Abstract

Tingginya persebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia, dan persebaran di tiap-tiap daerah yang berbeda-beda, menjadikan perlu adanya pengelompokan daerah dengan masing-masing tingkat penyebarannya, untuk mengetahui kemiripan karakteristik atau kriteria dari setiap daerah dengan tingkat penyebaran Covid-19 yang akan terkumpul dalam suatu cluster tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan komparasi analisis cluster menggunakan K-Means dan K-Medoid untuk menganalisis perseberan virus Covid-19 di indonesia. Analisis komparasi kedua algoritma dibuktikan dengan adanya nilai davies bouldin index (DBI) sebagai parameter evaluasi menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Python Version 3 yang dijalankan pada tools Jupyter Notebook. Langkah penelitian dimulai dari import library atau modul yang digunakan dalam berbagai tahapan dalam penelitian ini. Tahapan yang dilakukan antara lain melakukan pre-processing berupa proses binning data hingga normalisasi data. Selanjutnya, menampilkan visualisasi data sebaran Covid-19. Kemudian, melakukan modeling Algoritma K-Means dan K-Medoids. Hingga diakhiri dengan langkah terakhir berupa evaluasi menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). Setelah dilakukan evaluasi DBI, K-Means mendapatkan nilai 0.9762331449809145, sedangkan K-Medoids mendapatkan nilai 0.9809235412405508. Karena K-Means memiliki nilai DBI yang lebih rendah dibandingkan K-medoids, maka dapat dikatakan K-Means menghasilkan klasterisasi yang lebih baik dalam klasterisasi data sebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia.

Abstract

Geriatri merupakan masa seseorang  menjadi dewasa yang memiliki penurunan kemampuan tubuh untuk beradaptasi terhadap lingkungan. Hal ini ditandai dengan penurunan fungsi biologis, psikologis, sosial serta ekonomi. Peningkatan populasi geriatric menjadikan tantangan bagi pelayanan kesehatan Indonesia karena dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah. Permasalahan tersebut meliputi penyakit degeneratif dan masalah gizi.  Penurunan konsentrasi geriatri pada hemoglobin di bawah batas normal merupakan hal yang sering dijumpai dan dapat mengakibatkan permasalahan yang serius. Penyebab yang sering terjadi yaitu geriatri kurang efisien menyerap beberapa nutrisi yang dibutuhkan, menurunnya nafsu makan karena penyakit yang dideritanya, kesulitan menelan karena berkurangnya air liur, cara makan yang lambat, gigi yang berkurang dan mual. Geriatri penderita anemia, berbagai penyakit penyerta lebih mudah timbul dan penyembuhan penyakit akan semakin lama. Hal ini berdampak buruk geriatri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada geriatric di Desa Gedangan, Sukoharjo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua Geriatri di Posyandu Desa Gedangan, Sukoharjo sebanyak 36 orang. Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan cara total sampling. Responden terdiri dari perempuan sebanyak 52,7%, berusia 60-70 tahun sebanyak 55,5%  memiliki status gizi baik dengan 75% indeks massa tubuhnya normal. Pemeriksaan awal kadar hemoglobin di dapatkan kadar Hb tidak anemia sebanyak 72,2 %. Kebiasaan geriatric di Desa Gedangan sebanyak 88%  tidak merokok, Rata-rata yang merokok adalah laki-laki. Geriatric suka melakukan aktifitas sehari-hari. Sebanyak 38,88% mereka mengeluh ada kesulitan mengunyah dan mengalami gangguan cerna. Hal ini berkaitan dengan fungsi fisiologis yang menurun dari sebagian besar geriatric. Kebiasaan konsumsi protein sudah dilaksanakan oleh sebagian besar responden. Konsumsi buah dan sayur kisaran 38,88%. Kebiasaan konsumsi teh hanya sedikit yaitu hanya 8,33%. Hampir semua geriatric sebanyak 88,88% tidak memiliki penyakit kronis.

Abstract

The capital market has an important role in supporting a country's economy because the capital market has two functions at once, namely the economic function and the financial function. The capital market is a meeting place between parties who have excess funds (investors) and parties who need funds (companies) by buying and selling securities. The presence of the capital market has an important role for investors, both individual investors and business entities. They can channel the excess funds they have to invest, so that entrepreneurs can obtain additional capital funds to expand their business network from investors in the capital market. Issuers are parties conducting public offerings or companies that obtain funds through the capital market, both private and state-owned companies that seek capital from the stock exchange by issuing securities such as bonds, rights issues, warrants or shares (Malkan et al., 2021).

