Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar warga belajar Program Paket B di PKBM Yayasan Anak Sholeh 85 Kota Padang khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyak warga belajar yang mendapatkan nilai akhir di bawah KKM. Rendahnya hasil belajar diduga karena gaya belajar yang beragam. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar program paket B di PKBM Yayasan Anak Sholeh 85 Kota Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh warga belajar paket B di PKBM Yayasan Anak Sholeh 85 Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan stratified random sampling, jumlah sampel yang diambil ialah sebanyak 70% dari populasi yaitu 25 warga belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui distribusi angket kepada responden, teknik analisis data digunakan rumus persentase, sementara korelasi dihitung menggunakan rumus rank order. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Gaya belajar warga belajar program paket B di PKBM Yayasan Anak Sholeh 85 Kota Padang dikategorikan kurang baik. 2) Hasil Belajar warga belajar program paket B di PKBM Yayasan Anak Sholeh 85 Kota Padang tergolong masih rendah. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar program paket B di PKBM Yayasan Anak Sholeh 85 Kota Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to explore digital pragmatism in education through sociological and philosophical lenses, focusing on the reconstruction of learning paradigms in the digital era. Qualitative literature study methods are used to analyze epistemological, pedagogical, and structural transformations in the digital ecosystem. The study uses an interdisciplinary approach, exploring theories from digital sociology, the philosophy of pragmatism, social constructivism, and critical theory. The main findings show that digital platforms are not just a medium, but a complex social space that shapes and is shaped by knowledge practices. Digital pragmatism gives rise to a network epistemology model, transforms the role of educators, and opens up a multi-perspective negotiation space for meaning. The study recommends the development of a responsive pedagogical framework, critical digital literacy, and an interdisciplinary approach in understanding the dynamics of educational technology. The theoretical and practical implications of this study contribute to a comprehensive understanding of educational transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the development of research on technology in the context of adult learning over the last ten years. This study used bibliometric analysis to identify research trends, relationships between concepts, and author collaborations. The data is obtained from the Google Scholar database with relevant keywords, and the number of publications is limited to 1,000 journals. The results show fluctuations in the growth of publications about technology in the context of adult learning from 2014 to 2023. Out of 1,000 publications indexed by Google Scholar, only 628 have information on year and publisher, while 308 do not. The peak of publication growth occurred in 2021, with 105 publications (16.7%), while the lowest number of publications was recorded in 2017, with 50 documents (8%). Research shows that the use of technology in adult learning continues to evolve. Nonetheless, there is still a paucity of research on technology and knowledge of andragogical content in adult learning. This provides an opportunity for other researchers to continue to develop this research trend.

Abstract

This research aims to prove the influence of learning media based on natural materials and peers on the learning outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) students in grade V elementary schools. This type of quasi-experimental research with a Purpose Sampling design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class which implemented learning using natural materials and peers as media, and the control class which did not use learning based on natural materials and peers. The instruments used include pretest and posttest to determine learning outcomes to measure cognitive aspects and then a questionnaire to see the influence of peers in learning. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test on the variable Natural Media Utilization with a calculated t-value of 2.869 and a sig value of 0.024. From these results it can be seen that t-count > t-table or 2,869 > 1,765, meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so the hypothesis in this research is that there is an influence of the use of learning media based on natural materials and peers on learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subjects and Social Sciences (IPAS) for fifth grade elementary school students. The research results show that learning media based on natural materials and peers can significantly improve learning outcomes. This research concludes that learning media based on natural materials, combined with a peer approach, is effective in improving science learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pentingnya pengembangan model Project Based Lerning (PjBL) berbasis game edukasi, yang sangat diajurkan pada Pendidikan saat ini terutama pada penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Model PjBL memungkinkan anak terlibat aktif, meningkatkan konsep bermain bekerja sama, anak akan mengexplorasi, kolaborasi dan menerapkan konsep nyata yang sederhana di TK. Agar lebih mudah melakasanakan PjBL maka dibutuhkan game edukasi yang dapat memberikan gambaran tentang project apa yang akan dikerjakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan desain pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri dari tahapan. Tahapan preliminary resaech dengan analisis model pembelajaran di TK yang menekankan pada keterlibatan anak dalam melakukan kegiatan secaranya. Analisis kebutuhan kurikulum merdeka lebih menekankan pembalajaran berbasis project based lerning. Analisis anak di TK usia 5-6 tahun, Analisis materi yaitu aku sayang bumi. Uji validitas menyatakan bahwa model project based lening berbasis game edukasi valid digunakan dengan persentase sangat valid yaitu 90,3%. Uji praktikalitas model project based lerning berbasis game edukasi sangat praktis dengan kriteria sangat praktis yaitu 87%.

