Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of organizational culture, work environment, and leadership on employee performance at PT Talenta Heba Parnita Depok. The sample in this study 57 people were using the method of determining saturated sampling techniques. The instrument test technique in this study uses the IBM Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) software application with the regression analysis method. The results showed that organizational culture, work environment, and leadership simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Teacher work productivity is one of the crucial factors in improving the quality of education. It helps students to gain the necessary academic progress and personal development. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of work ability, compensation, and work discipline on teacher work productivity at Phatnawitya Yala School, Thailand. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. The research sample was 65 teachers of the school. The results showed that simultaneously work ability, compensation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Partially, work ability have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, compensation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Branding merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam dunia bisnis untuk menciptakan dan mengelola citra suatu produk di benak konsumen. Namun, tingkat kesadaran akan penting branding di kalangan usaha masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membahas dan mengimplementasikan strategi branding produk dalam upaya meningkatkan brand awareness dan nilai produk pada usaha jamu Bu Nenah yang berlokasi di Desa Benda, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Meski bisnis ini sudah berjalan bertahun-tahun dan memiliki pelanggan setia, namun potensi peningkatan jangkauan pasar masih sangat besar. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan melalui observasi dan wawancara serta pemberian pelatihan untuk menganalisis langkah-langkah branding yang dilakukan pemilik dalam mempromosikan produk jamu tradisionalnya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi branding yang tepat seperti menciptakan identitas merek yang kuat, kemasan yang menarik, dan pembuatan banner bisnis dapat meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk dan memperkuat citra. Kegiatan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengusaha kecil di sektor produk tradisional untuk menerapkan strategi branding sebagai alat penting dalam mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan kesempatan kerja serta menyuplai layanan ekonomi bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan, berperan dalam proses distribusi yang lebih merata dan peningkatan pendapatan penduduk, mendorong perkembangan ekonomi di Desa Bojonggenteng, dan berkontribusi pada kestabilan negara. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menemukan taktik UMKM dalam memperkuat daya saing mereka lewat pemberian merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe diskriptif. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menemukan informan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengurangi dan menampilkan data, lalu menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM meningkatkan daya saingnya dari segi produktifitas: Penggunaan peralatan produksi yang sederhana dan tingkat pendidikan karyawan pada pelaku UMKM masih rendah meskipun mereka dapat menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Meskipun kualitas dari produk UMKM sudah baik, masih diperlukan peningkatan. Sesi Nilai: Harga dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, dan proses pembeliannya pun mudah karena diterima oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Guru merupakan pendidik professional yang memiliki tugas dan berperan penting dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Untuk itu diperlukan Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) yang menjamin adanya proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas disemua jenjang pendidikan. Kinerja guru yang baik dan memuaskan dapat diukur dari tercapainya tujuan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Kriteria yang digunakan tersebut 14 kriteria yang dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok pedagogic, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Penilaian kinerja guru di beberapa sekolah selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk itu dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam proses penilaian kinerja guru. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan hasil metode Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) yaitu Hierarchy Process (AHP), Weighted Sum Model (WSM), Weighted Product Model (WPM), Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk mengetahui tingkat ketidaksesuian posisi perangkingan dengan hasil penilaian manual. Hasil dari perbandingan tersebut akan digunakan untuk menentukan metode terbaik yang akan digunakan oleh Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam membantu menyelesaikan penilaian kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan pembobotan kriteria yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa WSM merupakan metode dengan tingkat ketidaksesuaian terkecil dan AHP adalah metode dengan tingkat ketidaksesuaian terbesar. Berikut ini adalah rata-rata tingkat ketidaksesuian (jumlah alternatif adalah 25) antara metode : AHP = 15, 1, WSM = 4,5, WPM = 10,8 dan TOPSIS 9,9. Kata Kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; penilaian kinerja guru; multi criteria decision making   Decision support system for teacher performance assessment based on multi-criteria decision making.   Abstract: Teachers are professional educators who have duties and play an important role in educating the nation's life. For this reason, a Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) is needed, which guarantees a quality learning process at all levels of education. Good and satisfactory teacher performance can be measured by achieving goals in accordance with predetermined criteria. There are 14 criteria used, which are grouped into pedagogic, personality, social, and professional groups. Teacher performance assessments in several schools are still carried out manually. For this reason, a Decision Support System is needed that can assist in the teacher performance assessment process. In this research, a comparison was made of the results of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, namely Hierarchy Process (AHP), Weighted Sum Model (WSM), Weighted Product Model (WPM), Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to determine the level of inconsistency in ranking position with manual assessment results. The results of this comparison will be used to determine the best method to be used by the Decision Support System to help complete teacher performance assessments. Based on the test results with different weighting criteria, it shows that WSM is the method with the smallest level of nonconformity, and AHP is the method with the largest level of nonconformity. The following is the average level of discordance (the number of alternatives is 25) between methods: AHP = 15.1, WSM = 4.5, WPM = 10.8, and TOPSIS 9.9.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggapan karyawan terhadap motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Karya Indah. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan respon karyawan terhadap motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan berada pada kriteria tinggi. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Karya Indah. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Karya Indah.

