Abstract

Perilaku kontra-produktif di tempat kerja (CWB) berdampak negatif pada kinerja organisasi. Meskipun banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi CWB, penelitian mengenai interaksi faktor-faktor tersebut masih terbatas. CWB menjadi tantangan besar dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab CWB dan strategi untuk menguranginya. Penelitian tentang interaksi faktor-faktor seperti pengawasan abusif, pelanggaran kontrak psikologis, stres, dan kecerdasan emosional dalam mempengaruhi CWB masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi CWB dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi perilaku tersebut di tempat kerja. Menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis artikel yang relevan dari database yang diterbitkan antara 2020 hingga 2023. Faktor-faktor seperti pengawasan abusif dan stres kerja berkontribusi signifikan terhadap CWB, sementara kecerdasan emosional dapat membantu mengurangi dampak negatifnya. Penelitian ini menyarankan pendekatan mendalam dalam pengelolaan CWB.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut organisasi untuk terus berinovasi guna mempertahankan daya saing. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS), sebagai pendekatan strategis dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, diyakini dapat menjadi pendorong utama inovasi melalui peningkatan kemampuan, motivasi, dan peluang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara HPWS dan inovasi organisasi melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Faktor-faktor pendorong seperti pembelajaran organisasi, keterlibatan karyawan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital diidentifikasi sebagai elemen kunci yang memperkuat hubungan antara HPWS dan inovasi. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan berbagai hambatan implementasi HPWS, seperti ketidaksesuaian budaya, keterbatasan teknologi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan teknik analisis klaster, penelitian ini menganalisis temuan utama dari studi sebelumnya serta memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang cara mengoptimalkan HPWS untuk meningkatkan inovasi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HPWS dapat menjadi pendorong utama inovasi jika diimplementasikan dengan mempertimbangkan keselarasan budaya, dukungan teknologi, dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada inovasi dan daya saing berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In realizing digital-based services and the application of people's economy, the Surabaya, Indonesia. The government has launched a website called E-Peken. It is hoped that the presence of digital marketing infrastructure can help MSME actors increase their business potential by expanding the marketing reach of their superior products. This study aims to determine the desire to switch to e-commerce regarding the failure of e-commerce services and the experience of using the E-Peken website. The research method used was quantitative with data collection through observation and questionnaires on 346 MSMEs in Surabaya City who were recorded as users of the E-Peken website. The results obtained show that the failure of e-commerce services has proven to affect switching intentions; usage experience is proven to affect switching intentions and switching intentions are proven to affect switching behavior from E-Peken to other e-commerce.  In this manner, it is suggested that assist investigation include mediating or moderating variables. Managerial suggestions that can be submitted to the Surabaya Government as the E-Peken site service provider are to make strides in administrations on a progressing premise and continuously react to the desires of MSME's players as users.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the mediating impact of occupational stress on the association of workplace violence and staff performance. This association was assessed through theoretical lenses and then verified through empirical evidence. This study is based on quantitative research using a survey instrument for data collection. Data was collected from 242 academic employees working in the public sector commerce and management sciences colleges in five big cities of Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mardan, Swat, and Noshehra in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This study applied Andrew F. Hayes PROCESS v3.4 to conduct mediation analysis in IBM SPSS 23. The statistical results reveal that occupational stress partially mediates the association between workplace violence and staff performance. The proposed framework sheds light on how occupational stress increases workplace violence's impact on staff performance. Thus, this study is the first of its kind to quantify the level of occupational stress in the association between workplace violence and staff performance of academic employees. The current study's findings benefit educationists, principals, administrators, and policymakers owing to educational developments.

Abstract

Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis is an important tool in measuring the social impact of a program or activity by comparing the social value generated against the costs incurred. Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities in the "Sayurpreneurship 4.0: Digitalization Strategy for Vegetable Traders" activity have the aim of improving the welfare of vegetable traders by applying digital technology and business innovation. This article will discuss how this activity not only provides economic benefits for traders, but also social contributions that have a big impact on the surrounding community. Through the SROI approach, this activity is expected to provide an overview of the social value added generated, such as increased trader income, better food accessibility, and empowerment of local communities. The methodology used is to identify, measure, and evaluate the results obtained from the implementation of digitalization in the activity "Sayurpreneurship 4.0: Digitalization Strategy for Vegetable Traders". By involving stakeholders and systematic data collection methods, the results of the analysis are expected to provide strategic recommendations for sustainable program development and have a positive impact on all parties. This analysis is expected to help program developers and investors understand the importance of social investment and the benefits of programs that promote shared value. In this case, the "Sayurpreneurship 4.0: Digitalization Strategy for Vegetable Vendors" program focuses not only on financial returns, but also on building sustainable social value for the community.

