic challenges. One logical approach to motivating students is by connecting their learning experiences with their intrinsic motivation, allowing them to feel engaged and purposeful in their educational journey. Information services play a critical role in helping students understand and utilize knowledge to support decision -making processes. Mastery of information is broad benefits, including assisting students in problem- solving, preventing new problems from arising, developing their potential, and maintenance existing capabilities. Through information services, students can gain insights into their surroundings, education, career paths, and socio-cultural aspects, ultimately fostering their abilities to actualize their full potential. This study highlights the importance of providing information services as an effective method to cultivate students ' learning motivation. With appropriate services, students can acquire relevant knowledge to face academic and daily challenges while increasing their awareness of the significance of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mental health of students from broken home backgrounds. The method used in this study was qualitative descriptive research with a total population of class VII A-C of 105 students and a sample of 6 students. The results of the study showed that disharmonious, unstable, messy family conditions (broken home) can cause the development of unhealthy personalities in children. The form of mental health in question includes aspects of emotion, responsibility and sociability of children. Students admitted that they had vented their emotions on objects around them and even experienced trauma due to physical violence when dealing with their mothers so that the students decided to work after school. In addition, students also felt depressed and considered a burden on the family so that every problem they faced only chose to keep to themselves so that it had a bad impact on their academics, so that serious handling was needed such as providing counseling guidance.

Abstract

Resilience is a crucial element in helping teachers manage various pressures and demands stemming from dual roles as educators and homemakers. This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and religiosity on resilience, as well as to test the moderating role of religiosity in the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience. The study involved 167 female teachers from state madrasahs in Medan City as respondents. Data collection was conducted through a survey using online questionnaires employing three measurement tools: the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), the Short Muslim Belief and Practice Scale (Short-MPBS), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale-25 (CD-RISC-25). Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research offers novel insights into understanding resilience among female madrasah teachers by introducing religiosity as a moderating variable. The findings indicated that: 1) there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy, religiosity, and resilience; 2) religiosity does not moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience. This study reveals that although religiosity serves as spiritual support, the dominance of self-efficacy highlights the importance of tangible actions in overcoming challenges. The study underscores the significance of building self-efficacy and provides new insights into developing support strategies for female madrasah teachers. Field data support the hypotheses.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya pendidikan merupakan proses untuk membantu manusia dalam mengembangkan dirinya sehingga mampu menghadapi setiap perubahan yang terjadi. keberadaan bimbingan konseling di lembaga pendidikan yang mengatasnamakan islam dalam menjalankan tugas bimbingannya tentu harus berpegang teguh pada ajaran islam sesuai dengan al-qur’an dan hadist. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan konseling islam dalam mengatasi permasalahan siswa di sekolah MAN Dairi Sidikalang. metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data tersebut penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik wawancara mendalam dengan guru Bk, wali kelas dan salah satu siswa. serta melakukan observasi langsung ke lapangan atau di lokasi penelitian tepatnya di sekolah MAN Dairi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bimbingan konseling islam memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi permasalahan siswa. Efektivitas bimbingan konseling islam yang dilakukan oleh guru Bk di sekolah madrasah aliyah dairi (MAN Dairi) antara lain yaitu : pertama, melakukan bimbingan konseling islam di awali dengan Basmallah dan di akhiri dengan do'a. Kedua, memberikan pengarahan tentang sikap tawadhu kepada siswa. Ketiga, memberikan motivasi pemahaman tentang agama. Keempat, membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa. Program ini membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan menghadapi stres, mengatasi masalah, serta berinteraksi sosial sehat. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan dan konseling islami efektif dalam menangani masalah yang dialami siswa.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi sering menghadapi tekanan akademik yang tinggi, baik dari tuntutan akademik, ekspektasi pribadi, maupun lingkungan sosial, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Jika kesejahteraan psikologis terganggu, mahasiswa berisiko mengalami stres berlebihan, kecemasan, bahkan burnout, yang dapat menghambat proses penyelesaian skripsi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa, seperti dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dukungan social terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dengan efikasi diri sebagai variable mediator pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Metode mengumpulkan data melalui  skala dukungan sosial, kesejahteraan psikologis, efikasi diri. Respon dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 280 mahasiswa, diperoleh melalui Teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Structural Equation  Sampling (SEM) menggunakan dengan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan kuat terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Sama halnya dengan dukungan sosial yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Selain itu, efikasi diri juga berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis, artinya efek mediasi ini berfungsi dan efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact experienced by teenagers dropping out of school. This study used a literature review method, and the data obtained were obtained from secondary data. The results showed that in some cases, dropping out of school affected the lives of adolescents, but in some cases it did not show a significant impact. The influencing factors are also different in each case thus giving different results. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui dampak yang dialami remaja putus sekolah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review, dan data yang diperoleh didapat dari data sekunder.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam beberapa kasus, putus sekolah mempengaruhi kehidupan remaja, namun ada juga yang tidak menunjukkan adanya dampak yang berarti.Faktor yang mempengaruhi juga berbeda-beda ditiap kasusnya sehingga memberikan hasil yang berbeda-beda.