Abstract

The phenomenon of school dropout represents a crucial issue with negative impacts on educational institution performance, social stability, and national development. Consequently, the early detection of high-risk students constitutes a strategic preventive measure. This research aims to develop an accurate predictive model using a Machine Learning approach. The study employed a comparative evaluation using classification algorithms, with the primary focus being the performance analysis of the Random Forest Classifier. The dataset utilized, comprising 1,763 student records, underwent a rigorous data pre-processing phase, including data cleaning, variable transformation, and class imbalance handling, to ensure high-quality input. The model was trained using a Random Seed configuration of 75 to guarantee experimental reproducibility and consistency in evaluation results. Experimental findings indicate that the Random Forest algorithm provided the best performance, achieving an accuracy of 82.0% and a precision of 83.8%. This superior performance confirms the model's effectiveness in identifying the key determinants of dropout, stemming from both students' internal and external factors. Based on these results, the research recommends the application of Random Forest as a Decision Support System instrument to facilitate targeted interventions, including medical support, economic assistance, and academic counseling. Future research is advised to integrate historical counseling data to further enhance the prediction sensitivity of the model.

Abstract

Higher education institutions depend on leadership to build their organizational culture and achieve better employee performance. However, there remains limited understanding of how the impact of leadership may vary across institutional contexts. This research employs Partial Least Squares - Multigroup Analysis (PLS-MGA) to explore the effects of leadership on work culture and lecturer performance in two Indonesian universities: UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim and IAIN Ponorogo. A multistage random sampling of 272 lecturers was conducted. The methodological approach allowed for a robust comparative analysis between the institutions. The results reveal that leadership exhibits powerful positive relationships with work culture and lecturer performance in both institutions. Leadership explains 38.7% of work culture variability at IAIN Ponorogo, but only 18.6% at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. These findings underscore the need for context-sensitive leadership development strategies and provide a foundational contribution for future research in higher education leadership and performance.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium industries (MSMI) have an essential role as a driver of the economy in Indonesia. The sector MSMI opportunities can provide employment that can reduce unemployment and contribute to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In addition, several types of products from this sector through exports contribute to generating foreign exchange. The objectives of this study: 1) analyze the direct and indirect effects of the business environment and business management on creativity and innovation and business success; 2) analyze the factors driving and inhibiting creativity and innovation; 3) analyze the factors driving and inhibiting business success: survey research methods and forms of descriptive and verification research. The research object of MSMI snack food in West Java Province was 150 respondents. Sampling using technique random sampling is based on areas that have the potential for industrial development (industrial centers) consisting of three areas, namely Bogor, Sukabumi, and Cianjur, which have a large number of  MSMI  with superior products that have potential and become priorities for development. This research used the analysis technique SEM or Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that there are direct and indirect effects of the business environment, business management on creativity and innovation as well as business success; the driving factors for creativity and innovation as well as business success are the business environment and business management.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Donat Madu Cihanjuang dalam meningkatkan inovasi produk guna menghadapi persaingan industri makanan yang semakin ketat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi ketidakkonsistenan kualitas produk, keterbatasan fitur produk yang belum memiliki diferensiasi yang kuat, serta gaya dan desain kemasan yang kurang menarik dan belum mencerminkan identitas merek. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak manajemen, karyawan, dan konsumen, diskusi, analisis data, serta implementasi rekomendasi perbaikan. Data pendukung diperoleh melalui survei terhadap konsumen Donat Madu Cihanjuang untuk mengukur persepsi inovasi produk berdasarkan indikator kualitas produk, fitur produk, serta gaya dan desain produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen masih merasa tidak puas terhadap inovasi produk yang dilakukan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat penerimaan produk inovasi dan penurunan penjualan. Melalui pendampingan dan rekomendasi yang diberikan, dilakukan penguatan pengendalian kualitas produksi, pengembangan fitur produk melalui penciptaan produk dengan nilai tambah sesuai tren pasar, serta perbaikan gaya dan desain kemasan. Implementasi awal rekomendasi menunjukkan hasil positif berupa meningkatnya antusiasme konsumen dan peningkatan penjualan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan bagi mitra usaha dalam meningkatkan daya saing, kepuasan konsumen, dan keberlanjutan bisnis.
