Abstract

This research was motivated by the low discipline of the students at the Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Surau Polak Botuang Nagari Pangian, Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency. This is presumably due to the low level of supervision of students of Ustadz. Aims to find out of Ustadz supervision, students discipline and the relationship between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of the study were all students who were active at Pondok Tahfizh, totaling 96 students. The research sample was taken based on cluster sampling with total 76 samples. The data collection technique is questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage and product moment formulas. The results showed that (1) supervision of Ustadz was still low, (2) discipline of students was still low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between supervision by Ustadz and discipline of students. Based on this research, it hoped that (1) It is suggested to the managing institution of Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Surau Polak Botuang to strengthen supervision and monitor the implementation of regulations so that they are appropriate and on target. (2) It is recommended that ustadz be more disciplined in enforcing regulations, increasing learning and supervising congregational prayers for students so that the vision and mission of Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding school Surau Polak Botuang is realized. (3) It is recommended that students be more disciplined in complying with the regulations that have been made by the ustadz, so that students get used to these habits from an early age so they are able to apply them both at Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an or at home.Keywords:  Supervision Ustadz, Student Discipline

Abstract

Philosophy is a branch of science that has several realistic, fundamental aspects, values and knowledge that are fundamental in the birth of logical reasoning, critical thinking that discusses the universe, ethics, religion, life, knowledge and truth. In its development there are several schools of philosophy, one of which is the philosophy of constructivism, a thought where contructivism learning is seen as an active process that involves interaction between individuals and their environment. This concept can be applied in non-formal education in various ways. Constructivism thinking in non-formal education emphasizes the importance of active participation and meaningful learning for learners. This approach enables them to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and adaptability skills that are relevant in real life. The implementation of constructivism in non-formal education involves the important role of facilitators or teachers in creating an environment that encourages learners to actively participate and interact in the learning process. Teachers should apply methods that focus on learners, encourage critical thinking, and inspire them to formulate and analyze problems independently.Keywords: Philosophy, Thought, Constructivism, Non-formal education

Abstract

The problem of this study is the high motivation of the trainee in following a training activity of catfish farming in the District Office Nanggalo Padang. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of gestures sources, provide a snapshot view of contact sources and give gamabaran dress informant. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all trainees catfish totaling 30 people, and samples were taken as much as 65% of 20 people, with sampling techniques stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the means of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) the application of the principles of andragogy in speaker performance on aspects of body movement is very good; (2) the application of the principles of andragogy in speaker performance on aspects of eye contact is very good; (3) the application of the principles of andragogy in performance speakers on catfish farming training program on the aspects of hand gestures is very good.Keywords : Principles of Andragogy, Mitivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya Program Rumah Anak Sholeh (RAS) yang berfokus pada siswa berusia 7-12 tahun. Visi dari program ini adalah menjadi model lembaga pengasuhan atau pendampingan Islam yang berkualitas, dimana kegiatan inti Rumah Anak Sholeh adalah penanaman karakter dan tahfiz Al-Qur'an pada santrinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana urutan pelaksanaan pendidikan agama nonformal pada anak usia 7-12 tahun di Rumah Anak Sholeh Pasir Jambak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dimana dalam penelitian ini peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci yang akan menjelaskan apa yang diperoleh selama periode penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Serta teknik keabsahan data berupa triangulasi kejujuran peneliti, triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembukaan Rumah Anak Sholeh Pasir Jambak meliputi persiapan kelas dan penyampaian langkah pembelajaran. Kegiatan inti meliputi metode, media, keterlibatan siswa, dan penilaian hasil belajar. Sedangkan kegiatan penutup meliputi kesimpulan pembelajaran dan juga pelaksanaan tindakan tindak lanjut.