Abstract

The design of the Information Security Management System that is made includes all existing processes in a company. Organizations such as universities or institutions need to have a clear security management system. One of the standards that can be used to analyze the level of information security within an organization is ISO 27001:2013. This standard is continuously being developed for the purpose of completing the requirements in terms of implementation of a security system. This study aims to find out how ISO 27001 works and its benefits for an organization. The study employed a literature review methodology. Sources included books, academic papers, internet resources, and personal experiences related to the topic. This study is also expected to be able to help provide a reference for companies to determine the most appropriate security system for the company. In conclusion, the integration of ISO 27001 into an organization's security management system is crucial in today's complex digital landscape. Embracing ISO 27001 not only enhances the overall security framework within an organization but also instills trust among stakeholders and customers in the organization's dedication to data protection.

Abstract

Pada era global saat ini, tantangan untuk keberlanjutan semakin mendesak organisasi untuk memperhatikan budaya keberlanjutan mereka. Banyak penelitian yang telah membahas topik ini, tetapi masih banyak perusahaan belum efektif dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali literatur terbaru terkait budaya organisasi yang mendukung keberlanjutan melalui analisis bibliometrik. Jurnal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari database Scopus dengan tahun 2019-2024. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima kelompok penulis yang memiliki hubungan penelitian di bidang budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Inovasi, performa organisasi, performa lingkungan, keberlanjutan, kepuasan kerja, kepuasan karyawan adalah variabel-variabel penelitian yang sering dikaitkan dengan budaya organisasi. Topik penelitian budaya organisasi yang mendukung keberlanjutan masih banyak digunakan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, menunjukkan relevansi dan pentingnya budaya organisasi dalam mencapai keberlanjutan jangka panjang di perusahaan.

Abstract

The presence of minimarkets that are getting closer to residents in housing and the presence of technology has changed the behavior of retail store consumers from shopping at grocery stores that tend to be managed conventionally to modern stores. Based on this phenomenon, this collaboration activity between FEB UNAIR and BULOG for East Java Region was carried out. The Retail Management Training was held in November with a target audience of 35 grocery store owners in Tegalsari District. The training was carried out by lecture method, and question and answer. The positive response from participants is good news for the implementation of SUIC and is expected to be sustainable. It is realized that this activity is still far from perfect in equipping grocery store’s owners, therefore, in order to be sustainable, it is hoped that there will be further activities so that grocery stores in Tegalsari District can attract buyers and be competitive.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjabarkan serta membuktikan peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggota dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi terbukti memiliki peran penting bagi kelangsungan kegiatan organisasi himpunan mahasiswa atau kinerja anggota organisasi tersebut. Budaya organisasi di lingkungan himpunan mahasiswa tersebut sangat baik. Kemudian ditambahkan dengan kinerja anggota di himpunan mahasiswa juga sangat baik. Salah satu faktor pendukungnya yaitu budaya organisasi yang mendukung dan memanusiakan anggotanya. Para pemimpin organisasi sudah seharusnya peduli dengan budaya organisasi karena akan berdampak langsung pada kinerja anggotanya, seperti kualitas dan kuantitas meningkat, antusiasme tinggi, berkontribusi dan merasa penuh bertanggung jawab. Walaupun demikian, pimpinan organisasi tetap harus mengevaluasi kinerja anggotanya secara berkala. Dengan adanya penilaian kinerja, organisasi memiliki informasi untuk menjadikan kinerja SDM menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

This research aimed to enhance the communication skills of studentpreneurs in the WEBS unit at Universitas Airlangga. Through a community engagement activity aligned with SDGs 4 and 8, a training program focused on public speaking skills was conducted. The two-day training in May 2023 resulted in notable improvements in participants' knowledge and skills. They displayed increased confidence, effective body language, eye contact, and improved delivery, all crucial for their entrepreneurial pursuits. The training received positive feedback, with high engagement and enthusiasm from participants and speakers. Pre- and post-test assessments revealed enhanced understanding of communication elements, cultural factors, and psychological aspects related to public speaking. Participants also demonstrated growth in public speaking abilities, showcasing greater boldness, facial expressions, vocal modulation, and originality in presenting ideas. The findings underscore the significance of practical application and continuous development of communication skills. This study offers valuable insights to researchers and professionals, providing an effective approach for enhancing communication competencies among studentpreneurs. Highlight: Community engagement activity targeting studentpreneurs within the WEBS unit at Universitas Airlangga, addressing communication weaknesses. Training program on public speaking resulting in increased knowledge, skills, confidence, and improved communication techniques. Positive outcomes demonstrated through high participant engagement, knowledge enhancement, and noticeable improvements in public speaking abilities.
