Abstract

ABSTRACT Stroke is a clinical syndrome of sudden onset, rapidly progressive, in the form of focal or global neurologic deficits. A stroke occurs because there is a narrowing or rupture of a blood vessel in the brain. Resulting in an increase in intracranial pressure so that the hypothalamus sends a signal to raise the body temperature and compensate for an increase in BP, pulse, glycemic, RR. If you don't get treatment, the patient is unconscious (decreased GCS) and death occurs. This study aims to identify the relationship of vital signs with GCS of stroke patients. The independent variable in this study was vital signs, while the dependent variable was GCS in stroke patients. This study has 124 respondents using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The design of this study used an analytic type of observation with a cross sectional approach. The most influential vital signs with GCS of stroke patients in the ER are body temperature with a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05) with a Beta value of 0.489. From this study, it can be explained that there is a relationship between vital signs and GCS. Abstract

One of the common characteristics of rural areas is their vulnerability to socio-economic and environmental shocks. Therefore, rural development policies should consider these features to take full advantage of the benefits of rural development. This study aims to develop a pastoral assessment based on the TOPSIS-Etropy-Inhomogeneity Method. This research was conducted in Lampung Province using data at the regency level. The data uses village data from the 2018 Village Potential Survey (PODES). The results show that rural areas' exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity factors play an essential role in rural development regarding vulnerability and resilience. Pesisir Barat, Mesuji, and Tulang Bawang Regencies are highly susceptible to low adaptation factors such as difficult access to health centers, inadequate credit facilities from the government, quiet village anticipation and mitigation, and a lack of security systems. The lowest vulnerabilities are in Tanggamus and North Lampung Regencies with common sensitivity factors, where people with malnutrition, persons with disabilities, households living in slums, and the habit of not using river water or the like for drinking or cooking have lower scores. In addition, other factors contribute to vulnerability, and these factors should be considered in rural development policies

Abstract

East Natuna gas field, which has proven reserves of 46 trillion cubic feet, is projected to meet long-term natural gas needs. However, CO2-content of the gas reserves reaches 71%, leading to expensive development costs. This research investigates the feasibility of the field based on several fiscal incentives. Firstly, gas supply-demand until year 2040 was analyzed. Then, based on the analysis, the field was developed using high CO2 gas separation technology to produce gas of 1300 MMSCFD in 2023, 2600 MMSCFD in 2031, and 3900 MMSCFD in 2039. Finally, the economic feasibility was assessed using cash flow analysis in accordance with Indonesia’s production sharing contract scheme. The results show that the supply-demand gap continues to increase and thus the development is urgently needed. The development cost is estimated around US$ 27.59 billion. The gas selling prices are assumed at US$ 8/MMBTU for wellhead, US$ 11/MMBTU for pipelines, and US$ 11/MMBTU for LNG. To achieve minimum IRR value of 12%, the government needs to offer incentives of 30-year contract period, profit sharing of 55%: 45%, first tranche petroleum to 10%, and tax holiday of 10 years. Toll fee for Natuna-Cirebon pipeline is US$ 2.3/MMBTU at IRR of 12.6%.

Abstract

According to the results of the PISA score in 2018, Indonesia occupies 72nd place out of 79 countries in numeric literacy. One of the reasons is that learning is still monotonous. Monopoly learning media is a media game where students can play an active role during education. This study aims to determine the effect of using monopoly learning media on the mathematical reasoning abilities of fifth-grade students on the material of the spatial structure. This type of research is a quantitative one-group pretest-posttest design research. A research sample of class V, which amounted to 20 students, was given treatment. The results of the data analysis showed that the students' mathematical reasoning ability increased from the pretest score of 61.00 to 73.40 in the posttest. Then using paired sample t-test data analysis, the results obtained are 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), so H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using monopoly learning media on the mathematical reasoning ability of class V students in the material of spatial construction.

Abstract

Conversion of agricultural land into built-up land is a regional economic development mechanism, where to increase Gross Domestic Product can be done by allocating the widest possible pattern of space designation "industry, trade and settlement", the implication is the conversion of agricultural land into built-up land. land (rice fields) increases and rice production facilities decrease so that food fulfillment is constrained, in other words there is a trade off in the use of paddy fields. In an effort to optimize the allocation of space for rice fields, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of space allocation in influencing the location of economic activities (industry and housing) in rural areas. Through the mechanism for conversion of paddy fields and the determination of the priority scale for the revision of the designation pattern of paddy fields in the regional spatial plan. This study uses spatial overlay analysis, quantitative calculations, multiple linear regression and spatial analysis of 4 criteria (space allocation, road access, population density and land prices). The research locations are distinguished in rural areas with high and low industrialization and urbanization. Input data using spatial software with overlay techniques including spatial data on administrative boundaries of the sub-district area, paddy land use in 2013 and 2018, road access (tolls, arteries and collectors) in 2018, spatial allocation based on the Regency Spatial Plan, value zone land in 2018 and population density. The results showed that the location of economic activities (industrial and housing) was relatively influenced by the space allocation factor compared to the road access factor. Revision of Spatial Plan is recommended in rural areas with high rice field conversion potential in rural areas with high industrialization and urbanization.