Abstract

Free school lunch policies have been shown to improve student health and well-being in many countries. However, the implementation of these policies in low- and middle-income countries faces significant challenges, including logistical issues, budget constraints, and coordination among stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by countries that have already implemented free lunch programs, with a focus on the lessons learned by Indonesia in preparing a similar policy. This research is a literature review, utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. The study focuses on the 10 highest-cited articles from the Scopus database published between 2019 and 2024 that discuss the implementation of free lunch programs in various countries. Document analysis was employed to extract and synthesize key challenges and solutions. Findings show that the main challenges include difficulties with food distribution in remote areas, lack of sustainable budgets, and suboptimal coordination between the government and schools. The implications of the study highlight the importance of strengthening logistics infrastructure and improving coordination across sectors in Indonesia to ensure smooth implementation of the school lunch policy. Future research needs to focus on the long-term impact of the lunch program on academic achievement and innovative logistics models that can be adapted for remote areas in Indonesia.

Abstract

 Traditional games as a cultural heritage need to be explored and socialized so that they are not interrupted and to avoid extinction. Traditional games are very beneficial for the physical, social, and emotional growth and development of children. The existence of traditional games in the era of globalization has begun to be replaced by technology-based games. This study aimed to determine the existence of traditional games among elementary school children in Tuah Karya Village, Tuah Madani Sub-district, Pekanbaru City. The population of this study was elementary school-aged children who live in the Tuah Karya Village, with a total of 2.208 people. A total of 110 samples were taken by random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and percentage descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that traditional games in Tuah Karya Village can be classified into three categories: there are traditional games that still exist, are almost extinct, and are no longer recognized. There are seven games that still exist: kelereng, gasing, layang-layang, lompat tali  (yeye), statak, congkak, and tarik tambang. The five almost extinct games are ular naga dan anak ayam, petak umpet, eggrang, and terompa panjang. The seven games that are no longer recognized are ligu, canang (gatrik), meja pari, adu buah para (buah karet), benteng, boi-boian, and lulu cina buta. The existence of traditional games in the Tuah Karya Village can still be improved because the situation and conditions in the area are still conducive.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that there are still some teachers who teach without making a good teaching plan, are less skilled in using teaching media, are less able to activate students and less able to make assessment analyzes. The purpose of this study 1) the contribution of planning to the management of the quality of learning of state junior high school teachers Koto Tangah Padang, 2) Learning Media's contribution to the management of the quality of learning carried out by state junior high school teachers Koto Tangah Padang, 3) contribution of Planning and instructional media to the management of the quality of learning undertaken by state junior high school teachers Koto Tangah Padang.  This type of research uses a quantitative correlational method. The population in this study were 310 junior high school civil servant teachers in Koto Tangah District. The sample uses stratified proportional random sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research are data description, test requirements and hypothesis testing. The results of this study 1) Learning planning contributes to the management of the quality of learning carried out by teachers of the State Junior High School in Koto Tangah District of Padang with a contribution amount of 23.3% by 24.4%, 3) Planning and media together contribute to the management of learning quality by 36.5%. This explains that to improve the management of good and ideal quality of learning should be done through improved learning planning and learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman yang menerapkan keterampilan Tata Boga di kelas reguler dan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam kurikulum sehingga memiliki RPP. Program prakarya di SPNF SKB fokus pada pengolahan. Keterampilan Tata Boga berharap bisa membantu warga mempelajari keterampilan teknis atau keterampilan hidup dan memiliki bisnis sendiri berdasarkan keterampilan pastry. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui : pelaksanaan kegiatan pembuka pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan inti pembelajaran serta pelaksanaan kegiatan penutup pembelajaran tata boga “kue pastry” pada paket C di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian berlokasi di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman Di Samping SDN 13, Jl. M. Yamin No.9, Lohong, Kec. Pariaman Tengah, Kota Pariaman, Sumatera Barat 25513. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini yakni warga belajar paket C di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman, kepala lembaga dan tutor paket C di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman. Teknik analisis penelitian ini yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian ini yakni triangulasi sumber serta metode. Hasil penelitian serta pembahasan yakni 1) Pelaksanaan kegiatan pembukaan pembelajaran tata boga yaitu, mempersiapkan materi dan juga media yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan belajar, menyampaikan langkah pembelajaran, memberikan arahan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan inti pembelajaran tata boga yaitu, metode yang dipakai tergantung pembelajaran yang berlangsung ada metode ceramah dan praktek media yang dipakai seperti penggunaan komputer dan menggunakan media lainnya seperti video tutorial memasak, 3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan penutup pembelajaran tata boga yaitu, simpulan pembelajaran, penugasan.

Abstract

The person who is most responsible for the success of children is their parents. Because children born and raised by parents are the property of parents and cannot be contested. To carry out these heavy obligations, parents must have adequate knowledge and skills in order to achieve what they aspire to be, namely making children pious who are intelligent and of good character. The reality today is that there are still many parents who do not know that their role is very large in educating children so that they do not think and do not even make the maximum effort in educating children. Most parents submit their children's education to other people who are trusted, such as teachers at school, in the course and tutoring, and teachers at the Koran, so they do not pay attention to learning at home. The effect is a lot of personality that is not praiseworthy even failure in learning in school. To overcome this problem, parents and children are coaching through Community Reading Gardens.