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors that can influence a company's progress. The higher the employee's performance, the easier it will be to achieve the company's goals. The level of work discipline, organizational commitment and motivation will greatly influence performance employees at a company. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and motivation on employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan, Bogor City. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification. The sampling technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination as well as the F-test and t-test.  test results concluded that was simultaneous and partial variables discipline work, commitment organization, motivation influence positive and are significant to employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan Bogor City.

Abstract

Creative SMEs in Bogor face increasingly sharp competition, both from domestic and foreign products. To support creative SMEs in producing quality products, the role of intellectual capital is very important. Intellectual capital plays a role in improving employee performance and in the long term will influence the performance of SMEs. Apart from that, this capital can be used as a tool to evaluate employee performance so that companies can anticipate the needs of SMEs in the future. This research aims to determine the extent to which the quality of intellectual capital meets the satisfaction and expectations of Creative SME managers as well as strategies for developing the quality of intellectual capital. Data collection was carried out through observations, distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses the IPA (Importance Performance Index) method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the number of respondents being 100 Creative UKM managers. The results of the IPA analysis of 43 attributes show that the information system in providing accurate and up-to-date data as well as production SOPs must be evaluated and improved. Apart from that, the speed of the transaction processing performance also needs to be improved. Based on the gap analysis between actual performance and expectations, it shows that the level of conformity between performance and expectations in intellectual capital is in the very suitable category. The intellectual capital development strategy includes conducting training on e-commerce for creative SME entrepreneurs and preparing SOPs related to SME operational functions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of motivation, job satisfaction on organizational commitment and employee engagement as an intervening variable at the New Ayuda Puncak Hotel. This research is quantitative research, using primary and secondary data where data collection uses field studies and literature studies. In this research the author used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 and path analysis with the Sobel test. The sample in this research was all 63 hotel employees. The results of the research show that motivation and job satisfaction have a direct positive and significant effect on employee engagement, motivation and job satisfaction have a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee engagement is able to mediate motivation and job satisfaction to organizational commitment.

Abstract

Optimal human resource management is a form of MAN's goal in carrying out its activities effectively and efficiently. The importance of teacher motivation, fulfilling the quality of work life in the work environment, and teachers feeling satisfied at work is a form of effort to optimize the potential and level of productivity of MAN's teacher resources. This type of research is a literature study, a theoretical study that describes the fulfillment of work motivation, quality of work life, and high job satisfaction that teachers have in a straight line according to MAN's expected work results.

Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat menentukan pola konsumsi sayuran, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi dan kebijakan pebisnis sayuran siap saji. Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada usaha pengemasan sayuran. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif,  deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 65 orang karyawan secara acak. Kuesioner diuji melalui metode uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis menggunakan skala ordinal untuk menganalisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Tanggapan karyawan terhadap disiplin kerja cukup tinggi, motivasi kerja cukup tinggi dan kinerja karyawan  cukup baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study investigates the development of a mathematics textbook that integrates Qur'anic science and spiritual values with national curriculum standards at Madrasah Aliyah Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Pasuruan. The aim of the research is to assess the current use of textbooks in grade X mathematics, design a new textbook that incorporates Qur'anic teachings, evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing students' understanding of mathematical concepts, and gather feedback from students and teachers. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the study reveals that the existing mathematics textbook lacked integration of religious and spiritual values despite students' strong religious backgrounds. The newly developed textbook addresses this gap by combining mathematical principles with Qur'anic values. Expert validation confirmed the textbook's content, language, and media quality. Field testing showed that its implementation significantly increased student engagement, interest, and academic performance, with an N-Gain score of 0.43, indicating substantial positive impact.

Abstract

Pada masa ini telah banyak model pengembangan masyarakat, salah satunya yaitu metode pengembangan berbasis kearifan lokal yang diterapkan pada Desa Benda, Cicurug, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pemberdayaan masyarakat tersebut diupayakan untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat dan meningkatkan sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar melalui potensi lokal yang ada di Desa Benda. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu dengan diskusi langsung dengan anggota kelempok, pengumpulan studi Pustaka dan melakukan survei serta obsevasi terhadap para pelaku usaha UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana potensi usaha yang ada dapat terus dikembangkan dengan memberdayakan segenap kemampuan masyarakat lokalnya baik melalui pendekatan sosial budaya maupun ekonomi masyarakat yang ada di Desa Benda salah satunya dengan cara menjadikan kearifan lokal sebagai inovasi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Benda memiliki potensi yang sangat baik dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasis tanaman kumis kucing. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu diatasi, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknik budidaya modern, pemasaran, dan pengelolaan usahanya.
