Abstract

Tahun 2022 tingkat pernikahan usia dini di Kabupaten Wonosobo berada di atas rata-rata presentase pernikahan usia dini Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dengan diresmikanya program GenRe (Generasi Berencana) di bawah naungan BKKBN sejak tahun 2018, angka pernikahan usia dini di Kabupaten Wonosobo mengalami penururnan di setiap tahunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran keruangan pernikahan usia dini di Kabuapaten Wonosobo, mengetahui tingkat literasi program GenRe pada remaja, mengetahui sikap remaja terhadap Program GenRe, dan mendeskripsikan hubungan tingkat literasi dengan sikap remaja terhadap program GenRe di Kecamatan Sukoharjo dan Kecamatan Kalikajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase untuk mengukur tingkat literasi dan sikap remaja, serta menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebaran keruangan pernikahan usia dini di Kabupaten Wonosobo terjadi di semua kecamatan. Wilayah yang secara geografis lebih tinggi memiliki prevalensi pernikahan usia dini yang tinggi dibandingkan wilayah yang secara geografis lebih rendah. Remaja di Kecamatan Sukoharjo yang secara geografis lebih dekat dengan perkotaan (urban) memiliki tingkat literasi dan sikap terhadap program GenRe yang lebih baik dibandingkan remaja di Kecamatan Kalikajar yang secara geografis lebih jauh dari perkotaan (rural). Terdapat hubungan yang positif dengan derajat korelasi sedang antara tingkat literasi dengan sikap remaja terhadap program GenRe dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.000 dan nilai  Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,428.

Abstract

PAI teachers are an important part of supporting the success of the Religion moderation program that is being echoed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs today. It would be a problem if PAI teachers have a different view from the spirit of religious moderation itself. This research attempts to describe the ‘voice from below’ of PAI teachers who are an integral part of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, in understanding religious moderation in Pekanbaru. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with several PAI teachers at the junior high school in Pekanbaru City. In general, the views of PAI teachers coincide with the four indicators developed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs; national commitment, tolerance, non-violence and friendliness to local culture. However, there are some important issues that they think should be avoided, namely; wishing Merry Christmas; giving space for the Shia and Ahmadiyya religions; and the obligation to wear hijab for adult women.

Abstract

Elections are among the most significant political events in a democratic country, where the legitimacy to exercise power is granted to elected political officials. The mass media can serve as an arena where various political actors compete for public attention and seek to influence public opinion. This study aims to identify conceptual metaphorical elements in the opinion columns of the online mass media platform JawaPos.com. The research is situated within the field of linguistics, as discourse and mass media both utilize language as an instrumental tool. This study employs a linguistic approach, utilizing note-taking techniques for data collection and referential methods for data analysis. The research concludes that the syntactic elements of discourse within opinion columns contain conceptual metaphorical elements that function as a form of mind control. The audience, as listeners and readers, negotiates with their thoughts, experiences, and intuitions in response to opinions written by experts and published in particular mass media.

Abstract

Human development is basically a fixed pattern that must be experienced by every individual in general, besides that development is a process that involves growth from the stage of manufacture to continuing throughout a person's vulnerable life. In the Qur'an there are several ayat that show about human development. Therefore the developments contained in the Qur'an will be tried to be compared with the discipline of psychology, where by doing this study will provide new insights about the concept of human development hangs produced by western scientists actually already implied in the ayat of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This article explains the role of Islamic religious education teachers, one of which is in overcoming students' difficulties in reading the Quran. The role of the Islamic education teacher as a learning resource is intended so that students make the teacher a figure who is able to answer all questions asked by students. Another purpose of this research is to find out the role of Islamic education teachers as a portrait in the world of education, where teachers are able to play a role as a learning resource, especially in the problem of difficulty reading the Quran. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive type with case study method. The main data sources in this study are Islamic religious education teachers and students. While the secondary data sources are journals, e-books, printed books and so on that are directly related to this research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document examination. The data validity check uses credibility by extending participation, increasing persistence in research and triangulation. The results of the research findings show that the role of Islamic religious education teachers as a learning resource in overcoming students' difficulties in reading the Quran is that teachers master the material in depth, carry out learning strategies and methods, are able to answer student questions and have references to teaching materials.