Abstract

The basic idea of linking various social welfare development services is to distribute charity equally across the nation in accordance with human rights standards. Based on human rights, quality services have become a necessity. Social services are very important because human rights requirements and good quality services are needs that cannot be denied. Therefore, social services need to be planned systematically and meet the standardization of service quality in line with the philosophy and professional needs of the state. In the future, in the conditions and situations of the development of social problems and community demands, social workers are needed to lead social welfare development programs and policies, based on justice for all and protection of human rights. So, the writing of this article aims to change the way people think and promote the existence of social workers as a profession in the eyes of the public, not only as a non-profit activity, but as a profession with knowledge, skills and values in practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation of character education in the formation of students' holistic personality. The method used is qualitative research carried out at SMAN 1 Enam Lingkung. To obtain information, direct observation activities were carried out to the school and then searched for various literature and conducted interviews with key informants consisting of the principal, vice principals, homeroom teachers, teachers and students. After the interview activity was carried out, the researcher processed the data using inductive techniques with steps consisting of data reduction activities, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study are: (1) there are two strategies in the implementation of character education in SMAN 1 Enam Lingkung, namely internal and external; (2) the form of internal strategy can be pursued through five pillars, namely teaching and learning activities in the classroom, self-development activities before entering the lesson time at start, daily activities at school, habituation activities, co-curricular activities, and extra-curricular activities; and (3) external strategies can be implemented by cooperating with parents or guardians of students and the community.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low participation of dance participants at the Sanggar Seni Ateh Tabiang, which was thought to be caused by the participants' lack of self-confidence. This research aims to determine the level of participants self-confidence, participation dance participants', and determine the relationship between self-confidence and the participation of dance training participants at the Sanggar Seni Ateh Tabiang. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population of this study was all dance training participants registered at the Sanggar Seni Ateh Tabiang. Sampling used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and Product Moment formulas. The research results show that; participants' self-confidence was categorized as low; participant participation was categorized as low; and there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and participant participation. The suggestion is that it is hoped that the participants' mental development will strengthen their self-confidence; It is hoped that participants will increase their participation to actively practice so that their mastery of dancing skills increases; and in practice, participants' participation should be paid attention to during practice because actively practicing will improve dancing skills and thus also increase participants' self-confidence.  Keywords: Self-Confidence, Participant Participation

Abstract

The background of this research was that the outreach program on manure was not going well because the outreach activities in the implementation of follow-up extension activities experienced obstacles, this was allegedly due to the obstacles encountered by the extension participants of the Cinta Damai Farmer Group. This study aims to look at the farmers' obstacles in implementing the results of manure counseling which includes getting, processing, using and determining the portion of the use of manure. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all participants of the Cinta Damai Farmers Group in Cubadak Mentawai Village, East Pariaman. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data collection technique used was a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are data description and data analysis. The results obtained in this study: a) Barriers to farmers in obtaining manure. b) Barriers of farmers in processing manure. c) Barriers of farmers in the use of fertilizers. d) Barriers to farmers in determining the dosage of fertilizer use.Keywords : Barriers, Agricultural Products

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keunikan salah satu anak usia 6 tahun Jorong Koto Ranah, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota yang merupakan anggota keluarga X, dapat menunjukkan perilaku disiplin dengan sangat baik dibandingkan dengan anak lain seusianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pelaksanaan pembiasaan disiplin pada anak usia dini dalam pendidikan keluarga di Jorong Koto Ranah, Nagari Koto Alam, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Keluarga X membiasakan anak untuk patuh kepada orang tua dengan memberikan instruksi yang lembut dan mudah dipahami, serta menjadi teladan yang baik; 2) Keluarga X membiasakan disiplin waktu melalui menetapkan jadwal kegiatan yang sesuai kebutuhan anak, konsistensi dalam menjalankan rutinitas, serta penerapan konsekuensi berupa hukuman dan penghargaan; 3) Keluarga X membiasakan disiplin perbuatan dengan menetapkan peraturan rumah yang harus ditaati, membiasakan anak memahami konsekuensi, membagi waktu belajar dan bermain, serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam kegiatan belajar anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kompetensi pedagogik tutor dalam implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Riset ini bertujuan guna mengevaluasi dampak konten yang disampaikan melalui aplikasi media pembelajaran Smart Apps Creator 3.0 terhadap Hasil Belajar Paket B Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Solok.Penelitian ini menerapkan Pre-Experimental Design, terutama one-group pretest-posttest design. Desain ini meliputi pre-test, intervensi, dan post-test. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Solok. Konten yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh para ahli dengan menggunakan lembar validasi berupa angket, selanjutnya diujicobakan di dalam kelas Paket B di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Solok untuk menilai pengaruh konten yang disampaikan melalui aplikasi media pembelajaran Smart Apps Creator 3.0 terhadap capaian belajar. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 57,1, sedangkan post-test, setelah implementasi konten Aplikasi Media Pembelajaran Smart Apps Creator 3.0, menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 80,89. Persentase ketuntasan pada pre-test tercatat sebesar 22%, sedangkan persentase ketuntasan pada post-test, setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan konten Aplikasi Media Pembelajaran Smart Apps Creator 3.0, mencapai skor 83%. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya penyampaian konten melalui Smart Apps Creator 3.0 berdampak positif pada capaian belajar Paket B Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Solok.