Abstract

The MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan Silat School is one of the martial arts schools that has developed since 1978 and plays an important role in the preservation of traditional Indonesian martial arts. This study aims to analyze the history, development, and contributions of the MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan Silat School in the context of cultural preservation and traditional martial arts. The research uses a qualitative approach with documentary studies and in-depth interviews with the school`s members and administrators. The results of the study indicate that visionary leadership, commitment to tradition, and efforts to adapt to modern developments are the main factors in the succes of this school. Furthermore, the MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan Silat School has succeeded in introducing traditional Indonesian martial arts to the international stage. This school not only plays a role in developing the physical and mental abilities of its members but also contributes to strengthening social cohesion in the community while preserving the values of Indonesian culture.

Abstract

The results of this study aim to determine the technique that is often used or the most dominant used during professional women's futsal matches. This study uses quantitative research methods by watching matches through social media, namely YouTube. The sample used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used a frequency test of frequently used techniques. The results of this study indicate that the frequency of using passing techniques is 2064 times, control is 1879 times, dribbling is 254, feinting is 115 times, shooting is 243 times, heading is 36 times, turning is 42 times, and chipping is 44 times. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there are two techniques that are the most dominant or often used in professional women's futsal matches, namely passing and control techniques. From the results of this study, it has a positive impact for women's futsal coaches to be used as guidelines or references in undergoing an exercise program, especially on the most dominant technique carried out during matches.

Abstract

This article examines Raja Ali Haji's thoughts on Islamic leadership based on da'wah ethics by highlighting his works, such as Gurindam Dua Belas, Thamarāt al-Muhimmah, and Tuhfat al-Nafis. Through a historical approach and textual analysis, this article explores how values such as reason, knowledge, politeness, exemplary, and deliberation are basic principles in building an ethical, communicative, and spiritual leadership model. The article finds that the ethics of da'wah, according to Raja Ali Haji is not only individual and normative but also has a strong socio-political dimension, which is in line with the theory of political da'wah and the concept of civil Islam in the contemporary context. Raja Ali Haji's thinking can be used as a normative and pedagogical framework in the formation of Muslim leaders who are responsive to the times, fair in policy, and communicative in dealing with the plurality of society. The article also highlights the challenges in realizing civilized da'wah in the era of social media and populist politics and recommends integrating da'wah ethical values into education and public leadership practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

The global impact of the pandemic generally affects three main areas: the economy, education, and society. One of the most noticeable effects in the economic field is organizational management, as organizations must adapt to continue their activities amidst critical environmental changes. This research aims to determine the extent of the pandemic's impact on organizational management by identifying its changing aspects. The type of research was conducted using the systematic literature review method to further identify general organizational changes. The initial data was obtained from 369 articles from the Google Scholar and Garba Rujukan Digital (Garuda) databases, which were then filtered according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 28 articles. Finally, they narrowed down to 10 articles that met the overall qualifications. The research results show that the pandemic has brought organizational management changes into four categories: the individual level of the organization, organizational human resource management, organizational finance, and organizational performance.Dampak pandemi secara global secara umum mempengaruhi tiga bidang utama yakni ekonomi, pendidikan dan sosial. Dalam bidang ekonomi salah satu yang paling terasa yakni dalam pengelolaan manajemen organisasi, karena organisasi harus bisa menyesuaikan diri dalam tetap melakukan kegiatannya di tengah perubahan lingkungan yang genting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh dampak pandemi terhadap manajemen organisasi dengan mengidentifikasi aspek perubahannya. Jenis penelitian dilakukan dengan metode systematic literature review untuk bisa mengidentifikasi lebih jauh mengenai perubahan organisasi secara general. Data awal mendapatkan sejumlah 369 artikel yang diperoleh dari database google schoolar dan Garba Rujukan Digital (Garuda) kemudian di saring menurut kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan berhasil mendapatkan 28 artikel, lalu mengerucut menjadi 10 artikel yang masuk kedalam kualifikasi keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi memberikan perubahan manajemen organisasi ke dalam empat kategori yakni level individu organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia organisasi, keuangan organisasi dan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of data security, identify risks, and formulate solutions to enhance security in technology-based educational management systems in junior high schools (SMP) in Pekanbaru City. A quantitative approach using survey methods was employed to collect data from 50 schools selected through stratified random sampling. The primary instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, focusing on aspects such as authentication, data backups, and security training. The findings revealed that public schools outperformed private schools in implementing security measures, such as two-factor authentication (80% vs. 40%) and daily data backups (55% vs. 15%). Key risks identified included low backup frequency, insufficient adoption of security technologies, and users' limited awareness of data security threats. Proposed solutions include adopting advanced security technologies, regular training programs, comprehensive data management policies, annual evaluations, and government support. These measures aim to enhance student data protection, operational efficiency, and public trust in technology-based educational systems. This study provides significant contributions to the development of comprehensive and sustainable data security strategies in the education sector.
